BF: 29.3 (+1.6)
Definitely these stats are not the best measure of my cycle since these stats have not moved much from where I started however my strength has picked substantially and I'm more happy about that!

Warm Up for 5 minutes on treadmill

Workout Comments:
My leg workout was off the charts I started out with hack squats since I've hit a plateau on my barbell squats and was cruising from there on.... i did more reps using my previous max weight, workout highlights: leg presses were awesome last set went to failure.... but doing the barbell lunges hat to be the most intensive part, I had a hard time breading when i was done with that.
By the end of my workout combining all the reps and weight today I lifted the most weight I have ever, and my legs are hell a sore. Sorry B, no window washers today

Cycle is feeling pretty good about now, I've been filling good pumps through the day in my upper body even though i did not trained it today, libido is still good, no other issues to report.
