Tried a different pre w/o protocol today.

-2 meltdown - 45 mins pre w/o
-1 RPM - 5 mins pre w/o

Im probably going to do 2 md and 2 RPM tomorrow. My energy was baseline today and I felt like I could handle more :smite:

Im officially in recomp mode now. My goal is too slowly...stressing SLOWLY here..cut fat while maintaining my strength, if not, add strength, which I think is a possibility with Prime (upping the dose to 8/day today) and Drive. I'd love to get my hands on some Relora but the $$ just isn't there. If anything the first thing I will be purchasing next is more BA. Gawd I miss that stuff!

Intra w/o - 2 scoops Vassive, 3 scoops poseidon. I had zero flush :woohoo:. I only have a few more days left of the Vassive but my pops has taken an interest in bcaa/eaa and will be buying some LG sciences bcaa/eaa for us to split :D..I'm very excited to try it. I've heard great things! Workout was decent today.

1. SLDL - 135x8, 225x8, 315x8, 335x4, 175x11. Went up 2 reps on first 3 sets and down 1 on 335. I was going for a widowmaker set on 175 but my lower back was exhausted. Will try it on 135 next time and work my way up.
2. Seated db press - 40x8, 50x8, 60x6. Up 2 reps on first 2 sets and same on last.
3. BB hacks - 145x8, 185x8, 205x6. Up 2 reps on first 2 and same on last.
4. Standing lateral raises from the front - 25x16, 30x16, 35x12 with very little rest
5. Angled leg press - 200x8, 290x8, 380x5 (just plate #s) went up reps on all sets
6. 1 arm bentover lateral raises with other arm on back of seat - 40x16, 45x16, 50x16. up 5lbs on first set.
7. Seated front raises - 30x16, 35x14 with very little rest.
8. Hanging leg/hip raises bringing feet to the ceiling - 12 and 8 reps bringing that V back out!!! I have to be careful doing abs. I believe it to be the reason for my uneven hips. So I will be paying close attention to what I do here.

You should start feeling better a week into pct. It def is teh suxors. But as long as your are taking your 2nd gear (at minimum pre bed), you'll be golden soon enough :thumbsup:

My dad is fukcing awesome!! We were on Nutra and I was showing him the LG sciences bcaa. He was like "what was that blue stuff you were drinking?" And I showed him Intra aid. Hes like "I want this..it tasted so damn good!" So he put the last 2 intra aids left in the shopping cart and also bought me 200g BA!!! Im so happy!!!

Last training day before the comp.

pretty easy day

did a set of bench and other small exercises in the AM, along with about 25 mins of cardio (long enough to watch an episode of scrubs)

and then did a few light sets of squats in the PM
165 x 3
190 x 3 (2 sets)
225 x 2 (3 sets)

now it's just rest and relax until saturday
 
i've done a cycle of hemo, and i'm not sure if i really felt anything from it. i was doing a high weight low rep routine (sheiko 37), and so i have no idea if that could have anything to do with it.

I usually don't feel much of a pump no matter what I take unless I get in a decent number of 10+ rep sets.

after the comp, i'm moving to a much higher rep routine. i'm still deciding between a 4 or 5 day split but on major lifts, my idea is a ladder. sets of 3, then 5, then 7, then 9, then 12, each time lowering the weight a little. i've done this for my arms, and i'm pleased with how they've gotten stronger in the past, so i'm going to apply that to the rest of my body and see how it goes.

Nice workout bud! As for the hemo - yes, you will notice the best results at a higher rep scheme. :lol: Its no wonder you and tyler never noticed anything. If you ever decide to try it again, do a 8-16 rep range watch the difference! It's a world of difference. The pump is just nasty crazy!! For me, I had amazing recomp effects and the strength went up every session!
 
hehe I would have loved to have gotten some this time around but my pops was the $$ man for the new bcaa's...next time for sure Ill be getting some ;)

Whatever. Im typing it all back out. So I'll just get to the points.

Tried Reduction PM last night and it was goood. I felt like I was having an out of body experience! lol. Sleep was great on it too! Woke up well rest but groggy at first.

Having nutty dreams. Good sign of increase in test!! :thumbsup:

Tried some new samples for my pre w/o supps today! Will update when I get back from gym!! :burnout:
 
oh before I forget Im 175 now and a little leaner. Pics wont be up as much anymore since I lost the privilege of emailing my photos from my phone. Was cost 30 damn dollars a month!! So I need to find another way to transfer pics to my comp. I think there is a cord I have around here somewhere :think:

The v-12 was pretty yummy and GMS made a fun workout!! Arms are rockhard!! Did higher reps today.

1. Db overhead ext. - 65x12, 85x12, 95x9
2. superset w/ Standing alt/sup curls - 55x11, 50x11, 45x14
3. Ez bar pushdowns - 75x12, 85x12, 95x10
4. superset w/ Spider curls - 45x6, 40x9, 35x13
5. Hammer pushdowns - 65x12, 75x6 - drop to 70x6, 65x12
6. superset w/ Hammer cable curls - 55x12, 65x12, 70x11

I love the beach post-workout. Sometimes in the summer I'll workout, then bring all my post-wo food with me in a cooler down to the boardwalk. :D
 
i kinda wish there was a nice beach around school...that'd be a great way to motivate myself to keep working harder. Arnold used to cut the bottoms of his pant legs off to motivate himself to work on his calves 'cause people would make fun of him for being the big man with chicken legs.
