massive calves you got there.

would you believe me if I said that I don't ever train them?

my dad has 20" calves- look just like mine- 65 years old and has never trained in his life, LOL- good genetics I guess- I can literally put a full stack on the standing calf raise, plus 2-3 people- and I can rep it out and not get tired.....unfortunately, except for my hamstrings, the rest of my body is not like that :(

ha-ha- yeah- we talk pretty slow down here (especially if you have lived here almost all your life)- my wife and brother-in-law (AN's production manager) are from Massachussetts (up north)- they can't understand me sometimes :) Probably the deepest southern accent is folks from Eastern North Carolina- they literally sound like Boomhauer on "King Of The Hill"- the Low Country South Carolina (where I am from) comes in a close second :)

The only part I hate- it is much harder to sound intelligent with a southern drawl- people tend to discount you a little bit when they hear it.....

I have been to Aus. a couple times- really awesome country- been to the east and west coast....

Well, im from South Aus :D And I nuderstand drawls no worries, us Aussies all talk pretty country.
Anyway, Video Log is sick, keep it up and say a prayer for mine to get through. Definately look alot fuller at 12 day mark.

up another 3-4 lbs.- gains over the last 2-3 days have been unreal- now in the 206-209 range

You stated you did many aas/ph. How does this compare to epi/havoc or something similar to it? ex..size/strength/and sides.

I love Epi @ 30-50 mg per day- as far as a comparison- The One manifests itself faster as far as gains, strength increases, and size increases, but epi has some very good back end gains (The One does as well- I am really seeing these ATM) after about 11-15 days at the aforementioned dosage. Also, Epi does not seem to provide the "feel" that The One has (a generalized feeling of well-being).....as far as sides- they seem to be very similar (mild to none)

BTW- I am not knocking epi- I really love the compound- Havoc is a very innovative product and I have used it several times with great success- I might even use it again in the future......

honestly- don't really need to stack it with anything- it has both class I and class II characteristics.....

You noticing any symptoms of a cold at all? I've got a slightly scratchy throat, my roommate does too, and I've seen a number of other users report this as well. Just a coincidence all of us coming down with something around the time we start The One?

Im guessing with the amount of weight people are gaining, that the One sucks up all your nutrients for muscle and if you cant keep up with the food you get a little rundown. pure speculation.

hence my recs for increased nutrients- just eat a lot of fruits and vegetables along with increased calories, and take in Omega Essentials, Bio Mend, and Complete Balance....

yeah, my thoughts are that the mass gains as near the limits of maintainable gains for a cycle this length, and the strength gains are relatively close to outpacing tendons (unless you were coming off a long layoff i suppose) to where adding another compound increases risks + sides with minimal longer term gains

Very nice gains. I have epi on the way but now im 50/50 maybe even learning towards "the one" now. I will be following all these logs.

This reiterates what I was saying about dry gains on this compound......I took these about 20 minutes ago.....

Current weight as of March 11: 207 lbs. (up 13 lbs.)
Strength: Way up, every lift increased
Coordination: Way up, my ankle is still fkcd, but getting better- re-tweaked it Monday playing b'ball- still can't sprint (even 50%) or extend off it properly
Vascularity and Hardness: See for yourself :)
Bodyfat: may have dropped a point- around 4-5%- I can always tell when I am below 6 b/c the upper ridge of my belly button is sticking out, and historically this has correlated (at least for me) to being around 5

...superdrol didnt do jack for me, but The One is looking better and better...

I have a quick question: Because I am a P/H newb, I am wondering--Why do people talk bout all the P/H cycles they have run, or say things like "cant wait to run this again"? I dont get it, If you keep what you get why do people need to do multiple cycles?? Some guys on this baord seem to sound like they have done 3 or more diff ones. Shouldnt they be huge??
Reason i ask is I am kinda worried that after PCT is over, ever so slowly over the months I will lose it all. That must be the case or why would people always be looking at another cycle?

well, picture you start at 5'10" 170lbs. You do a cycle, get up to 185, end of pct down to 181. a great cycle. you then cut for summer as some fat was gained, and get down to 176. so after summer you do another bulk cycle, etc. Plus also with many people here life gets in the way. you switch jobs, have a child, break an arm, get tendonitis, etc etc all of which cause losses....

I ran SD low dose (5 mg/day) for a month- good stuff- gained 5 lbs- but this was a while ago....

I can't really compare the two in a mg for mg fashion- but I can tell you a good bit of the SD clones were not real over the last few years, so you may have gotten a bunk product....

I've ran original superdrol and although gains were similar, the way you feel ISNT. back pumps, lethargy, nausea were all pretty annoying. The lethargy on the ONE at 90mg is nothing even similar to superdrol at 30. With superdrol, I just wanted to nap all the time. with The ONE, its more like a caffeine letdown 10-12 hours after taking it
