Alright, lets set some things straight. AMS is an amazing company! They hooked me up fat and made a large portion of this thing possible. I am definitely going to stand by these guys!

Without further ado, the details:

The cycle - Invalid Link Removed

Diet - Paleo diet
  • 4-5 meals daily
  • 400-600 cals/meal
  • it's a lean bulk, mind ya
  • fruits
  • veggies
  • lean meats
  • minute amount of dairy (in pesto)
  • H2O (about a gallon)
  • walnuts
  • flax seed

Stats -
  • 5'9"
  • 170lbs
  • 11% bf

Training -
  • full body 3 days/week (usually MWF)
  • alternating rep ranges (4x4, 4x6, 3x8, respectively)
  • more details as far as exercises and such as soon as I start logging

Goals -
  • sub 10% bf
  • substantial increase in muscle size & strength (5-15 lean lbs of muscle, 50 pounds on all major lifts)

Basically the following,
1-10/12: Test P 100mg EOD
1-4: 400mg 1-Androsterone ED
5-6: 500mg 1-Androsterone ED
7-10/12: 50mg Winstrol ED

Some reading I've been doing in Anabolics '06..

and yeah man, I can handle the prop. Not sure if I'll go the full 12 weeks though, might stop at 8, might stop at 10.. as long as I continue to gain, 12 weeks it is.

u know im in this b!tch Oz.

short esters are the way to go. eod pinning is a breeze. i just enjoy the quickness that the compounds kick in.....makes me all warm and fuzzy inside

Seriously stoked to get this thing rolling... you don't even know, well.. maybe you do!
 
Just make sure you rotate enough spots with Prop... I tried it once and prefer the longer esters.

Good luck with the cycle though, very very interested in your progress with this.
 
For Yall's Information -

I'll be cutting until the cycle begins.. very possible that I'll be at or very near 10% by the start (2 weeks away, give or take a week).

Alright guys, started this off today!

Shot 1ml of sweet sweet test prop into my right delt, went great! Also, will be taking in a total of 400mg 1-AD today.

MMM... it's rolling now :D
 
IMO, I'd use a minimum of a 1" needle for shoulders or any other bodypart for that matter.

5/8" worked just fine for my delts, plus, using the Z-track method eliminates any worries about oil escaping the injection site.
 
Hey guys, I have a question -

I've got enough TP to do 150mg EOD for a full 10 weeks, think I should just go ahead and bump it up?

thats basically what i did. im not noticing too much though, but im sure its working its magic. my face seems a little oilier, sex drive is through the roof. hasnt helped put on extra size though
