Hi forum members, just wondering WHY at my local supplement store in Sydney AUSTRALIA, they have told me that the entire usp labs range has been banned in Australia.

So NO, Powerfull, Prime, Jack3d and the rest…

Big fan of the POWERFULL product, and was interested to try jack3d today. So I have ended up with superpump250…

Can nutraplanet send the usplabs products direct to my house via a online purchase? Or would this be a waist of time and money.

If somebody @ usplabs/nutraplanet could help me out, it would be much appreciated.

ive got heaps of usplabs stuff through from np, thier products are not banned, the guy is full of **** trying to get you to buy a different brand that they stock

EXACTLY....I had jacked and Powerfull bought in (Loved jacked)
If you can handle NP's Mind boggling Delivery charges just order it in mate. (remember your Aussie and hence aren't worth spit to NP) Jacked goes off, great stuff!
 
A few years ago, I shipped a decent sized package to Denmark, using UPS. It cost around $200, with no rush on it. I wouldn't think that NP would purposely impose a higher shipping rate on customers.
 
Not banned at all, I think the owner meant demand is so high that they cannot keep it stocked.

Not so much shipping Issues Jay, But why does it cost $76 US (WELL over a hundred Aus) to ship 2 JP8's here? Im not trying to import a Humvee man. NP Is a massive multi million dollar company. "Get Deisel" a tiny company by comparison charge a FLAT rate of $15!! And thats no matter how much stuff you order. Any way you look at it, that is damning. That is FIVE times the shipping of a much smaller company......ridiculous.
When a polite PM/ E mail was sent to them by another member of this board regarding the matter it was ignored. If outrageous shipping charges and ignored messages aren't treating the customer with contempt I dont know what is.
I will now await while a thousand NP supporters tear me to shreds.

Wow, I guess I see how NP can affrod to do free shipping over 75$ orders in the US! Haha, sorry I guess I shouldn't poke a sore spot.

You know that does sound high though for shipping to Aussies, I was in Saudi recently and made several large orders that only ran around 20$ to ship?

Not so much a sore spot man, as just frustrating really. I understand these companies must look after their biggest consumer base first. You dont need a degree in Business to know that. But why on earth cant such a massive company spend just a little time realising there are other countries on earth besides america?
Good for you guys though! free shipping over $75. You'd be loving it!:laugh:

Ozzy we do not make any profit from shipping; in some cases we actually lose a bit from the extra weight of the box/packaging materials.

I do admit the shipping price is..well exorbitant in some cases. I brought up the option of switching to USPS First Class Mail, and am willing to pass on any suggestions you might have to help lower costs. I would just like to stress that NutraPlanet values all our customers, and we do have a sizeable Australian/New Zealand customer base and we try to meet your needs as best we can. I'm not sure what happened to the email, but please send it to me at my username @ gmail.com , and I'll make sure it gets straight to Sam/Darren.

just passing on info, i have seen usp lab products in the past - however im shocked that i was told this inf'. about the current shipping.

ill check out with another store that's local and see if they have any "new stock" coming in.
