Silver is searching for his lost abs with the help of MMV3 (LG Sponsored!)

It aint over yet guys. Hopefully it is just getting started.

A quick note of excitement from me about this cycle and I know I am blowing my load early on my final review, but this will let you know how I am leaning on my final review stuff.

Weight/Size related goals:

1. Starting weight of the cycle is 199.
  • Finishing Weight 199lbs.
2. Belly measurement is 37" which is down 1.5" from 12/1/2008. :-)
  • Belly measurements after 10 days of MMV3 is 36.25. HOLY CRAP DOWN .75 INCHES!
3. Waist measurement is 36" which is down 1" from 12/1/2008. :-)
  • Waist measurements after 10 days of MMV3 is 35.25. HOLY CRAP DOWN .75 INCHES!

I actually wrote down my belly measurement as 36", but added .25 in case of measurement error. I knew I was slimming down some but I was shocked by that. I am still wearing a belt that I wore when I was 225lbs. I am down 3 notches on the belt and then I made my own several months ago. I had to create another notch last week and now I think I have convinced myself to buy a new belt.

Very impressive:thumbsup:, Its only going to get better during the MMv2 brotha! when are you starting that? today?

New belts are the real measuring stick Silver. It may be time to throw out some of the old you clothes and get some flash new threads. Maybe bring back that Gordon Gecko shirt? Loved it!

LOL on the shirt comment. It would fit me like a robe now. I think it is a XXL. I pretty much have all new clothes that fit me tight now. I have just been skipping the belt. It is time now though.

Edit: For those that don't know what he is referring to with the shirt, this is me around 50-60lbs ago.

I had to get a new belt, pants, shirts, even new underwear last summer cuz i lost a ton of weight too feels great, i still wear that new belt and the new shirts, pants, and undys lol...the only difference is my shirts fit alittle tighter due to lifting as much as me an LG33 do....:dl:

YES SILVER!
I love the pic! I think everyone should get at least one look at that to appreciate how far you have come.
Awesome.

I too know what it feels like to lose a boatload of weight. It's amazing. I'm actually glad that I was fat at one point...great work, Silver!

Hard work has truly paid off for you. If you are interested in other pics that show the old silver, check out his progress story. Simply amazing. Siked to see what you do on MMV2, lets get that 34" waist!

Final Review:

I have to say this compound (Methyl Masterdrol Version 3) surpassed what I ever expected for a 10 week run. I know this has been said by others and I agree that it would be sweet to run this for a full 30 days. I lost close to an inch on my waist and belly measurements in 10 days and both days were measured at the same time while dry. I also weighed in exactly the same weight (199lbs) on both occasions which tells me that this compound helped lean me out while still putting on some decent muscle mass.

Final Statistics: Still 6ft, 199lbs, I will see if I can get a trainer to do the caliper test on me to get final measurements.

Goals:
1. Run a hell of a log that is honest about my experiences with the product and fair.

* I will leave that up to you guys on if it was a hell of a log. I can guarantee that it was honest and fair. I did not make any exagerations about gaining 10lbs in 2 weeks.

2. Being a pretty short cycle and a product made for recomp/lean gains I am primarily hoping for a great Recomp effect, but adding 4-5 lean pounds would make this PH a bonified winner.

* I will say that for my goals MMV3 fit nicely. I did not gain any weight, but I did not eat to gain weight. On days where I ate unhealthy I feel like MMV3 helped prevent that from ending up as fat. I still say this is a winner and if I would have eaten 3500+ calories per day I would have gained 3-4lbs minimum in the 10 days.

3. My previous max on bench is 335lbs while on my my Xtreme Tren cycle (2-3 months ago and not attempted again). By day 10, I would like to hit that mark again if not 345.

* Due to my back issue I have been unable to test out my strength as far as max lifts go. I will say that my incline has improved an extra rep allowing me to get 225lbs x 3 instead of 2. I will see if I can get a max attempt on Monday if my back cooperates.

4. Reduce my waiste and belly circumfrence by 1" by the end of the cycle/PCT. I will take measurements Monday before my first dose

* This one was accomplished and I honestly thought it was a rediculous goal to set after reading it. I figured max would be .5", but that was not the case. I also did not eat perfect during the 10 days with a few cheat meals mixed in. Who knows what it could have been had I nailed down my diet 100%.

5. Reduce my bodyfat by 1-2%. The more the merrier because my goal is 10% and I am a long way off.

* If I acheived goal number 4 of reducing my belly and waist by an inch I know I acheived this one. I will see about getting tested with calipers next week. If not I will have Pics and you can see the difference.

Photos:I will post photos by Sunday.

Diet outline: I still have work to do on my diet getting it more strict and not eating the bad foods that I love. The reason I started working out initially is because I suck terribly at diets. I am getting to the point now where I see the light at the end of the tunnel and know if I just buckled down for 2-3 months I should be able to find my lost abs. I did ensure I was taking in over 1gm of protein per lb of mass if not 1.5 during this run which I feel was enough to accomplish my goals of this cycle.

Supplements: I had absolutely no sides, besides acne, during this cycle. Had I had a longer supply I might up my dosages to 4 caps or so to see if I gained anything from the additional dose.

Vascularity: Vascularity was top notch with this product. I put it right at the same level as I had with Epistane. Pumps were awesome and almost painful on shoulder/bicep day.

Strength: Strength was awesome. I know MMV2 is touted by users as one of the best pure strength prohormones available and MMV3 is similar in this regard. I am sad that my back did not allow me to continue with squats and deadlifts which I know are great for building mass and judging strength increases.

Endurance: MMV3 allowed me to not miss a single workout and I maximized every workout that I had (at least 4 times a week). I was able to go hard from first set to last.

Mood/Aggression: Mood was great and I felt on top of the world a majority of the time. I did not have the uncontrollable agression that I did with Tren and Epistane, but I did have a tremendous focus in the gym.

Libido: I only ran it for 10 days and libido was above normal for the first week and never went below normal during the run. I can't speak to what would happen on a longer cycle, but I don't think there would be any issues.

Sides: The last few days the acne on my shoulders and back started increasing. My skin is a little more oily than normal and the increased sweating during workouts probably contributed to it. I was fearful of back pumps, but throughtout the 10 days on MMV3 I didn't experience any issues.

Overall Sense of Feeling: I had a great mind to muscle connection during my workouts and a serious drive that set in as soon as I hit the gym. It did not waiver throughout the workout and the only reason I stopped workouts is for running out of time. I felt I could have worked out for an hour and done cardio for an hour while on MMV3.

I hope folks learned a little from this log and I hope I did not disappoint. I am continuing the cycle with MMV2 for 25 days and hoping to continue my recomp. I also decided to add DCP to hopefully help me cut some more fat during the final portion of the cycle.

Thank you Craig and LG for the opportunity to run this. I was not disappointed!

I was able to flat bench 345 once while on my Tren cycle.

I have only tried 225 Incline bench and was able to get it up 3 times. I just recently started trying to really push myself on incline.

Here that, i tore up the incline today. Im confident you will really see some good results on MMV2 after seeing what others have done. Looking forward to seeing the rest.

Good review bro...Looking to continue following through PCT...

DDDRRRRR my bad bro sorry..Forgot you were hitting up the MMv2, I will still continue to follow...I'm thinking of doing an epi run eventually...what you think of that have you ran it??

I ran Epi for 6 weeks (2 bottles worth) ind it was a good cycle. If I had it to do over again I would do 4-5 weeks max. It would treat you very well and I can almost guarantee 10 lean lbs.

Great final review on the MMV3 Silver. I'll have to pick some up to test-drive for myself. It was good to see someone whose opinion I trust run some before I fork out the dough. LOL
I'll be looking to see how you compare it to the MMV2 you'll be running now. I know how much GMG and myself love it. So in the end, if you say the MMV3 is even better, I'm sure he and I will be ordering some!!

Keep slaying all the natural and supernatural forces that oppose you my warrior-brother!!! :swordfight:

Sweet final review Silver. I can't wait to see where you end up after the MMV2 run concludes.
Take care of that back!

Excellent final review,.. gotta love shattering the goals,.. what more could you ask for?!?!?! Keep at it!!

Thx for the feedback guys and sorry I have been a ghost the last 2 days with updates. I had an off day on Friday and Saturday I missed the gym due to family committments. I will be going tomorrow to attack upper back, limited legs and get in my cardio to hit my 3x per week of 30 minutes+ of cardio.

So far the MMV2 seems to be doing good, but I have not had much of a chance with it. I feel like the MMV3 hits a little sooner with a rush of energy/agression when taken 30min pre-workout.

Tomorrow I will be bumping my dose to 6 caps and will take 1 first thing, 4 pre-workout and 1 in the evening. I am hoping to have the Thundergod spirit flow though me so I can unleash my fury.

And to quote a line from Pulp Fiction:
Ezekiel 25:17. "The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the enequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you."

Nice Silver.

Who is a badder man than Jules Winfield? He was a mushroom cloud layin' mutha fukka, mutha fukka.

Keep it rolling.

Here are the pics after the 10 day run. I pesonally see some differences, but look forward to everyone's opinions both positive and negative.

Keep it up bud, you're making some real progress! I would try to work in some exercises for your inner pecs, like db pullovers or low grip crossovers.

Awesome review man! really appreciate it! Keep it up and you will have that 10% BF goal really soon!!

Well done man!
Look forward to mmv3 becoming availible in larger amounts so we can see some 30day runs here!

It is hard to believe,. but you do look leaner in the new pics. Awesome!!!

In the last month I have added a second chest day which I focus on upper and middle chest. My workout constist of Incline, Pullovers, Cable Flies and dumbbell flies. I admit my inner chest needs lots of work, but it has gotten better depending on the pose.

I sure hope so. I doubt it will be after this run, but who knows maybe 15%. I feel like I am starting to look like a guy that works out which is a huge accomplishment from where I have been.

I would LOVE to run MMV3 for 30 days on a recomp. I think it would be suhweet!

You look good to me Silver. Making gains everyday for sure.

Keep at it. Looking forward to the rest of this run.

Thanks brother. I know you are making some serious progress as well and it is inspiring me to keep fighting!

It is hard to believe,. but you do look leaner in the new pics. Awesome!!!

That is what I felt as well. There are 2 cycles I have ran that I felt leaner during the run. First was my Tren/P-Plex and the second was this one. Maybe that is because I am getting closer to a BF% where I should actually consider running these products. The way your run is going I am going to have to bust my ass constantly to catch you.

I was thinking the same dam thing..... I mean cut bro!, really wanna see hoe mmv2 is going to treat you in the end... whats you cal intake going to be?

I am going to stick with what has been working for me, but trying to limit the cheat days even more so. I try to stick around 2500 calories a day with most coming at lunch. I have been eating breakfast (eggs or cereal w/skim milk) at 7AM, oatmeal with pecans at 9:30AM, decent size lunch, afternoon snack of almonds or a protein bar, lighter dinner at 7PM and maybe a yogurt or sugar free pudding around 8:30PM. I typically have 2 protein shakes a day with one AM, one PM.

I am really going to try again to focus on not eating **** food, but I LOVE MEXICAN FOOD and burgers w/fries. I did say limit my cheat days though and I am trying like hell to hit 30min+ of cardio 3 times per week.

Work in progress big Silver!! You're on a journey that will continue for the rest of your life. Be patient, be steadfast, and accept no limitations!!

As to the cheat food, you can still eat Mexican, you just have to stick with the healthier choices. Like chicken quesadillas, steak fajitas, and things like that. As to the burger and fries, you can make hamburger steaks with lean ground chuck and here's a trick for the fries: Are you ready for this??!!

SWEET POTATO FRIES!!!!

Slice some sweet potatoes up like french fries and then boil them for a few minutes to tender them up. Next line them out on a baking sheet and sprinkle them with just a little brown sugar and some cinnamon.
Bake for 20 minutes on 375 or until done.
ENJOY!!

We can always eat healthy and enjoy it at the same time!!!

Those sweet potatoes sound yummy. I will definately be giving that a shot soon.

i know that novraskies(not sure on spelling) by my house sells them. I usually get the shrimp wrap and some sweet potatoe fies. Wow. hell, i'm getting it tonight.

The TGod dropping some consumable knowledge right there. Those are my favorite fries of all time. There is a diner near by that sells them too. Awesome!
I think that diet piece is the hardest thing to nail down. We love to eat! But eating better will pay off major in the end. Patience and vigilence will be your friend.

Push on!

Thx guys for the feedback. It helps inspire me to fight through the pain and keep progressing. I meet the specialist tomorrow to discuss getting an epidural injection to help relieve the pain. I would not have the procedure until next Monday at the earliest. I really hope that it helps because living with a sore left ass, hamstring and ankle is getting damn annoying!

I will put together a little update tomorrow on MMV2.

I started watching the show last season and it helped keep me pressing forward. I felt like if those fat bastards can change their life then this fat bastard can as well. Unfortunately, it is a little harder to do with much less time and much more temtation.

I never truly realized how much work it requires to build a good body. I have been working out religiously for over a year (I know others have 5, 10, 20+) and I am nowhere close to where I want to be. I do feel like I am making progress though and maybe in another 5-10 years I will be there. Ugh.

One other thing that has suprised me was that I thought all this weight lifting was supposed to make us feel better. I agree that is the case mentally, but it seems like all of us struggle with joing, back, muscular issues and DOMs all the time. It is all worth it though in the long run and I am better because of it.

hey silver, since I have been on these forums here at AM I have checked out some of your logs/progress. I just wanted to tell you that I am very impressed with what you have done with your body. You continue to look better and better! First the weight loss, now your toning up and adding some knowticeable muscle!!! Great work. Quick question though; in terms of fat loss and toning, not necessarily bulking, how would you rate the PH's you've tried?

The hardest part of changing your lifestyle is realizing that it takes years not months to accomplish. Hell, I have been doing this for 4+ years now religiously, I've spent thousands of dollars on supplements (good ones:18: , and bad ones :owned2: )... and I still have a long way to go. What you have to realize is that you will never reach your final destination until you die, or win Mr. Olympia... one or the other lol. The point being, there is always something more to strive for, and as long as you are progressing, you are winning the battle. I have watched you go from someone who had little knowledge and was doing assisted pull ups, to someone who wreaks havoc in the gym and helps teach others on their journey. You're a magnificent example of what all of us are all about. Keep pushing forward homeslice.

I appreciate the feedback and I hope I have passed some good information along as I went. As for which PH/DS I have taken that has given me the most toning up I would have to say the Xtreme Tren. I know I added P-Plex to the cycle as well so it is hard to judge it alone, but I was experiencing changes during the first week. I would have to give MMV3 a close second, but only running it 10 days makes it a little hard to compare. I will guarantee you that the sides are less on MMV3 which might make the number 1 after a 4 week cycle. When using Tren, my blood pressure went from around 127/80 to 155+/90 at one point and I could not drink enough water to keep my urine (sorry for getting so detailed) from being pretty dark yellow. Also, my agression was pretty nuts on the compound and I almost flew off the handle more than once.

Short version:

If you want low sides and a good compound to lean you out then MMV3 when available. The other great thing about MMV3 for me was the lack of support products needed and the ability to go SERMless.

If you don't mind sides of agression (almost cost me my marriage), high blood pressure and more potential for gyno then you will probably lean up while gaining more weight on a Tren/19nor compound.

Even though I had the above sides, I would still try Xtreme Tren again, but I am not necessarily saying it is for everyone.

I give you and Timber tons of credit for my progress and ability to pass on correct information. You guys took my fat ass under your wings, critiqued and helped me with workout routines and challenged me to better myself. You guys also didn't rip me for being stupid with my first cycle of the harshed compound available with no SERM (M-Drol with Formadrol Extreme for PCT), but made sure I didn't make the same mistake again. I try to live the AM motto of Learn, Teach, Lead when the opportunity presents itself. You are right about this being a long journey and I am in it for the long haul.

btw, where did our commie stars go?

I had no clue what they were. I never had one so I didn't even notice it missing.

Quick Back Update:

I am Epidural Steroid Injection on Thursday. The hope with that is it will prevent the pain enough to allow me to work out my back and abs to strengthen my core which has been left behind for the last 3 months while I have been in pain. He said it is an easy procedure, he is not getting the big ass needle in his back, and should start helping within a few days. I am very hopeful that it will get me back to 80% or so.
