k well names josh 18 i weigh 167 i wanna get to about 185 190
anybody got any suplement stacks that work???
oh and i wanna keep the bf% as low as possible
pointers???
 
Eating lots of healthy food and lifting is going to help you gain LBM more so than any supplement. Get on the right track with those and you will get up to 185.
 
well i take isopure about 3 servings a day 50gm protien each.
i eat low carb meals. i used to take max creatine monohydrate from max muscle.
but i didnt like the water retension.
 
look at your diet, look at your routine. they're the only two variables you should worry about at your age.

Exactly how low carb is your diet? You're not going to put on 20lbs without carbs man. You just gotta make sure your carb sources are clean. I've never gone on a low carb diet in my life and don't plan on it anytime soon.
 
well i try little to no carbs
is all that protien a waste if im not takin in carbs???
