Lookin for something that helps you get to sleep and doesnt cause you to have crazy wild dreams. Whats the best product out there that you guys have tried?
 
i got like 15 samples of Somidren GH a while ago and they deff work!!
i drank it then like 10 mins i felt soo fukin hevy like i was on xanax and boom! im was out and woke up feeling brand new
 
why wouldnt you want to have crazy wild dreams?
theyre awesome!
like movies but so much better....

i just take 6mg melatonin and hit the zma.
ive always had wild dreams, now they just get better.
 
Bullet Proof and Somnidren are the best sleep aids around.

Nocturnabol has been working for me but I also take it with Valerian Root which is the number one sleep aid overall, plus its cheap probably because it smells like dookie.
 
5mg of melatonin has worked as good or better than any of the sleep aids you've listed for sleep. Some products you listed have other benefits rather than just sleeping, but also cost about 15 times more than melatonin does. Really depends on what you buy into. Somnidren is a nice sleep product, but I really didn't hink I benefited enough to justify the price tag. Something to consider.

Thats true. I'd probably look at the ingredients of each and try them separately if you can and see if they work for you.
 
Relax-All, Tryptophan, and Melatonin is a great sleep stack.

Somnidren GH and ZMK is another great sleep stack as well.

Play around with doses of different sleep aid's to find the one that works the best for you.
 
i went to vitaminne shoppe and the lady was telling me 5 htp is essential because it creates the melatonin in the brain and without it the melatonin supp, or l-tryptophan doesnt work as well..duno how tru that is though
 
get your doctor to give you a script for klonipin.
 
I've tried all of the products listed and Bullet Proof by Muscle Pharm is the best product out there. Nothing else is as a complete of a recovery product as it is.

i have had great sleep on cmi's BIG. However if I remember correctly i got used to it after a couple of weeks. I think that is normal though.
 
benadryl otc ...25mgs every night ..works great ...no tolerance...no dependance ...no foggy am feeling .... (and yes i have tried a few sleep aid supps before using this - see the bulletproof sleep aid thread)

Beware of dosing melatonin too high. Anything over 1mg is not a wise thing to do, IMO.

The sleep cycle is: Tryptophan -- Serotonin -- Melatonin -- Sleep

BTW, my bias is I formulated TotalSleep (totalsleepdrink.com)

Tryptophan eventually converts to melatonin. 5-HTP also eventually converts to melatonin. But some 5-HTP is absorbed in the gut before crossing blood-brain barrier, so most go with Tryptophan for greater effectiveness. Melatonin is likely not necessary because TRP converts to it anyway. In TotalSleep we used TRP, GABA and magnesium because they all need or are involved in the production of serotonin. Serotonin helps us sleep, relax, decrease anxiety/depression, and appetite.
 
Im sure many of these in the poll are great but too expensive, but bulk gaba is my fav, and when gaba doesnt do the job I mix in a small amount of phenibut, which can also be bought in bulk or for a good price from SNS.

This is a good call. Natural sleep cycle is: Tryptophan -- Serotonin -- Melatonin -- Sleep.

Stress, anxiety, depression, inflammation and age can all deplete Tryptophan and disrupt the sleep cycle.

My bias is formulating TotalSleep (contains Tryptophan).

I've wondered about that. It seems like whether I take 1mg or 5mg I get the same effect. The more I use I just feel more groggy the next day. I have to look around to find 1mg tabs though...

But seriously, Powerfull knocks you out. And Valerian root is great, but double the dose they say on bottle. Why dont you want mad dreams? They ****ing rock man. I have orgies at the Playboy mansion everynight :approve:
 
I've been having real bad sleeping problems the past 3-4 months and just started taking REDuction PM last week along with 50mg Dollar General allergy pill (diphenhydramine HCI) and now I'm finally getting some good sleep again.

REDuction PM works well for me as well. I don't normally have problems sleeping but when taking this I tend to sleep a bit deeper.

PowerFull has got to be top of my list. When I am doing a cycle of this two tabs 30 mins before bed and I am out like a light and a really deep restful sleep with very vivid dreams. I did try 3 tabs once but woke up really groggy and the dreams were just too weird.
 
In my opinion, L-tryptophan is a waste of money. The conversion rate of L-tryptophan to 5 HTP is very, very low. Your better off just starting with 5 HTP in the first place and leaving out L-tryptophan all together. The conversion rate of 5 HTP used by the body to produce Serotonin is much higher then L-tryptophan.

Melatonin works best for me.
 
Somnidren-GH and ABYSS are two of my favorites without a doubt.

If you want my all-time fav though, it's Doxylamine Succinate. You can find it utilized as "Unisom sleep tabs" OTC. It comes in different variations of the formula, and diphenhydramine (benadryl) is also used as an alternate formula. While that one is still good, the doxylamine formula is FAR superior in sleep induction IMHO.
 
The samples of reduction pm that I tried seemed to help me sleep without the weird dreams. I can understand why some people might not want the vivid dreams. ZMA gives me nightmares and really violent dreams that almost always make me wake up during the night and then it takes me a while to fall back asleep. So it kind of defeats the purpose for me.

A similar occurrence happened to me one night... I took 4 caps of ZMK 30 min before bed on an empty stomach and as I laid in bed trying to fall asleep, right as I closed my eyes I would get this instant cloudy feeling in my head feel like I blacked out and then a few seconds later it felt as if the floor gave out from under my bed and I sat up in bed real quick like "WTFFF was that ?! "... like the dreams you have where you feel like you're falling. This kept happening for a good 10 min before I could actually fall asleep. Luckily this only happened once, it was sooo messed up !
