wow, what a day. had a great workout despite the late time i hit the gym - 3:15. of the twins, the left one had a moment of pain earlier today - atrophy i'm guessing. it went away quick, and was only the second time this cycle i've had that occur. no other sides, aggression is still in check. workout to follow, PR's in bold 
friday
back/bi/rear delts
lat pulldowns (ultra wide) behind the back - 160x10/5/2 - up 3 reps. 170 i can't get the bar to touch my neck - maybe 1" off.
lat "shrugs" 200x 3 sets of failure - up 5 lbs
pullups (ultra wide) BW x 9/5/3 - up 2 reps again.
t bar rows 150 x 9/5/2 - up 2 reps and 5 lbs.
straight arm lat pushdowns 110x 11/6/3 - up 3 reps. 120, i couldn't get 6 reps out of
DB rear delt raises 35 x 9/5/3 - up 3 reps. had to take a few breaths to finish my first set.
shrugs behind the back - 220 x 10/6/4 - up 20 lbs
same reps. the top of my traps actually got striated at the top of the ROM, which was super cool.
preacher curls 95x 7/4/3 - same reps, up 5 more lbs.
more straight arm lat pushdowns 100x12, 90x14. gotta get them up to speed
cardio - later in the day i will.
i suppose the workout could have been better, but the primary focus was to get my lats going. weights don't mean anything without good form. i'm a little disappointed i didn't hit more PR's, but that's my ego talking. instead of ego, i'd rather have lats
