SUNCLOUD'S workout log with assorted goodies

So are we starting this show Monday then sunny? not sure what routine your'll be using with tis as far as w/o days. Will you be posting any pre pics?

yes. i'll pre dose on sunday, and start hitting this hard on monday. pre pics will be up, and i will do one updated pic every week. the workout, i am still tweaking, but will be:

M - chest/front&mid delts/tri's
T - back/rear delt/bicep
W - legs/forearms/abs
Th - chest/front&mid delts/tri's
F - back/rear delt/bicep

this will all be rest paused, with a back off set. light cardio will be done every day to help with blood pressure. that's what i've got so far. thursday and friday i will incorporate more dumbells to keep variation.
 
dosed my last 3 NOS-FX before the gym. i'm going to miss running this product. anyways, damage report :

friday
abs/forearms/cardio
rest/pause, back off

cable crunches 160x 7/4/2 down 4 reps, up 10 lbs, back off 100x16
pinwheel curls 45x 9/4/3 up 2 reps - back off 30x13
decline crunches (weighted) 25 plate x25
forearm curls 45x14 underhand, 45x12 overhand - lost 5, 3 reps, up 5 lbs
cardio - elliptical for 15 minutes or so.

it was a pretty good workout, had to tune a few people out who were being stupid. some wannabe with a t-shirt that said "bouncer" kept stalking me around, doing exercises after i did them. did a quick set of weighted dips + 45 lbs, and he moved on. idiots.
 
Wow just went through your NOS-FX thread and this one(cant sleep errrrr) and wow bro sorry i missed out on the action! I actually remember getting on here now when i was in the hospital. Not quite sure/remember why i didnt post, then again like i said i was kept pretty doped up on Dilaudid and dont remember much anyways hahaha Shoulda went in befor loosing 30pds and and in that bad of pain =/

So im in now and cant wait for your Dienedrone stack! :)
 
dilaudid is some potent stuff. its hard to focus on much when taking anything that's made to convert to morphine brotha.

Its the Liquid Dilaudid that went in my IV, not the pill form. Im on Fentanyl Patch for the pain right now till im healed more.

Well im not sure how it works. All i know is that the drs and nurses all told me its 10x STRONGER then morphine! 1mg Dilaudid = 10mg Morphine! And man head rush was crazy with in 2secs with it but it worked VERY WELL for me, much better then morphine!

well, support is:
policosanol - blood pressure
multi vites
celery seed - blood pressure
fish/flax oil - help absorption of the dienedrone + joint support
hawthorn berries - blood pressure
5-htp - to combat aggression
milk thistle - liver support
carbs
ATW WPI
x-dreams (not needed for a PH run)

then, i stacked a class 1 and class 2 compound together, basically to reap the benefits of two compounds that play on two different areas. both of them are also dry compounds, and great for a recomp. the biggest issue with this will be dried out joints, so i am superdosing the fish/flax oil (5mg 3x per day). here's the logic NOT IN MY OWN WORDS :

Class I has a strong binding to the androgen receptor. Class II does not bind to the androgen receptors, rather it works through other means in the body.

Class I
Boldenone based phs - 1,4AD & Bold
Trenbolone based phs - Trenadrol & Trenaplex
Testosterone based phs - Methyl 1 Testosterone
Dienolone based - (again similar to tren) - Mdien

Mepitiostane (Thioderon) based phs - Epithio & Clones (Havoc/Epistane/so on so forth)

Class II
Masteron (Dromostanolone) based phs - Superdrol & Clones
Oral Turinabol (Dehydrochlormethyltestosteron e) based phs - Halodrol & Clones

Dianabol (methandrostenolone) based phs - M1,4ADD etc
Winstrol (stanozolol) based phs - Winztrol, Orastan-A, Furaguno, etc

PCT will be most of my support supplements, clomid, DTH, a L-dopa product, and a crapload of eggs. that's the idea :) not worried about aromitizing. it shouldn't in my system.

I actually did a quick run through the pros and cons of doing this stack and i have ran through your Hdrol log and got some good info. I search just about everything, a reason why i hadnt signed up in 2yrs and posted haha Its a good way to get ?s answerd and look like a creep doing it! Dang Lurkers HAHA

brotha, i will have before pics up today. this cycle should be awesome. i would ask you to be very careful, and work with your doctor if you pursue a dienedrone cycle. i don't think anyone on this board knows how anabolics would stack with some of the somewhat unusual meds you are on. be very safe my friend.

Sweet! And of course i will, and will have all the precautions in place as well as getting blood work done(which i have to have anyways every 6weeks), which is why im asking many ?s and doing toooons of reserach BEFOR i do ANYTHING. Also going to talk to my Pharmacist here in a lil bit! Want to get as much info together for my dr as i can and myself!

WORKOUT! only my first two sets had a "back off" set, as my time was limited today - had to pick my daughter up from school. i did manage to rest/pause my whole workout like last week though. had some nice increases in weights. i think the secret with the tren compounds is to always increase the weight and give it a shot - sometimes your "old weight" feels hard, but you can push 10 lbs more with the same amount of effort - i don't know if that makes sense to anyone or not.

Monday
Chest/Tri's

bench 205 x 8/5/3 - down one rep, up 10 lbs! back off 135x12
tricep dips BW + 90 7/4/3 - up three reps, back off, BWx13
upright rows (smith) 145x 6/4/3 no change - focused on a super wide grip (30inch) to better isolate the delts rather than my normal grip 12 inches apart
incline bench 155x 9/5/3 down one rep, up 10 lbs
CG bench 175x6/3/2 down 5 reps, up 10 lbs
military press 155x6/4/2 down 2 reps, up 5 lbs
reverse grip tricep pushdown 120x6/4/1 down 3 reps, up 10 lbs
cable crossovers - none - some old person fell asleep on it :(
cardio (bike) for 15 minutes

feeling awesome today. some great increases in weight, while keeping similar reps, so i'm confident i got a partial effect on day 2 of dosing. definitely running a warmer internal temperature than normal, so i expect my water needs will skyrocket. that's it for today!

thanks bobby. i hate my back. i can't for the life of me seem to get it to grow. there's no back thickness, and no back width. its plain old silly. hopefully, if i can get my deads up a bit from the tren/hdrol, something will give :)

i'm paying extra attention to my back for this cycle, as it sucks. i'm hoping it gets most of the gains :)

i think its the mind/muscle connection. i never feel my back doing anything until the next day when its sore.

i hear you man,just focus more on your target areas,and you will see results really quickly.especially with drone,that thing makes you grow like a weed!

thanks man. having run tren once before, i know the trick is to force yourself to go up in weights just because "you're on cycle", whether you "feel" like going up in weight or not. i did get some pics up on the previous page, but i didn't take my temp. i think all anabolics raise your temperature, hence the normal water increase while on. i'll check my temp tomorrow soon after workout time to give you an exact picture though.

Doing your double work outs your going to grow and explode im sure.! Pics are great, and your back will grow im sure! When I start testing the new Methyl masterdrol in a few weeks im going to double up like your doing.. but I will say your killing those upright rows man, we had talked awhile back about those, Now I used the smith also to do them, more controlled IMO, you are knocking out 145 there, I put 25lb plates on each side. with the bar being what, 15lbs? thats 65lbs, I felt it good!, that told me I was a puss! maybe I just have to start doing them more lol. all your work outs are looking great man! push your self bro! Push it!

day 2 working out with dienedrone/hdrol is here. crazy day today, in fact this week is terrible for my timelines - G/F has a couple doctors appointments coming up, including getting her medical marijuana card, and a surgery date for her neck, so i'll be driving around a lot, which will cut into my workout time. anyways, i'll still get an hour each day to hit up the iron, but no way will i have time to do my back off sets. major weight increases, some of which is because i'm not doing "barbell rows, 95x14 overhand and 95x12 underhand). still, some of the weights that went up (deads again! and face pulls) are strictly attributed to my stack. here's the workout.

tuesday
back/bi's/rear delts
rest/pause

chins (wide, weighted) BW+25 lbs 7/4/3 nothing - this is where i get mad - i should be able to go up in all exercises :irked:
deads 245x5/3/1 - down 2 reps, up 10 lbs, PR for reps with 245 :)
face pulls 140x7/4/2 - up 20 lbs, same reps! double pulleyed, so 70 lbs real world.
barbell rows - 145 x 7/4/2 - never done this much before! ever!
machine curls 100x 9/7/5 - like candy! up 10 lbs, and more reps!
standing shrugs - 230x 6/4/2
reverse pec dec machine - 90x 6/4/1
cardio - elliptical - 10 minutes and i ran out of steam and time.

holy hell, this was insane. i did do something stupid today - when i set the weights down for deadlifts, the bar, and its 200 pound friend rolled away. i tried to pick it up, and walk it back, which my knees said no fucking way! that was a really stupid thing to do - i felt my right knee try to buckle on me. so tomorrow i'll be a little careful with squats, but no injuries to report!

mood and focus are sky high.

EDIT : LG, temperature at 98.8 it feels higher than that, but whatever - i can't argue with a thermometer and not look stupid.

Uggg I wish Idaho would legalize it! I would buy a Vaporizer and use that for it! It would work better for my pain then the painkillers and there side effects and i could break my 4k cal mark that i cant seem to get over without throwing up!

yeah, 120 percocets per day is not what i'd call safe. medical marijuana is a much better alternative. as far as your calories go, try 1/3 a cup of half and half with breakfast lunch and dinnner - 1k easy calories :)

opiates are hell on the appetite though, which is probably what you're dealing with.

thanks brotha. we're actually good - she has a bulging disk in her neck, and they throw the opiates her way, which is really bad given all the side effects - they keep her up, so they give her stuff to sleep. they make her edgy, so they give her ativan for that, etc. basically, the medical marijuana gives her the pain relief she needs, and will keep her from needing a few other medications to counteract the sides of the opiates. the smell of burning marijuana gives me migranes so i'll be staying pretty far away from the stuff.

half and half also comes in non dairy, as in "non dairy creamer" easy calorie fix for the ecto :) 6 times the calories of whole milk!!!!

a cup of whole milk = 160 calories. a cup of half and half is 960. i think non dairy creamer is 920 per cup.

g/f's meds were honestly enough to sedate a large mammal, like a rhino. it was getting silly.

Stay away from non-dairy creamer. Its pretty much all corn syrup and saturated trans fats and very high in sodium. It also has casein protein - so if you have a milk allergy it can still f*ck you up, but lactose is absent.

Nice work out sunny, Damm man three days into dosing and your hitting highs!, I hate to see this in 3 weeks from now. I hope all goes well with the Lady, I know the neck injury was causing allot of problems, glad to see it might be all worked out now:)..

thanks brotha. i was really primed to do this log well from the NOS-FX. hitting a few natty PR's along the way got me ready to take full advantage of this.

as far as the girly girl, yeah, its been problematic, but all that seems to be going away - stress level is almost normal. soon, i may no longer need x-dreams to sleep :)
