Alright, lets set some things straight. AMS is an amazing company! They hooked me up fat and made a large portion of this thing possible. I am definitely going to stand by these guys!

- 4-5 meals daily
- 400-600 cals/meal
- it's a lean bulk, mind ya
- fruits
- veggies
- lean meats
- minute amount of dairy (in pesto)
- H2O (about a gallon)
- walnuts
- flax seed
Stats -
- 5'9"
- 170lbs
- 11% bf
Training -
- full body 3 days/week (usually MWF)
- alternating rep ranges (4x4, 4x6, 3x8, respectively)
- more details as far as exercises and such as soon as I start logging
Goals -
- sub 10% bf
- substantial increase in muscle size & strength (5-15 lean lbs of muscle, 50 pounds on all major lifts)
