So some of that weight has stuck... now i just really want to hit 240 solid before this cycle ends... a few more weeks
I took yesterday off. I shouldn't have, but Friday night I was with a bunch of friends and had an awesome time, basically slept through all Saturday morning.
Strength was not up at all today. But it's ok it was still a good workout, good pump, I feel like I might look a little bit better than I did say 2 weeks ago... prop working?! Gotta be.
Day 89 Chest
bench: 185*10, 215*10, 225*10, 235*10, 255*8, 275*8, 295*4
don't usually train so much volume! Really burned out
incline db fly: 40*10, 50*10, 55*10
really difficult on the last few reps of the last set
flat db fly: 40*8, 40*8
big ROM, reps started getting really grueling
db pullovers: 90*8
at this point I had had enough
A negative to note, my elbows and shoulders weren't feeling great, i'm taking some Cissus.
