New member
hey guys im new to this forum! im about to start a new supplement routine and i wanted to get some feedback and see what you guys think?
so far im taking, up your mass protein (mhp) and i've been thinking of taking green magnitude, white flood, and purple wrath by control labs. any suggestion?

I haven't used Up Your Mass, but Green Mag, White Flood, and Purple Wraath are all very good supplements. Purple Wraath is one of my favorites.

You cant go wrong with Green MAG and White FLOOD Green MAG sour apple tastes AMAZING, My 3rd time taking white flood i got up to 8 tabs and you can feel the beta alanine tingling and then the energy is so smooth and good your focus is great i felt decent pumps but i assume there will be more later. Overall both are great products and i heard PW may be even better.

Green Mag is a great creatine IMO. Taste is awesome. I can't do the PW because of the taste, but I've heard the grape is good (I had the purple lemonade).

What are your goals?

IF your starting somehwat over again go with white flood green mag purple wrath it has everything you need to gain muscle if you put in the work and have a proper diet. Also try to take a multivitamin Adam's multi by NOW is good but i find the taste a lil off but what can you expect its a vitamin. But anyways thats a good stack ive been lifting for 6 months or so and i use it its about the best you can do for now in my opinion.

i've been out of the gym for about 6 months so i lost alot of size and strength. i recently started exactly a month ago. My goal is to gain lean size and strength and trying to loss some body fat.

I'd wait to jump on any supplements. If you had a decent build and some good lifts before you quit lifting 6 months ago, you should be able to gain that back pretty quickly because of muscle memory. Just focus on diet and training for a little while. You'll be surprised on how muscle memory works, if you just have a little patience. :)

thanks guys! so far i am getting my strength back lil by lil and i've been eating right. Seems like alot of people like controlled labs!?

I'm a USPlabs fan. Controlled Labs is good, as is VPX, but I absolutely love USPlabs. Try 'em out, you won't be disappointed. Jack3d and Prime would be perfect for you, but I'd still wait just a little while longer on the supplement department, until you get back into the groove of things.

Try Shock therapy or animal pump and intra-aid plus EAA stack...

How are they working out for you?

Unbelievable. Prime is the best natural supplement on the market. I can't even compare it to anything else. Strength, Lean weight gain, libido is through the roof, good sense of well-being...I love it.

You want to RECOMP. I suggest that you get your DIET sorted and manipulated EXACTLY RIGHT, since it is the MOST essential component recomping (since muscle mass gain and fat loss are at OPPOSITE ends of the diet spectrum).

If you've been out of the gym for 6 months then essentially you would be considered 'untrained', and, depending on your training/supplement history, do not really need any supplements other than the staples:
* Creatine
* Multivitamin
* Good Fats
* Protein Powder
* BCAA's (some protein powders include this in)
You have all these bases covered, except for the multivitamin; a few good ones are NOW Adam, MHP Activite Sport, and AN Complete-Balance.

When you've got a little more training base built then you could consider adding in a pre-workout (which you have already) and testosterone booster. IGF-2 (stacked with Neovar Recomped) is one of the BEST natural products that can be used for recomping, IMO.

Whenever coming back from a layoff, I always get some supplements. Even though I could make gains without them, it's a mental-trick to get you to train harder :D

Good starting points here.

thanks for the info dude! this is my 7th week back and ive already gotten most of my strength back and my body is starting look defined little by little! On thursday i'm gonna start ordering all my supplements. I used to take nitrix, cell mass, halo and cyto gainer.Nitrix worked pretty good the most. Should i even take cratine right now cause im trying to lose a little bit of bf% to get my abs pack?

Anabolic Pump. You know as much as many products I have heard on here I never seen anyone mentioned about Cellmass or No-Xplode lol just weird since no-xplode was all over the gym. But I like USPLabs so Anabilic Pump might be something you can throw in.

i've noticed bsn isn't as popular as i thought it was.. but so far i've decided to take purple wrath, mhp up your mass,animal flex, and still debating on white blood or anabolic pump! i wanna get the right combination! im tired of buying supp's that have been alright.

First, I am not a DUDE (stats should give that away)!

Second, if you doing resistance (or anaerobic) training then YES you SHOULD be taking creatine. Creatine is NOT going to prevent or slow down the loss of BF. Very simply put creatine replenishes the muscle stores of phosphocreatine that the body uses to produce energy under anaerobic conditions.

How much bf are you trying to lose? If you're going to spend some time in a calorie deficit, I wouldn't skip on the Purple Wrath (Or comparable product). BCAA's will prevent catabolism while cutting.

what do you think about green magnitude then?

green magnitude is creatine you dont want creatine if youre cutting get some kinda fat burner and some bcaa/eaa powder and thats a start

I have been using recreate with success and I have used lipo 6 in the past (old formula) but there are others out there that are very good just dont have first hand experience with them but I am really liking the recreate

I have only ever used a sample. My [mini] review on it is here: Invalid Link Removed. Since it was only a ONCE use then I cannot really comment on it as a product overall.

Two creatine producust that would be excellent for recomping are:
* NeoVar Recomped (also acts as a nutrient repartitioner and insulin mimic), and
* Cre-02 (also acts as a nutrient repartitioner; and because it has and Endurance Matrix and Cordyceps, aids with endurance, etc. as well).

You STILL want to be using creatine if you are doing resistance (or anaerobic) training! At 16% BF the OP does NOT need a fat burner (since using one will show little effects at such a high (for a male) BF%); he needs to get his DIET in check and train hard!

well as a male who has been at 16% BF I think a fat burner would be beneficial IMO you're right when it comes to getting his diet in check but a fat burner really helped me when I was cutting down over about a 4 month period I dropped my BF from 16% to 9% almost in half I used a fat burner and an AP/supper cissus /Powerfull stack and this worked very well for me but again my diet was very strict and that was the key but I do think the fat burner helped me

I agree with the above post. Creatine, if anything, will help you keep/build strength while losing fat. Some people may cut creatine out before a show in attempt to get more definition/seperation, but I don't know how it could possibly hinder fat loss. Claims like that should be backed up with a study, or at the very least, an explanation.

The only real need for a fatburner type product would be if you wanted to try something as an appetite suppressant. I have found help in this manner from Biotest's Hot Rox, and most recently, Anabolic Xtreme's Slim Xtreme. SX works exceptionally well IMO, but I've used some fatburners people reccomend as an app. suppressant and found that they actually INCREASED my appetite. Gotta find what works for you.

Keep busting your butt, and good luck!

well considering I was only in a caloric deficit for about 6 of those weeks I would say yes but all I'm trying to do is give the guy some advice as someone who has been in his position before but your right I know nothing so dont listen to me

tomorrow im gonna order all my stuff! tell me what u think. green mag, purple wrath, and im still debating on white flood or jacked and white blood or anabolic pump?
