yeah, the problem with too high a dose of an AI is that you totally neutralize estrogen production, and the estrogen receptors resensitize, so when estrogen is created again you get an even stronger reaction.

Its all about minimizing the pendulum swings of your hormones while getting your body back to its normal steady state

day 5 - was going to be bis/tris, however hunger had me ready to curl into a ball and pass out, so I ate instead :D I may still work bis/tris later today. Its handy to work from home and have a home gym. if today stays as an off day, i may start back on day 1 tomorrow and keep this as a 4 day split with 1 day off. Dunno for sure yet. Also bumping cals a hair, primarily from carbs, so I should end up around 40c/30p/30f, since i was a little low the last couple days calorie wise.
 
Correct me if i'm wrong but wouldnt this product be a good item to stack with other hormones? If it is a DHT ph, wouldn't it be used just like oldschool (pre "andro" ban) DHT products? All of these products seemed to be great for a preworkout ph, that you could use with other hormones.

E is right- just playing w/ nomenclature- I can break both down:
compound 1:
6-bromo- brominated (halogenated) at C6
3,17 dioxoetioallocholane- ketone @ C3 and C17; etioallocholane is synonymous with androstane backbone and a double bond (-e)

compound 2:
6-bromo- brominated (halogenated) at C6
Etioallocholan- having an androstane backbone
4-ene-double bond at C4
3,17-Dione- ketone @ C3 and C17

eh the trick is i guess you'd probably want to lower the dose of The ONE if you were doing that. otherwise it would be a sort of waste. Still roughly everyone using it has seen 4-6lbs in gains a week with it solo, so why stress your body more for gains that will be harder to keep?

I wanted to run this right towards the end of a test cycle, when gains have started to slow. Just a quick 2wk blast. I think it would be beneficial in that situation.

And I will be taking 2nd gear, along with IGF-2 and Drive for my PCT.. Is there anything I should know about switching from 'the one' into my PCT cycle to help minimize side effects? I.E. I don't want gyno, never had it, don't plan to.

just take the 2nd Gear along with the IGF-2 and Drive, and you will be golden...

Im def looking at doing the same.

However, if I had on hand some resevatrol and tribulus based test boosters on hand could those be used instead of Drive or IGF-2?

It will be a long while before im ready for this (spring/summer) but Im getting my tax return so Im gathering stuff for this cycle now.

1) I'd probably go with drive, but it would definitely be an opinion issue :) with drive being a little cheaper you could also add in neovar or your choice of creatine
2) I don't think anyone has yet, I think everyone has used something else along with it, mostly drive
3) those things are nice to have potentially, but not all necessary in every pct. Think about the difference literally between running a cycle of 30mg of havoc for 4 weeks vs 500mg of testosterone enanthate for 12 weeks with the first 4 weeks having dbol at 30mg, and the last 4 weeks with winstrol @ 50mg/day. Do you think the PCT should be the same? no :) 2nd Gear does block estrogen, and helps stimulate your natural testosterone production.

I think I would pick Drive. Ill wait and see how some of the logs turn out whether I add more stuff in based on how much suprression most report.
It looks like those will be my PCT

Along with milk thistle, glocosimne and chondroitin, heavy fish oil and multivitamins of course. Maybe add an anti-oxident or just increase my food intake of anti-oxidants.

Id like to keep it simple so I can troubleshoot. One of the things that appealed me to the one was that the 2nd gear came w it. Ordering say a bottle of overdrive and igf-2 plus more and this becomes a bit more expensive cycle.
 
a bottle of overdrive and a neovar recomped would work out nicely tho. even so, not too bad a cycle for the gains, and relatively low need of support supps
 
nah, i'm sticking to roughly 1tbsp of udos 3/6/9 oil a day, no fish oil other than what i get from salmon :D
 
well, 2 days off was nice, tomorrow is chest again. blew nutrition today with cold stone creamery run :D it will have me well set for tomorrow tho
 
todays an off today and I like dont want to stay away from the gym. I havent worked arms shoudlers or chest while on, but ive been at the gym everyday since saturday feel like I need atleast 1 day off =/

incline db press superset with incline fly

5 sets of 10 of
decline machine press superset with squeeze press

I'm at 3 caps now, 4 was just too much.
 
nah, I hate cardio. I was doing it a little, but only off days. dont quite have the time for a good workout plus cardio

+5 actually, I was 201 last friday morning. And thats at an average of around 2800 cal a day. I was a little high friday, and a little high yesterday, but low inbetween...

its pretty freakin hard not to gain on this. I was trying to stay scale neutral and just recomp :)

its pretty freakin hard not to gain on this. I was trying to stay scale neutral and just recomp :)

Up five nice although you want to recomp sounds like everyone is gaining with T.O. Is it a lean five or bulky five?
 
Lean, and its down to 204 today so only up 3. I'm starting to see some new vascularity on my forearms. I'll remeasure tomorrow just for laughs and new pics sunday. seems to be a difference in chest fat looking in the mirror too.

wide grip pulldowns superset with db deadlifts 5 sets of 10 reps

machine rows superset with dumbbell upright shoulder external rotation 4 sets of 12 reps

broke with tradition this morning :D and had a carb heavy breakfast (post great grains cereal) early and worked out after, then had a SAWEEEET carb heavy pwo meal (white bread, marshmallow fluff, natural dark chocolate pb :D) Invalid Link Removed

it will be interesting to see where I end up for the day. Still, i'm not too likely to eat again till 2ish now, as i'm stuffed, and then since my wife has a work related party to go to I have all 3 kids after work. So i'll likely take them to mcdonalds or chik-fil-a which means i wont eat much :)

shoulders for
db "clean + press" which never went down to ground so really upright rows morphed to press at top superset with db front raise - 4 sets of 10

reverse incline fly superset with coleman laterals 4 sets of 10

and damn, my shoulders are pumped. also worth mentioning i have given up on fasted workouts :D so i'm taking in a carb heavy meal with some protein + fats preworkout. the pumps are extraordinary!

yeah, today is starting to look similar :) clean, but a bit of cals.

stopped at my favorite hippie store, had 2 ginger almond maca bars, a greek yogurt, some cookies and kombucha. lovely, all organic, but around 800 cals total :)

ugh, I overdid dinner last nite again. went to bonefish grill, me + the wife split bang bang shrimp and bacon wrapped scallop appetizers, ceasar salad, an 11oz sirloin, jasmine rice, key lime pie and creme brulee.

209 this morning... so today is day 10, up 8lbs....

Bacon Wrapped Scallops & Creme Brulee! You are blessed to be in an area where there is more than 1 nice restaurant in town. I host a cooking show here in Michigan and I am an ULTIMATE FOODIE! The b*tch is I have to drive 45minutes to an hour before I can get some really good food. Oh, and I can't afford it!:laugh:
As far as your diet. Damn, you know the bacon & scallops are GREAT for you now but the Creme Brulee? Ha! Keep it up. I'm closely watching. Cheers...

Yeah, i'm in Tampa, which is sort of a unique city IMO. Honestly for its size (city of tampa is under 400k people, the whole Tampa Bay Area is around 50 miles by 30 miles and still has under 1 million) it has possibly one of the most competitive restaurant markets in the US and has spawned more national chains than any area based on size. Outback and Hooters come to mind immediately, but there are a good 4-5 more. Recently (last 10 years or so) there has been a nice influx of middle eastern folks which has added some width + depth to foods from that area. Some nice indian + arabic grocery stores + restaurants now.

The key lime pie wasn't much closer in terms of being quality cals either :D part of why we split things, help mitigate the damage :D
