Thanks for the info, dragonfly.I've responded VERY well to creatine/dextrose combinations PWO in the past, but I think I'm probably still a little too nervous to try them intra at this time.

I definately avoid empty calories if I can. My intra is a combo of advice from Cannon and Snag: 16g Glycergro 30g BCAAs 5g Mono 5g Swell - works a treat for me. For quick carbs see the sig

I was just asked by a "size 0" woman in my Department, as I was walking out of the staff tea-room with a plate containing something similar: "Oh, a late lunch is itoke:?" (it was 3:15PM here)
I said: A 2nd lunch![]()
That needs to be one of those quotes embedded over on an old Roman column.
and thanks for the compliment DF Invalid Link Removed
I start T-911 tomorrow, so my cut will turn more toward a Recomp direction, but my diet won't change too drastically. I plan on having a bit more carbs (complex of course), but I have plent O' AP, Recreate & Pslin for that nutrient partition, including 2 more bottles of DCP to assist in fat oxidation department.

(Arnold Schwarzenegger)Most people are too close to what they're doing that they can't see themselves anymore, but I always step back and laugh at myself because it is all funny, being the best built man in the world ! Very funny !
Those first two pictures are friggin' awesome. Did you have a pump or were those taken cold? Regardless, you look incredible.
I guess it's time for me to go to the gym and try to catch up. Sheesh.
Damn woman.. I need to try those. I'm wondering if I can even do 44 pounds. I wish I could see what you are actually doing.
I use ONE 45 pound plate and do decline situps with that straight above my face... The abdominal strength isn't the impressive part - if you're doing what I think you're doing, its the front delt stabalizers that I can imagine are getting tested and toasted.

You really remind me of my good friend I used to work out a lot with... She was completely nuts, but she motovated the crap out of me. Unfortunately has developed early epilepsy - so she has to deal with all those symptoms and get her meds right before she gets back in the gym.
Yo V, are you logging the T-911?
Very sexy librarian with the books background, Irish had it right. More specifically, great back, I notice women's upper backs when they wear spaghetti straps, I like a little definition up there, very sensual in a sexy AND admirable way in my opinion. I find that I am much more attracted to girl's who look like they've "earned" their bodies, rather then born skinny and can't get fat no matter what. To be blunt, both cases look good, but the prior carries a sense of admiration and respect. Hell, even "sort of" good looking girls who look like they're working their tales off at the gym are appealing to me. Nothing like a girl who sweats.

Tails?
And I don't know DFly if she's still training. She sent me this really sad email - asked me to visit her at the hospital (told me to call first)... Tried calling like 4 or 5 times... No avail. Don't know how she's doing at all. That was a couple weeks ago. I'll try her again today. :fingersx:

No, he literally meant "tales." Like, Tall Tales of Women that Sweat or Tales of the 44lb DB Jab or Dragonfly Tales: A Memoir.Tails?

LOL, just noticed the fingers crossed, nicely played. But uhhhh... really, is she hurt? Or are you pulling my tale.... ahp, there it goes again.
Epilepsy dude. Its very controllable given the right medications - but its extremely patient specific... She was having seizures in her sleep again, so the hospital visit was for further tests. Basically getting your head hooked up to a machine for 5 days / nights.
Freakin Rambo-esque back shot up there in post #1413, sheeeesh.. Awesome!
And that pic of the meal -- ooooooooh, right up my alley D!
(well, minus the olives, but other than that BOOOO-YAAAA!)
I already gave her the Snagalicious Sign of Approval Stamp :usa2:
Great transformation, dragonfly! You look like you could kick my ass in those first photos.oke:
Last summer I was doing decline sit-ups with a 120# dumbbell across my upper chest. Right now I'm struggling to do them with no weight. :swordfight:
Starting over's always so much fun!! :saw:
I don't think I could do those jabs though. They sound pretty hardcore... :boggled:
Almost, but no, however, I did pick out a name, "Call T-911, Volcom Got Cut" pretty snazzy eh? But no.... my logdrenal glands still have no recovered.
Reset-AD does not resolve Logdrenal Fatigue.
Tails?

Oh. Sorry. That was me.SLEPT HORRIBLY LAST NIGHT :grumpy:
I was awaken at 3:30AM (after struggling for over an hour to fall asleep :yawn, by a sound that made me think: $HIT, someone is trying to DB Jab their way through my window !!!
:fool2: Do they know what they'd be up against ?!!!
Well sure, that explains it!Thanks Snag but, I'm somewhat, what is wrong with a few olives ? Have to warn you I'll probably disagree with anything you say because I am most heavily biased towards my Mediterranean origins !

Nah, nothing wrong w/ olives nutrition-wise -- I just can't stand them. Green or black, don't matter..
Oh. Sorry. That was me.
They do have an odd taste, yet when I eat them, I can't stop. Sort of like Pringles.

It's the salt factor IMO. I'm the same way with pistachios.
