Got 5hrs of sleep last night but convinced myself to go the gym and my workout was great today I felt more aggression while w/o from the very beginning and finish all my exercises early, got good pumps while working out my biceps
tomorrow is my day off but I'll join the spin class i had a really good time doing that last week.

Cardio day, I joined the spin class this morning again and really got a good sweat for an hour, I was able to keep more tension this time around than i did last week


Cycle Comments:
I think this is starting to kicking in now, I feel my muscles are getting more full than before and I'm getting good pumps through the day, I cant wait to see what tomorrow will bring when i do my legs workout this will be the true test. stay tuned.

I totally hear you on that, you gotta represent and push harder specially when your partner can lift more than you do :) (he's been training a lot longer than I have) the funny thing was this morning we were talking after my cardio and we'll be training together again tomorrow, the good thing is that for leg w/o I can lift as much or more than he does so specially squats and lunges, I'll be pushing him hard and to the limit tomorrow! :thumbsup:
He doesn't know I'm taking epi :18:

no workout today, felt sick as a dog this morning, last night i drank my night shake with warm milk and i think that upset my stomach, i had major sweats all night plus i had to get up twice with diarrhea, since today was my leg workout day going feeling like crap plus with diarrhea was not such a good idea, I actually work 1/2 day only came home and slept till 6pm

Not much to report here. feeling like crap all day has kept my mind off this cycle for now, i hope to recover soon and resume working out!

Thanks bro, i was looking forward to that too had i not gotten sick, leg days are my favorite and i like to go heavy... i got back in the gym this morning and did my workout and came out feeling great, will make my daily update shortly.

this run has not been the most exciting one to follow since its taken awhile to kick in but again maybe what this cycle needs is another person to follow.

My weight has dropped substantially from getting sick yesterday, i haven't been in the 187 range in a long time

I workout by myself today my buddy had done his leg w/o yesterday, not such a bad thing since I'm still recovering I was planning to use same weights as the last time workout, I did my exercises without getting much strain this makes me feel that my strength is up I even up the weight on some exercises.


Cycle Comments:
Cycle is moving forward and I gotta finish strong, I no longer feel pain in my joints and hamstrings like i felt up till yesterday letting up to getting sick, felt my strength up this morning on all my lifts I even move up the weight in the end which i did not expect, while working out i notice that I'm getting better definition in my arms, they're getting more full and round.

Tomorrow I'll do shoulders and traps

Thats a good point B, i was really happy with what i saw in the mirror today and at this point i'm completely ignoring what the scale reports back but for the purpose of this exercise I'll keep logging.

I was thinking some more about this last night and you're right, you cant simply rely on a scale reading to gauge anything.... I've read epi reviews where guys claim to have put on mass weight probably they were on the light side to begin with then i've read other reviews where guys claim to have dropped in weight... I guess I'm somewhere in between... I'm right where I started :D

Got in the gym at the usual time 5am warmed up and hit the weights, man I'm happy to report this epi has hit me and hit me rally hard today... from the beginning I had good tempo working out with little rest when I did my Lateral Deltoid Raises I felt a huge rush and major pump I kept really form and did extra reps.... at some point when looking in the mirror my shoulders looked like they blew up and looked square man that was great, I kept the same tempo and used little rest periods. After my shoulders w/o were done I did some biceps training just to see if this was real and I got just as good a pump I was really moving those weights.... I filled up my shirt pretty well, that shirt felt tight when i was in the gym.

Cycle Comments:
By now I have no doubt is working it only took 20 days but I'm on it now :) overall felling in the gym today was great and I felt like a machine plowing through those weights. I should also report that I'm not felling any sides thus far and libido is through the roof,this is really its making her happy while i had to weight 20 days :D

Tomorrow will be my day off but i might go to the gym anyway and do cardio or hit the chest workout.
 
I'm excited for ya DF!!! When I did my cycle I would sometimes skip my day off, especially the 3rd and 4th week, as I had the same feeling you have now. It's a rush all by itself, so yeah, hit the gym tomorrow. Recovery shouldn't be an issue if you're eating right and still getting a couple days between bodyparts, as I believe recovery is super enhanced at this point!!!

I'm thinking in those lines too B, I like working out on weekends... sure the gym is busier but I don't have to rush out of there like on week days, I'm also happy to hear about the recovery part, i kinda noticed that yesterday when i did my legs workout they don't feel sore at all but wasn't sure. I'm stocked now :thumbsup:

Workout was spot on, I had great intensity while training kept my rest periods short and moving along, I raise the weights a bit and at the end I had such good energy left I did supper sets on the cable machine curls using different variations plus ab sets, I got a really good pump and broke out sweating. I should also mention strength is also noticeably up!


Cycle Comments:
This morning was the first time in a long time i did not take any NO products with my pre wo shake, I've read in other threads that NO products are not needed when taking epi but i always took some as a pick me up/kicker to get things going, anyhow, I did not miss it at all wo was supper and after my last supper sets when i left the gym i still had energy in my tank, tomorrow is legs day, I'll make sure to go all out and leave empty!

Yes, you owe a great leg workout, because you weren't up to par last week,.. so kill it!!! Go for a heavy PR, then try to finish with a 20 rep widowmaker!!! Should be fun, and pant splitting!!!

Did you happen to take measurements before the cycle? I've been trying to keep up with your log and I'm not sure if I missed that or not. It would be strange if you're not gaining weight and not losing fat.

I did not take any measurements as such in the beginning on this cycle besides the stats I track daily, my weight is not necessarily the best gauge for this cycle since I'm right where I was in the beginning but in all fairness this thing did not kick in for me till the second half of week 3 but now my strength is off the charts, maybe the weight fluctuation will follow

I was feeling very sluggish in the gym this morning and did not have good momentum.. 3 days in a row working out is not my norm, workout highlights was doing cable crunch, I could not straighten my body after the 4th set. i simply went in so that i can group my next workouts as usual

Same as the day before, been getting good pumps thought out the day, it feels pretty good.

Tomorrow will be my day off i will get some much needed rest
 
Here's a little treat for anyone still following this log, this zip contains a really nice excel sheet program i use to track my workouts, i found it somewhere i dont recall where... this is by far the best tracking sheet i've seen, I made some changes to mine to create new charts and what not but this is a good starting point. Enjoy!

On a side note, it's a shame some of these orals take so long to kick in, because now that you're feelin' it, I'm sure you don't want it to end. Just enjoy the ride,.. get some rest, and then attack!!!

bonscott, thanks for the encouraging words brother! Being that this is my first cycle i'm not disappointed at all, my strength is moving up and that's keeping me happy right now, but you're right theres something on the down side of orals and that is the lag time for it to kick in... for now it will do fine... i'm taking a rest day tomorrow and getting back in to training even heavier on my next chest workout.

Workout today was great, it was good to be back in the gym after my day off, i was able to fly by in all my exercises using my heaviest weights and i was doing high reps, next time around I'll do low reps with more weight. workout highlight was doing the pec deck flys man i was doing sets of 20, i got a sic pump from that, after wards i did tris and my arms were full, i guess the whole workout was a highlight :D

Second to last day, although this thing kidded in late I'm really enjoying the ride, I'm getting great pumps all day and really look forward to getting back in the gym, no sides to report.

Tomorrow I will skip working out I'll be taking the kids to the snow and return to the gym on Sunday my first PCT day!

It kept working for me for at least 5 days into my PCT. Great log man.

this show is almost over but thanks for stopping by, i did not experience any hair loss... i actually would not mind losing some thats one thing i have plenty of :)
this cycle kicked in pretty late so i'm hopping it will leave late too... in any case I have another bottle of epi sitting around I'll be making another run at this stuff later on for sure.
