Confidence and assertiveness

I know I made a post asking about if blue-up will help me with gains. Most of the people on the forum said diet was more important and I didn't really need a test booster at my age. However I find myself not being too confident and I would like to be alot more assertive, so I was thinking about trying a t booster just to see if it might help with confidence. I want alittle more aggression and more confidence. I might have a job soon, so I'll be about to get more things to help me gain besides just whey. Would it be a complete waste of money? I might not try blue-up might go for something else. I'm not sure. If not a t booster, then what would you guys recommend I do to up my agression?

Seems to me like your a shy fella.... if you're 21, a few shots of liquor will do the trick to open yourself up.... otherwise I'd say just recognize when you're being unassertive (just as you have and made this thread) and then force yourself conciously to act that way.

haha that ill do it

They say there are two kinds of people in this world...I'm not sure if there's a pill that will make you suddenly play ball on the other side of the field. If you're really looking for something to help with aggression, go to Get Diesel's forum and check out some of the feedback on Diesel Test (2 versions). It's a very popular product on this board and they have pretty good representation. Company formums are always good places to talk to people who really know about the product and if it's right for you.

train hard...make gains...then look at yourself in the mirror...your confidence will go through the roof...

Mate, taking a product is NOT going to INcrease your confidence if you do not have confidence to start with. A testosterone booster may help increase testosterone, yes (even minimally), but confidence is a MIND thing. Having more testosterone does NOT mean that you are going to be more confident OR more aggressive. It MAY help you get the results you are looking for (although withOUt diet right, maybe not), which may improve the way you feel about yourself and thus give you a greater sense of confidence, but the product itself will NOT.

i'm looking for something similar guys...

something that'll make me more Agressive and workout harder at the gym.. cuz recently i'm getting slacker....

Training naturally made me confident and assertive. I would not rely on products to help you with that. Even pimply faced teens with a test count as high as they come will be shy and awkward. This is where it comes to experience not hormone levels

Confidence and aggressiveness is something within you that you have to find and once found, figure out ways to bring it out in your daily life. I believe it has a lot to do with upbringing, childhood activities and the type of environment you have been in and are currently in and around.

I personally have always been the outdoors and active type; pushing the limits on much of what I do, whether it was sports as a child, growing up in a rough neighborhood or my career. Much of the confidence I have I attribute to my upbringing, my childhood and high school years. It's carried with me through my time in the Marine Corps, as a former cop and even now in my new career.

My advice would be to find something that you may have once thought of doing, but haven't because you may have been unsure of yourself and go for it. For instance, I started taking Tang Soo Do (Korean Martial Art Form) when I was 8 years old and was nervous as hell, but enjoyed the hell out of it and learned so much. It also built a foundation for my wrestling career in school and so on and so forth.

I'll leave you with a couple of quotes from some very confident and assertive individuals:

"We gain strength, and courage, and confidence by each experience in which we really stop to look fear in the face... we must do that which we think we cannot." Eleanor Roosevelt

"Confidence... thrives on honesty, on honor, on the sacredness of obligations, on faithful protection and on unselfish performance. Without them it cannot live." Franklin D. Roosevelt

Best of luck to you Bro! I'm sure you find a way to find the confidence you desire and bring it out of you!!

Regards,

Great post, bro!

Wow, you can't fix a psychological/spiritual problen with drugs or supplements. Most of the time you just get more problems. Confidence comes from being comfortable in your own skin, and having a great admiration for who you are as a person. Learn how to love yourself and confidence will come. Oh and real confidence is seldom ever aggressive, it doesn't need to be unless you need it. Remember there is a great difference between confidence and ego... confidence shows strength ego is a replacement caused by weakness.
