haha. I usually use 32 oz nalgene bottles and just refill it 4 times through out the day. I was just rushed all day and couldn't get it in.
 
I like carrying a gallon jug around with some xtend in it. I didnt know it was douchey :blink:

ok... looking for intra WO product. Im out of xtend because I drink it in the mornings and during my workout... while product is for me.... Purple wraath, intra aid, or....?
 
You were talking about how much you wanted to try PW. So Id def say go for PW! Your results will determine my buying it ;)...when my intra aid comes in Ill be dropping my xtend until it runs out.

Took 1.6g 1-c with 2 caps slin this morning and I dont know but I was able to go hypo with the combo! Im thinking now that I have an ish load of 1-c I will be dosing it twice a day and 5 days a week opposed to 3 or 4. Thanks IC for the trade!:cheers:

Yessir!...I was dosing 2x/day as well, but will chop that down to just at night when my cycle starts. I won't be training fasted, so I won't be needing to dose it in the morning.

Inarius is trying to bulk you think maybe he should hold off on the extra bcaa's until he starts a cut?

Yaaaaa. I guess that's fine. I tend to gravitate towards high BCAA intake no matter what, so I'm a little biased.

Needless to say I nearly blew a load :hump: ..as my gay neighbor would most likely say "Ets yumserz!"

just trying to get bigger man. my bf is floating around 15-16% but my diet at college is extremely limited. I am going to take the pizza out and throw in some greens for future reference.
 
well thats quite the substitution you are making. Do you have any funds to buy your own food or are you stuck to just campus food?

Buy a pan and skillet and a hot plate. You can make all kinds of stuff in your dorm room that way, and toss in the fridge to keep on hand. Chicken, beef, rice, pasta, etc.

On top of that, you can get some cottage cheese, fresh veggies, and whatever else keeps well in the fridge.

I would if open heating elements were allowed. My RA is a di ck about that kind of thing too. If i would get caught I wouldn't have a place to live... for now its chocolate milk in the fridge (post workout) multigrain bread and peanut butter and some soup for when I need it. Plus muscle milk before bed.

What about those little charcoal grills? Do you have any near your dorms? Like in the park areas?
 
Don't dorms usually have community kitchens on the first floor? I don't know what I'd do if I had to eat campus food AND be a bodybuilder. That would be near impossible. I've lived in my own place ever since I went to college.
 
nope no grills. our kitchen was shut down a few years back and turned into an employee break room. Im moving out in may and into my own apartment for the next year and a half so I just have to suffer for a few months.

I'd switch up the Animal Pak with Invalid Link Removed. Beverly makes some of the best products out there. Everything else looks pretty good. Never used Sterol Complex or Animal Pump, but give them a shot, I guess. I'm not a huge UN fan, but some of their stuff is pretty good...mostly what you're getting.

I'll be awaiting to hear your review of these, especially the Sterol Complex and Hemo.

Just bought 5 samples of Meltdown from a nearby supp store. And 2 samples of Vassive ea8. I love the vassive! I threw 1 sample in a gallon of water with 1.5 scoops xtend. :food: yumsers! Took 3 caps Meltdown with 6 caps Hemo - waiting 10 more mins (30 mins total) and hittn the gym. Never tried the meltdown before so I am excited to see what this does. I have been very interested in it for a while so these samples will help me decide whether I will be buying a bottle or not. Tonight is hams/back/chest with prob an exercise or two of abs! Gonna rock this sh1t!

Yes its the VPX meltdown. OMG!! Im in love after only one dose! This is a different kind of energy that Ive never felt before! Put me in a great mood! Gave me like a clean energy but I swear I couldve worked out for another hour no sweat! I WAS sweating like crazy tho lol but only for the first half hour working out. Then I seemed to normalize. Maybe because I start to take longer rests as my workout goes on. Anyway, had a killer workout! Made some HYYUGE weight jumps tonight! Last session I did reps 6-8 and tonight I did 4-6 and man I was not expecting these kind of weight jumps! I was feeling soo alpha, walkin around with my chest puffed out! haha

I really love the taste of vassive and will most likely get some in the near future. Not for a while tho due to having so much xtend and getting some intra aid in the mail.

To the workout!
1. Stiff legged deads - 25lbs weight jump! Tho it was my 1 rep max :lol: I havent tested my 1 rep max on this yet so it was nice for the ego - weight was 340 :woohoo:
2. Db shrugs w/straps - no weight jump yet. reps actually down on this due to traps being using during deads. 105x20, 115x10, 90x20 (left side only)
3. Decline db press (working on making my left pec bigger so there is more emphasis on it) 55/40x6 (as in 55 on left side and 40 on right), 65/50x6, 75/60x5, 65/45x7
4. Decline db flys - again emphasis on left pec - 50/40x6, 55/45x6, 60/50x6, 65/55x4
5. Decline iso (again left pec) - 110/90x6, 125/105x6, 135/115x4
6. Iso underhand pulldowns - up phukin 30lbs on this!!! Seriously DUBBLE U TEA EFF!! - 190x6, 210x6, 230x6, 240x5
7. DB pullovers - man these are sooo brutal! I feel like Im gonna give myself a hernia doing these! in a good way tho! ;) - 60x6, 70x6, 80x4 OMG! This is such an intense exercise! :eek:
8. Incline db rows - eh I dont like these but there is a first time for everything - 50x6, 60x6, 70x5 w/straps
9. Weighted swiss ball crunches - 20x12, 30x12
superset w/ hyperextions 25x12, 25x12

Vassive looks like a very solid product...as does the Meltdown; both of those have caught my eye in the past. I'll be trying Axis Labs Adipo X as my next stim, and that stuff looks to be interesting too. I'm excited. It all starts on Saturday!
 
Funny thing about Devil driver - I was pointed out in the crowd by the lead singer to put my horns in the air because I wasnt looking metal enough :lol:
