No doubt...that hack squat increase is mind blowing!! Almost double the weight. Sunny, leg extensions really aren't a great one for the knees, deffinitely not at those weights. I would just lighten the weight up alot and do them at the end for a finisher. My .02 cents...

pinwheel curls - 80x 5/3/2 - same reps, up 5 lbs. the 80's made me want to scream!
hack squats 320x 6/3/2 - lost 2 reps, up 50 lbs. no knee pressure on this exercise.

just the T-911 by itself brotha. especially in your situation, you've got to ease into the supplements. an interaction between supps and your meds are just a matter of time, so the easier it is to figure out what's causing an issue, the better off you are.
Yes your right. Thats true which is why i was thinking long and hard about it. Ive taken Mstak befor and no probs. Im only on Remicaide and Flagyl now. Dropped the other 3meds! Im just happy my appitite is coming back! Got in about 3k today!
nice. the T911 by itself should do something given the logs i've read. i'd just hate to have you get an interaction and have to drop a stack versus dropping one supplement.

I'm advising the training/supplementation/diet of a co-worker for the last year and he has Crohn's as well. It's been hard as Hel to get some mass on him. Extra carbs didn't seem to do it. But since I've had him to up his protein and healthy fats intake significantly, he's finally gaining a few pounds!!
I've got him eating lots of peanut butter, coconut oil, olive oil, etc.....
And like G-Money said earlier, LOTS of steaks!!!!!

Thank TG! Yes it took me 3yrs to go from 140-175pds and stayed at 7%BF! I was thinking about adding so more fats in, but wasnt sure about it, ill start up on that! PB is kinda a no no, but it depends alot on my body at the time, sometimes its fine others not so much, same goes for oats and wheat bread! Im heading to the store tonite and picking up a resupply of steaks, ice cream, oils(coconut and olive), creamer, and tryin to find some dang Goats milk!

got sidetracked with the kids - son had a carnival thingy at his school todaywill update this log in a few.
i will quickly mention that i switched the order of my routine today - i suspect my front delts (hit 55 lb dumbells today) are overpowering my chest, making my DB bench a waste. after prefatiguing my front/mid delts, i really felt my chest take a beating.

Seated dip machine - 325x 8/3/1 - real world weight - stuck a plate on it when i maxed the machine out

EZ bar reverse grip triceps 90x9 - i need to find another rear tri workout - i feel like i'm going to drop the weights on my head.

Front DB delt raises - 55 x 5/3/2 - same reps, up 5 lbs. felt hard, but doable.
Side DB delt raises - 40x7/4/2 - down 3 reps, up 5 lbs. these are painful. something tweaked on the underside of my delts.
Pec Dec - 240x8/4/2 - same reps, up 10 lbs
Butterfly Machine - 220x16/8/4 - up 3 more reps.
DB bench - 85's 9/4/2 - lost 3 reps, up 5 lbs. i felt my chest struggling on rep 7 - a nice change.
seated dip machine
overhand - 240x16 - up 20 lbs and a rep.
underhand - 230x13 - down a rep, up 10 lbs
parallel grip - 240x16 - same reps, up 10 lbs
thoughts : workout felt awesome. i've never strained that much on chest as i did today. aggression and mood is great, libido is still pretty solid as well. aside from the issue with side delt raises and the weird pain, i'm pretty happy about this. the pain i suspect is stabilizer muscles that haven't grown quite as fast as my primary muscles, so i'll leave my side delt raises at 40's until they catch up. its only painful when i actually lift, no residual pain throughout the day.
i'm actually kind of shocked, because i always suspected my tri's overpower my chest, but this isn't what's happening. live and learn i guessanyways, thats it for today. oh, and i'm getting a case of the sniffles, so i'm superdosing vitamin C. if it continues tomorrow, i'll start PCT 3 days early just to be safe - i can't kick a cold while on cycle. besides, i'm pretty happy with what i've gained so far - i'd rather not loose it

As far as the shoulder pain, I had a similar pain from similar movements. I gave it some extra streching before workout, and inbetween 2 warmup sets. I would go really light with the weight for about 2 sets and do like 30 reps. I would do 20 second streches in between the 2 warm up sets and the pain never happened again. As simple as that. I guess you need that when you start messing with higher weight!
