yeah, crap, forgot this morning. I'll see if i can either get the wife to take some tonite, or in the morning
 
ah thats not too bad then tho, i'd say you could get away with taking all 3 just a little before lunch then, still PLENTY active 5-6 hours later, but that should be early enough to not interfere with sleep. just keep an eye on sleep quality, and don't be afraid to move The ONE dosing back a few hours earlier if there are issues


I'll be watching this pretty close - but the sleep comments kinda got me worried. If Hdrol fcked my sleep up (and it did), I can't imagine what something stronger will do. Has anyone had sleep problems with certain ph's and not others? I'm hoping others who log this will comment on any sleep issues.

I've only ever had sleep issues when I take stuff later in the day. Although with a 1-t/superdrol cycle, I did tend to wake up every nite at 2am, and have a hard time getting back to sleep. In talking to people about, that was likely a sign of liver stress.

i'm definitely more a fan of taking anabolics so their active time covers the time with max nutrients in system anyhow, which means first thing in the morning... From all the evidence that was the way arnold dosed his dbols, all with breakfast.

is there any easy way to insert the data from the diet tracker? And nobody make fun of my caloric intake :D Seriously, i will roughly maintain at this, seems ridiculous but throw in 2 cheat meals a week at a 1000 cal surplus for each of those, and it adds 300 cal a day average, which puts me in that 2500+ range. My metabolism SUCKS and I dont have the time (or inclination) to do much cardio :D
 
I can easily maintain on 2200 cals. I was taking in about 2400cals/day this summer, lifting 3x/week, cardio 6x/week, and had a fast-paced job...Strength ROSE! :D
 
libido shall be no problemo. use 2nd gear, and if your that worried about libido i would try to get some sustain alpha. Just rub it on your junk everyday and you should be fine my man. I will have sustS. Alpha while on cycle, From what some of the reps have said, 'the one' does not cause significant shutdown, the S.Alpha. should more than cover you! good luck.
 
for me libido is up on it, at least thru first 3 weeks. All the other testers reported the same, one to the point where it was up enough to be a problem with his significant other...
 
it is methylated, its nomenclature is

I'm not running liver support per se, but am taking SAM-e for arthritis and its probably better liver support than anything else sold anyhow :D

so far midway thru shoulder workout, pumps are truly incredible today. I had been thinking legs initially for today, but i may do this 5 day split as a 5 day rotation - no days off. so if I do that i dont really want shoulders to be either the day before or just 1 day off from chest, so i'm doing that today, legs tomorrow, bis/tris/etc(maybe abs if i feel like it) tuesday and then if i feel like its possible chest again wed.
 
so was 5 sets of 10 of
behind the next shoulder press superset with front raises
and 5 sets of 10 of
coleman lateral raises superset with reverse incline fly

the difference with these lateral raises is that your forearms point straight forwards the whole time, so the dbs more or less travel in a perfectly straight vertical line as the shoulders rotate

Me too. Since it's pretty much DHT it looks to make your test levels go up quite a bit(see rms80's blood test) and doesn't aromatize, so your libido should be pretty good. This should be more like pinning actual test rather than some of the other DS out there.

It says 3caps for thos <200 lbs, I would go with that. The bottle will still last you ~37 days , which is over 5 weeks.

nobody has tried it that low yet, so I dunno. you could give it a shot, and give feedback. Its so hard to say, some compounds have a sort of minimal threshold to get positive effect from. It likely wouldnt hurt to run it that way the first week and see how you did.

As far as gyno risk there is none whatsoever from the compound itself. That being said, even its ability to lower SHBG and raise free testosterone creates a condition where your more of your existing testosterone could be converted to estrogen. So if you already had gyno previously, its possible that sequence of events could happen and worsen it. Also, like with any hormonal manipulation, the sequence of events thru PCT could trigger a gyno event if you previously had gyno.

Just to get on one of my favorite soapboxes for a second, I think a lot of the PCT gyno experiences are due to the overkill PCT. Ask arnold (if he's drunk and being honest) what he did for PCT after dbol, or ask any of the other pros from before 2000 what they did for PCT... Where now for a 3 week cycle of superdrol (which i still question just how suppressive it really is) I see guys megadosing SERMs, AIs and test boosters. So we throw the hormonal pendulum back and forth in crazy swings, and I think that is more likely to be the gyno cause than the cycle
 
Can't quite finish my daily dietary log as dinner was at a restaurant and hard to guess certain items.

i had crab fritters, salad, blackened salmon, catfish + shrimp, a baked sweet potato with cinnamon butter, and some of a brownie with ice cream dessert :D still, given that i was only at 1600~ cals for the day prior to that, I feel ok :D
 
It almost seems like you dont need a pre-workout supp while on this sh!t lol, but i think ill use my tub of jacked anyways :D.

Thanks for your time and knowledge E. I've never had gyno, but then again have only run hdrol. I'm on Reversitol now for pct, and it seems to be working pretty well - only lost a couple of pounds, but I'm still maintaining my strength, and my libido is coming back to life.

Sounds like there should be no worries with gyno, and no real reason to take a SERM during pct after a cycle of TO. Almost sounds too good to be true - guess it's just hard to break the typical line of thinking...

:D yeah, 2 meals like that per week generally, the rest pretty squeaky clean stuff. Cold stone creamery is my real weakness tho. I try to only do that a couple times a month tops.
 
ugh, did legs today, pooped out partway into the second superset :P

squats superset with calf raises 5 sets of 10
leg extensions superset with leg curls 3 sets of 10

and that was it for me :P
 
any weight increases?
 
203 on the scale, nothing on the weights yet as this is still first week of this style workout, so i'm partially establishing baselines

That being said, would a stack of 2nd Gear,Drive and IGF-2 for PCT be overkill for anyone? Or is it fairly safe to say its a natural enough stack not to swing natural test too far in the other direction?
 
I think that would be fine, with label dosing of 2nd Gear, at best then you are optimizing your natural production, rather than creating a big swing.

yikes! :eek: I never noticed any worsening of my already existing gyno post epi cycle with bromo..Im gonna be teh pissed off if it aggravates my "gyno" in pct this time around.

its kind of funny, with minimal planning my diet works out almost exactly according to plan

I'm the only one I've seen with this reaction to 6-bromo. I wouldn't worry about it.

What was the dosing?

From what I understand 2nd gear is a fairly low dose.

Im worried about gyno too. But from what thse people are saying...too high a dose of an AI can do more harm than good.
Is that accurate? EasyEJ?
