Hello

I am sure that I am going to get torn from limb to limb here but I am looking for something beyond protein to work with. I lift 5 times a week and eat right and am ready to break away from just protein/ creatine. However, I don't want to do anything but OTC. I am in Iraq so I may have trouble getting some items sent to me.

I like the Max-OT Low rep/high weight basic lifts

I eat well enough

AST VP-2 protein / 3 times a day
I take L-Glut and Creatine

Anyhow, I was looking at Havoc but I am hearing that it's an advanced supplement. Is there a good starting stack for someone like me who is ready for step 2??

Try SuperPump250,Sizeon and Novadex by Gaspari Nutrition. I'm picking up the same stack today myself. Superpump is a really good pre workout drink Sizeon I have not used yet. You may want task if you use Novadex since it's a test booster, I don't want you to get popped on the piss test.
 
Havoc may be OTC but it's not legal in the military... It's an epithio; however, the military doesn't do level 4 urinalysis tests (for steroids) unless they're suspicious. I'd wait until your EAS before you decide to step in those boundaries.

If you know you can get away with it than you can look into Havoc, H-Drol, Bold 200, 3AD or 11-Oxo. One thing to note though, Bold, 3AD, and 11-Oxo require 2 bottles for sufficient dosing to gain weight rapidly. They are options, and mild options for first timers, but I'd look more into the first 2 recommendations.

Don't break away from the protein unless the chowhall can suffice your intake of about 300g of protein a day -- I know them bastards are stingy with seconds. Get yourself a jug or two of All The Whey Protein for a refreshing taste of elegance and standby for some growth when paired up with any of the aforementioned products.

There are tons of threads here on all the products I've recommended. You can also use google for more information. Your concerns should be identifying the risks first (NJP/Captain's Mast, Court Martial), researching the product, and PCT (I'd recommend using Sustain Alpha or PCT Assist). Do this before making any purchasing and don't talk to anyone about it.
 
Thanks for the info. I am a security contractor not in the military so I can take whatever the hell I want.

I was looking into Havoc or H-Drol but how can I stack one or the other? I am also looking for a solid PCT stack that I can purchase online without any issues ( like bodybuilding.com or something).
 
First recommendation before adding a hormonal, would be to make sure you are getting in BCAAs. These aid in recovery significantly. Size-On is also an excellent product.

Be sure your vitamin intake is sufficient as well.

AST- VP2 about 2-3 times a day
teaspoon of Micronized creatine
Pro Lab N-Large 2 post workout ( only half serving)
Glutamine serving 2-3 times Day
BCAA's post workout
AST Multi Pro 32x for Multi vitamin

I do a MAX -OT style workout 6 days a week ( I have the time) with about 5 days between body parts

Cardio 3 times a week for about 15 min per but intense

I am in really good shape and have put on about 12 lbs of lean muscle since I have been out in Iraq due to my ability not miss a day of lifting and my constant eating habit. I include Heavy squats, Deadlifts, Bench and overhead press into my workouts because I love the core exercises.

Would something like Havoc or the above mentioned stacks be good for me? I have been reading up on them of course but I wanted to post to a forum as to some of the best Stacks. PH or not really. Many forums have Havoc as one of the best..

How many years have you been lifting?

If your stats are correct, then you have a decent amount of muscle size - so it's not beyond the realm of possibility.

Do you have access to the necessary ancillaries, if necessay (nolva, etc.)?
 
Well, I assume I could find a website to purchase but I am unsure if they would deliver to an APO-AE address.

I am 26 and have been lifting for about 8 years. But I was lifting wrong and I wasn't eating so I remained at about 180 or so. Bench never got over 225, squat never over 230 or so..

There are companies that deliver to AE/AP boxes. It could take anywhere between 5 days to a month and a half, but chances are you'll get it because military customs do a shitty job at inspecting. In fact, I'm not even sure if they do inspect, especially small packages because I've had friends that got some **** through the mail you wouldn't believe. lol

If you can get it over there i'd drop the N large and get the ATW and maybe some dextrose. The taste difference will be unbelievable
