day 2 working out with dienedrone/hdrol is here. crazy day today, in fact this week is terrible for my timelines - G/F has a couple doctors appointments coming up, including getting her medical marijuana card, and a surgery date for her neck, so i'll be driving around a lot, which will cut into my workout time. anyways, i'll still get an hour each day to hit up the iron, but no way will i have time to do my back off sets. major weight increases, some of which is because i'm not doing "barbell rows, 95x14 overhand and 95x12 underhand). still, some of the weights that went up (deads again! and face pulls) are strictly attributed to my stack. here's the workout.

chins (wide, weighted) BW+25 lbs 7/4/3 nothing - this is where i get mad - i should be able to go up in all exercises :irked:
deads 245x5/3/1 - down 2 reps, up 10 lbs, PR for reps with 245

face pulls 140x7/4/2 - up 20 lbs, same reps! double pulleyed, so 70 lbs real world.
barbell rows - 145 x 7/4/2 - never done this much before! ever!
machine curls 100x 9/7/5 - like candy! up 10 lbs, and more reps!
standing shrugs - 230x 6/4/2
reverse pec dec machine - 90x 6/4/1
cardio - elliptical - 10 minutes and i ran out of steam and time.
holy hell, this was insane. i did do something stupid today - when i set the weights down for deadlifts, the bar, and its 200 pound friend rolled away. i tried to pick it up, and walk it back, which my knees said no fuc
king way! that was a really stupid thing to do - i felt my right knee try to buckle on me. so tomorrow i'll be a little careful with squats, but no injuries to report!
mood and focus are sky high.
EDIT : LG, temperature at 98.8 it feels higher than that, but whatever - i can't argue with a thermometer and not look stupid.
