Pushing Dormant Fibers to the Max(Epistane 4wk log)

this show is almost over but thanks for stopping by, i did not experience any hair loss... i actually would not mind losing some thats one thing i have plenty of :)
this cycle kicked in pretty late so i'm hopping it will leave late too... in any case I have another bottle of epi sitting around I'll be making another run at this stuff later on for sure.

Workout Comments:
Its Saturday and my oldest been asking to go to the snow all week long so today he'll have his wish granted, I packed up the kids and out the door early we went for the Sierras in a day tip to play in the snow. I was great to go on the slides and I helped preparing snow balls for the kids to have a little snow ball fight, very fun but made for a long and tiring day.


Cycle Comments:
I got up early this morning knowing this was it my last day on this cycle and I was not happy by the fact that I would not get a chance to workout at all, so i decided postponing my last day till tomorrow so that i would go out with a good workout.

Todays workout was fantastic, I was off yesterday and this morning i was ready for battle, through out the entire workout i hit personal bests on all exercises, I lifted the most weight and did extra sets too, I definitely could have gone even heavier, it seems as thought i'm not aware of my limits right now, strength is way up!

Cycle Comments:
My strength is still picking up been getting really good pumps all day and don't have any side effects to report, so far so good.


Final Thoughts :
Alright, final day of this log before heading in to PCT, this cycle went one day extra b/c yesterday i was not able to train and did not want to out with a whimper but rather with a workout day bang. I put on 4lbs which does not seem like much but i can see my physic has really changed, my muscles are fuller and I have an overall good feeling. My body responded late for this compound but overall its been a great experience, I'm up on all my lifts and been getting the best pumps in and out of the gym. I sure will try this again in time.

Thanks for the great log. 4lbs is a good gain when you factor in what your BF% may be now that the cycle is over. Overall, solid gains.

Lungz, thanks for stopping by and following my log, my bf has not dropped substantially due to the fact i stopped doing my cardio when i'm pressed for time in my early morning workouts, although recently it has dropped now that epi has fully kicked in with a little cardio i could drop my bf and still put on weight.

the 4bls gained dont make justice for this cycle, meaning my strength is way up and my physic has been altered, I'm very happy for a first cycle this is really good stuff and i will do another run in the near future.

I'll start my PCT tomorrow but I'll keep updating this log as long as there's worthy information and my strength is up.

This is what i have planned for my PCT, I got a SERM (Tamoxifen) in hand but since i have not had any sides I plan on running a low dose for 2 weeks for safety sake (20/20 or 20/10) and save the remaining for my next cycle.

Liver support, I have lots of milk thistle that I capped.

AI, I have Formestane which i just mixed with penetrate today and applied some of it today, I also have 6-OXO 180 caps not sure if its overkill to run it and if i do how should i dose it?

Anti-Cort, I have a bottle of Retain 2 will start that tomorrow morning.

Test Booster, I have a bottle of IGF-2 I could take that.

Thats what i have in hand let me know this is sufficient of any additions are Teeded.

thanks bro.... I'm still ridding the epi train... my workouts are out of this world.... maybe i finally learned a better way to train :D but my strength is way up.... i dont normally move up my weights like this.... Epistane is some great stuff!

Dont get me wrong , I train since I was 22, and I made my first cycle only when I was 31 so almost 10 years natural but know that I tried the juicy stuff I can see how natural sucks, and I only do short 6 week inject cycles, I can imagine if I push it a litle longer, but I try to be always on the safe side.

natural= injuries and supplement disappointments, I see guys training hard and they always look the same, it sucks, its funny to see them asking whats the stuff I use when I`m on, lol, I have to lie cause juicers here are seen as marginals so I say creatine and protein and some of them really believe,lol
 
I hear you, its not for everybody.... I'm way passed my natural potential here and from now on its all down hill... i'll be needing stronger goodies in the future if i want keep growing :D
For now I'm just getting my finger wet with some PH experience, staying in the safe side per say!
 
Mann I'm glad I'm still goin strong and making pretty good gains naturally while I can.. once I get my hands on my 1st PH cycle...watch out !

The thing I learned about the most in this cycle was not a new way to train per say but how I approached my training... I kept a high intensity and high volume training in this last 2 weeks of his cycle when i felt it kick in and thats what i was referring about. I am changing my routine now since my current has gotten old, I'll be doing a 3 day split with 2 days in a row and 1 day off,

chest/tris
back/bis
off
legs
chest/tris
off
....

hopefully i will not over train using this routine

Does this mean you'll be doing chest/tris after your second off day too? Also, why so much chest work in comparison to everything else?
 
basically l'm dropping shoulder workouts and focus on 3 mass builers chest/back/legs
using the example above after my second day off l'll do back/bi's then legs and day off
then keep cycling those 3 with a day off here and there, hope that clarifies

Got in the gym and hit the smith machine for the first time in a long time to get my chest workout start, smith machine helps me to keep form overall had a killer workout intensity was very good.

Still feeling very good about my cycle, starting to feel a little bad that these effects will be gone soon. No side effects libido still good.

I had very little sleep and was not able to make to the gym, I'll be killing myself in the gym over the weekend for slacking off in these last 2 days.


Cycle Comments:
the only bad thing to report was my dream from last night, I had a dream in it I had gyno on both nipples and it was pretty vivid so far thats the only bad side ;) libido is still strong, it was stress tested last night and its still working good ;)

LOL.... I've been reading all these threads about gyno that its going over my head while sleeping!

I've been wanting to make more updates but not much to report, so far no sides and strength is still up, yesterday I did my leg workout and it was a blast.

As i look in to the future, I will do another PH run in a few months, I got another bottle of epi plus another of havoc, I'll try havoc next.

For now, I'm thinking of running Anabolic Edge by PAL, I might start this soon... next week or the following if thats ok!

lol, I've had dreams I started another cycle way too soon. And no, I'm not running another cycle any time in the near future! Your looking A-OK in your pct so far. Keep it up!
 
Anabolic Edge is awesome! Take advantage of the twin-bottle deal at NP! You'll want to run it for six weeks or so. I ran one bottle at 6 tabs daily and it was great, but only lasted 3 weeks.

On Havoc now and I enjoy it. :)

I already scored that deal awhile back (2 AE bottles for $49.99), I'm just not sure if its too soon to run any other supplement, and yes my next cycle will be havoc, are you logging your cycle? if not whats your protocol?

I'm casually logging it in my BoC log located in the sig. I'm on Week 3 @ 30mg right now. I'm mainly running it for gyno reduction...also pulsing MMV2 @ 4 caps pre-wo.
