Congrats on those P.R'S sunny,and that thing with your back!..bleh!..i know what your talking about!thats why i hardly do them bent over row's!..only when i really need to i will!

lol. its not hard with tren brotha. though i've got to keep an eye on these strength gains. 3 and a half more weeks of this is a definite indication that my muscles are growing stronger and faster than my tendons are. towards the last week of this cycle i'll be a little more cautious about the weights.

thanks man. sides are non existent yet, though i expect aggression to creep up sometime this week. water consumption has definitely gone up as well. that's it.
 
day 16. got my blood pressure tested :) 132/76 which is really good for me. had a semi good workout today - i'm experimenting with a few new exercises, and i found an interesting problem when you go up in weights too fast - getting the dumbells into position for DB bench press! argh....

anyways, PR's in bold :)




thursday
chest/tri/front & mid delts
rest pause

DB bench - 80's 8/4/2 lost a rep, up 5 lbs. it was hell getting the weights into position.
Pec Dec - 220x9/4/2 - up 20 lbs, and one rep (again!)
Butterfly Machine - 220x12/6/4 - maxed machine, up 4 reps
Front delt DB raises - 45x6/3/2 - lost 3 reps, up 5 lbs! these are nasty on your delts
side delt DB raises - 35x7/4/2 - lost 2 reps, but i got 35 up!
Seated dip machine - 325x 8/4/2 - same. machine goes to 280, and i pinned a 45 to the other side of the stack like last time. effectively maxed
tricep rope pushdowns 90x 10/6/4 - up 2 more reps - i don't have the guts to try 100 (this week)
reverse grip tricep bench dips (new exercise) - body weight x25. can't figure out how to weight this exercise.
cardio - 10 minutes of the bike - saw 2 cardio bunnies today!

additionally :
legs are demolished from yesterdays workout. then my girl made me go hiking after i got back from the gym, hence another late post. the DOMS in my legs right now is out of this world.

sides : none. left knuckle middle finger is a brownish color, that i've never had before. i'm clueless. i suspect its a side, though i can't figure out what the heck it is.

i'm going to hit the gym on saturday to play around with the reverse grip bench dips, as well as rack chins. that's it for today - on to dinner. i just cooked a chicken/beef/shrimp organic stir fry!

yes it does! the front DB raises for today were especially gratifying, as i don't know that many people that can do them at my gym. if all the AM group was at one gym i'd be one among the multitudes though :)
 
dammit, i can't stop eating. recomping is really tricky for me because i have to drop my calories because my bulks are so extreme.

Wanna trade??? lol But seriously, you know what to do, just a lil hard to fine tune it, but thats with most things bro. Half way to go still! Keep that train rollin!

Cardio Bunnies "Reps!"~

Great work out man! whats your weight at now sunny? When I do DB's which is rare, Sometimes the tuffest part is getting that first rep up and into position, after that I find it to be gravy:) I like gettiing a boost into position, then take them down, thats a plus with having a work out partner
 
here's my left knuckle. it doesn't hurt, its just a weird color. the distortion is much more obvious when looking at it - i can't get a picture of it to fully show what it looks like - much darker when i look at it.

friday! had a pretty solid workout. g/f joined me at the gym, so i had a quicker workout than usual. sides - none besides the weird knuckle thing (picture above). aggression and mood is fine - i'm feeling great today.

lat "shrugs" 190x 3 sets of failure - up 20 lbs
pullups (ultra wide) BW x 7/4/2 - up one rep
straight arm lat pushdowns 100x 8/5/3 - down a rep, up 10 lbs :)
DB rear delt raises 35 x 6/4/2 - lost another rep, up 5 more lbs! gonna stay here till i can get 10 reps
t bar rows 135 x 8/4/2 - up 10 lbs, same reps
shrugs behind the back 200 x 10/6/4 - up one rep

feeling pretty solid today. legs are hurting like nobodies business. i'm making dinner right now - chicken and salmon (ocean caught) with brown rice :) organic lemons from the garden and black pepper, and its a feast.

Thats a sweet deal, you and your girl going to the gym together.. with your knuckle bro, did you hit something? is it sore? I know times I'll do something to myself and I'll wake up and I'll have a bruise a size of a softball, I'll sit there and wonder how in the hell it happen lol.

see, that's why i think its a side. i haven't hit anything, and if i did, it would have gone away by now. its not like it hurts or anything, just a darker color. i'm really hesitant to call anything a side unless i can't for the life of me figure out how else it could have happened.

this is one of those things. i'm pleased to note though, that the aggression is still in check, and libido is higher than usual. blood pressure is under control as well.

Need I say it, beastly? :) As for distortions, I should have taken a picture of my finger after I dropped the DB on it. You could see where it landed, I can still easily feel the break line, and it's puffy 10 weeks after :(
one word. ouch! i dropped a 25 plate on my foot while wearing shoes and it hurt like all get out. i can't imagine with no padding.

Yea..:think: so strange though one knuckle? humm, what in the hell would cause it to go brown....good thing is everything is underwraps! so this is a A+ run man..I'd keep a close eye on it sunny, just to see if maybe it starts to expand..
 
yeah, it doesn't really make sense to me either. oh well - not like it interferes with my life or my workouts :)
 
bumped the hdrol up to 75 today. dienedrone still at 100mg. everything is going pretty good so far - still no aggression which surprises me. muscles are firmer and i'm noticeably bigger, but no recomp effect that i've noticed (of course i'm super critical of myself, so who knows). i suspect a recomping effect will start this week. the focus today was to increase my reps, so no real increases in weights. anyways, here's the gym damage, with PR's in bold :)


Monday
Chest/Tri's

bench 245 x 9/5/1 - up 4 reps. almost within PR range.
tricep dips BW + 100 x 9/4/2 - up 2 reps
upright rows (smith) 165x 8/5/2 - up 3 reps, pinkies on outer rings.
incline bench 205x 8/4/2 -up 10 lbs, same reps
CG bench 185 x 9/4/2 - up 2 reps. shoulders aren't keen on going up to 195 yet.
military press 185x 6/4/2 - lost a rep, up 10 lbs! finally got this beast.
reverse grip tricep pushdown 120x9/5/3 - up 2 reps.
cable crossovers 85 x 8/4/3 - up 3 reps.
cardio (bike) for 10 minutes.

shoulders are pissed with me right now. middle delts are screaming at me. i'm going to get some more water - i think i may need to kick my water consumption up by another liter. thanks for tuning in guys!
 
Another solid w/o Sunny!! Thats some big weight hanging on that belt for the dips. This should improve nicely with the bump in the H-drol. Keep striving for the goal bubba.

thanks man. i see thesinners log, and him doing weighted dips with 3 plates and thinking.... one of these days i'll have the strongest tri's on the forum....

then i see russians log and i'll never forget i was thinking "those are pretty decent numbers - i'm getting close".... oh wait, those are in kilograms.... i see the trap laid out - without a year of cycles, i'll never catch up to people that have 5-10 years more experience than i do, and even then it may not be possible. still, i'm happy with my numbers and i know that for me, i'm making the progress that i want to make.

SC- Geeeeezzzz You have some strong shoulders and tris my friend! That is a frackin awesome work out! Reps were going on up and to top it off there is no signs of slowing down! That workout in itself looked brutal! Niiiiiice!

I just got back from mine, and siiigh its frustrating to see how much ive really dropped now, but non the less, your an insperation to me and the others watching this bro! I know ill be back soon enough if i can get the health ish under control =/

i'll be doing them for chest, but my tris always get a great workout when i do them.
 
day 22 :) still on 100mg dienedrone, and as of yesterday, 75mg h-drol. feeling great, still no aggression, which is kind of weird. i thought it would have kicked in really hard over the last few days, but that hasn't happened yet. following AZMIDLYF's advice, i'm not doing rest/pause on deadlifts. i'm also trying to figure out how to pull off rack chins without a spotter, so bear with me. on to the workout!

tuesday

pullups 9, then assist machine (-20) till failure for two sets.
deads 295 x 7 - one more rep on the first set, up 20 lbs :) hitting 300 was my goal for the entire cycle, and i knew i'd break that with last weeks workout. i'm beyond excited!
face pulls 90 x 9/4/3 - lost 3 reps, up 10 more pounds
barbell rows - 185 x 8/4/2 - same reps, up 10 lbs.
machine curls -140x 9/4/3 - dangit. up one rep only :( that's a crappy increase.
standing shrugs - 280x 8/4/2 - up 10 lbs, down one rep
reverse pec dec machine - 110x 9/4/3 - lost 2 reps, up 5 lbs. honestly, i should have done better, but my shoulders just didn't want to.
cardio i'll do in a few minutes - maybe go for a jog. i'll work on getting pics up today as well. thanks for watching guys.

awesome man! on the last week, i'll post my numbers from week one along with what i'll be doing that day :D this is a very inspirational stack - its hard not to be ready to tear up the gym when you're hitting new PR's on a daily basis :)

Not only is teh stack inspirational, but your willingness to do what it takes to make that stack work, and work very well my friend! Your getting over enough protein/cals for your body to repair and build which in turns equals getting stronger and bigger! You my friend are the inspiration for the rest! That said, your Daily PRs are amazing! Week to week you not only keep going up, but your increases are huge in one way or another! For that i gotta give it up to ya bro :notworthy::notworthy:
