Prime

just to keep up with the Prime. Right now, I am taking 6/day at 2-2-2, each with my largest meals.

Things Im noticing over the last 3 days:
- I am VERY hungry
- I seem to be getting somewhat of a food pump
- Along with these food pumps is more vascularity
- I feel like I am strong right now lol. Seriously, I cant wait to hit the gym. I feel like I could bench a truck right now.

All my reviews on this will be from the heart. I am amoung homies and dont wish to trick you guys into believing anything untrue. If its good Ill say so. It is does nothing for me you guys will be the first to know.

In 2 weeks, my dosing will change. I will still do 2-2-2 with my largest meals. But in addition, I will take 3 pre w/o on an empty stomach. This was suggested by the almighty Snagelfritz! :D I really hope this stuff does some good! I have 3 bottles of the stuff. So I hope its worth my money.

Im sure Im using one side more. I dont think I have my form down perfect on squats either. I think that I arch my back too much and its putting too much stress on my lower back. I also dont think I suck in my core when doing squats.

The other unevenness I have are my pecs and my left/right traps. My left obliques show but not my right. The right lower back sticks out more than my left. I think do to the crookedness and unevenness.

i've had problems with getting my form down for squats and deadlifts in the past, even some minor adjustments on bench. i do think that everyone at some points in their lives deal with unevenness between sides of their bodies (read: many teenage girls with their boobs). my left bicep has always been and probably will always be stronger than my right bicep. sometimes it has to do with dominance of one side of your body over the other. i'd say get the form of your lifts down to a science with relatively light weight, and then build back up. i think that'll give you a good base to start evening out your body.

I skipped last nights workout. Just wasnt feeling motivated. I am however feeling very motivated today! I have eatn just about every 2 hours and am feeling amped to hit the gym.

I will be hitting some legs/Chest/Back/Traps.
Proposed w/o:
- 1 legged db squats
- Step ups
- 1 legged leg press
- Behind neck pulldowns
- Front pulldowns with close hammer grip
- Decline db press (more weight on left side)
- Decline db flys (more weight on left side)
- Close grip P/L tbar rows
- Low incline db press
- Behind back rack shrugs
- Db shrugs
- Db pullovers

This is going to kill me!! Cant wait!
 
Unilateral Leg Presses are fatal. You'll love it.

Also, unilateral BB squats are very demanding as well.

Supplementation for the day:
3 caps Meltdown this morning upon raising (expected to not workout today otherwise woulda saved it for pre w/o)
1 tbs of Coconut oil in pre w/o meal
2 caps Prime with breakfast +3 caps Adam, 2 more with pre w/o meal, will have other 2 with post w/o meal
Been sippin on 1 scoop vassive ea8 all day
30 mins pre w/o - 8 caps Hemodraulix (all gone now :() the pump is gonna be sick tonight! 1 cap Hyperdrive 3 (sample)
Right before I leave for gym - 8 drops sublingual B vitamins
Intra w/o - 2 scoops xtend, .5 scoops vassive, 4g BA

Off to my workout!!
 
Killer fukcing workout! Gym was packed! So there was tons of rage!!

The w/o:
1 legged db squats - ugh! I hated this so damn much! 30s(each hand)x8, 35sx8, 40sx8 - moved onto next exercise. I hate this so much! I was constantly trying to keep myself from falling over.
Behind neck pulldowns wide grip - best part about this...weight went up but not just that it went up but I did a wider grip than last time! :D 135x8, 150x8, 165x8, 180x5.75 just couldnt get the last .25 of the rep :frustrate
Front hammer close grip pulldowns - back felt super fatigued and rest between sets were minimal so numbers were same as last time. 135x8, 150x8, 165x6, 135x8
Db step ups - this took A LOT outa me! OMG! 40s(each hand)x8, 50sx8, 60sx5-1(rest pause)
Decline db press - went up 2 reps on all sets except last set. Also went up 5lbs on right arm. (Left/right) 55/45x8, 65/55x8, 75/65x6 really had to push really hard on last 2 reps
Decline db flys - went up 5 lbs and 2 reps on first few sets but did not get to last 65s like last time. 55/45x8, 60/50x6 bitched out and only did 2 sets
1 legged leg press - so my right leg is stronger I noticed. 65(each leg)x8, 80x8, 90x6
P/L close grip Tbar rows - 90x8, 110x8, 125x8, 135x4-1-1 (rest pause)
Low incline db press - doood my chest sooo fatigued it was nutz. Reps were down on last set but up on rest. 60x7, 65x4, 55x7
Behind back rack shrugs - I will not be using a bb for behind back shrugs anymore. It is just tooo difficult. I will use a smith machine for my behind back shrugs. The bb just kept hitting my fat ass and it was annoying as phuck! 135x8, 185x8, 225x8, 275x8 got too irritated and stopped here.
Db pullovers - sh1t! I think my should werent far enough up on the bench cause my upper abs felt like they were going explode out of me! reps up on all sets and down 5 on last set..I was fatigued. 60x8, 70x8, 80x3 my upper abs problem just made me uncomfortable and had to drop the weight here. Was a great workout and cant wait to see Prime really kick in. Im now Creatine and Hemodraulix-less. So we shall see what this can really do.

I got the universal ones. They were the cheapest and Im on a limited budget right now. Ill log the NSC here for you big guy and let you know how it goes.

It feels good gettin up the big boy DBs! especially when you are a smaller guy. When I get the 90-95 range in incline I usually need help gettin the first one up . . . after that I can 6-8 reps. his tells me to focus on my triceps so on tri day I hot the close grip bench to aid in that first lift.
 
Jeeze la weeze! My ass/quads are soooo sore from the other days leg workout! I think it was the 1 legged squats. My legs didnt hurt this bad from the last time I did step ups. Needless to say, I will man up and keep doing these.

Id give it a try just standing. You need to get used to the motion first.

Definitely try it standing while bent as in the video, I see too many people do them sitting and they do not bend far enough. Sometimes I do single arm while bracing against the DB rack, I can really focus on the contraction and form.
 
wooo. got my np package today. I am going to wait a few more days on my animal pump from universal before I stack the new stack. I also won the intra aid logging opportunity so I will be throwing that in as well. Can't wait.

I love doing 1 arm version. I rest up on the back of the upright bench. It IS great for focus! Can do more weight too! I will be doing this one tonight actually! :D

Awesome bro! We'll be running Intra aid together! :grouphug: Bro I made my order at like 3pm yesterday and today when I got to work, I had my vassive already here!! The meltdown and ba will be here tomorrow! I already have a bunch of meltdown samples tho. So Im good :biglaugh:

Had a rockin workout! Prime is definitely doing something here! Strength was up on everything! Did some shoulders/arms - rep range around 8-12. I dropset all arm exercises.

The w/o: (bolded is PR- with a few exceptions that I will explain)

1. Incline db curls - 30x8 (warmup), 55x6, 50x10, 45x10-2(rest pause last 2)
2. Seated overhead db ext. - 65x15, 70x11, 75x8 Now my PR on this exercise is with an 80 but I did 65 last time I did this for 6 reps. So big jump here!
3. Reverse ez bar curls - wrist is still weak on this exercise. I think this is the only exercise that I cant do to my full potential right now due to the wrist. Thinking maybe some cissus is in order :think: 50x20, 60x8
4. 1 arm overhead ext. - 30x5, 25x13, rest 10 secs do 8 more. Now I have no clue why I have sucha a strength difference from 30s to 25s. Cant figure it out:think:
5. Bentover 1 arm laterals with 1 arm on back of upright seat (rear delts) - 40x12, 45x12, 50x12, 55x10 BOOYAH!! PRs babeh!
6. Seated hammer curls - 50x8, 45x12, 45x9
7. Pushdowns - 13x10, 13x10, 13x9 - reps went up big time! Will have to up weight next time!
8. Seated lateral raises - doood! The bent laterals destroyed my delts. I just couldnt handle much here! 25x12, 30x12 then moved on lol - pussy
9. Bentover concentration curls - 50x6, 45x7, 40x8
attempted to do some db seated shoulder press but got in 1 set of 45x6 and just left. I was wiiiped! But satisfied! :smite:

Still skeptical. I'll let you be the judge...I don't want to hear any BS!

I used Prime during my cut but I also had MMV2 so it is difficult to assess the Prime's effects. I know I should have run it solo but figured I needed all the help I could get to maintain size. I kept strength up during cal deficit and barely lost any mass based on measurements. Not sure if I will purchase it again . . . I want The One, and M1D is very nice since it is non-methyl AND a very light PCT.

Dooods! The Prime is the real deal! No BS! Im definately feeling it! I feel "on". Im getting some Juice like effects from this stuff! Got the alpha mentality! Insane all day pumps! Strength is going up! This stuff is no joke when it comes to nutrient repartitioning too! I had no idea what kind of effect it coulda had on me! I decided that Im going to start working out in the mornings. So today I woke up took 3 meltdown and 2 prime. I prepared a gallon jug with 2 scoops vassive (20g), and 1 scoop IDS wazymaize (slow carb- about 40g) and 6g BA. I started sipping on this about 5 mins after dosing the prime and meltdown. At first I did experience a lil nausea but that usually happens when I eat right after taking caffeine. The nausea passed and I left 25 mins after my prime dosing. Got to the gym 35 mins post prime dosage.

The w/o:
Lying leg curls - 105x8, 135x6, 150x6
Good mornings - havent done these in a month. Will start it up again. Still getting a good feel on weights. 105x8, 135x8 - felt difficult here but I did it with good form. Dropped to 115x8. Felt the strongest Ive ever felt on this exercise!
1 arm db rows - 70x8, 90x8, 100x8 (all without straps!), 110x6 with straps - My PR is 120 on this for 5 reps. But Im still up in weight from last time!
Behind back smith shrugs - (1 arm) 25s on each side for 10, 35 each side for 10, switch to two handed - (just plates) 180x10, 220x7
Db shrugs - 80x20, 90x17, 95x14
Cg pullups - bwx8, +20x7.5, +30x4
1 arm cable pulldowns - (each side) 60x8, 75x8, 90x6

Was a great workout! Felt very strong! Pumps was outrageous! When I got home I had a protein shake to hold me over until I got to work for the REAL post w/o meal. The protein shake had 22g carbs/24g protein, .3g fat. I drove into work decided to stop at publix for some Rotisserie chicken, egg salad and baked beans. OMG!! I was soooo hypo! I was literally shaking I wanted food so bad!! I really had no clue Prime could do this! And just to be clear Ive been off slin for days now! Very excited to see whats to come! Bumping it up to 8 caps/day now.:D:D:D
