Timberlakers 1-Andro Annihilation (AMS Sponsored)

If people gain 10-12lb off 2 week MD cycles all the time, who's to say I couldn't gain another 8 on Dienedrone/Epi/furaguno over 4 weeks after that. I think it's totally feasible...but I don't wanna gain 20lb, so I guess we'll never know! :sasmokin:


I still have a hard time believing 10 to 12 maintainable LEAN pounds... Even on M-Drol - in 2 weeks!??! No.
 
What were your gains on M-Drol, TL?

I bailed after 7 days... Wasn't mentally prepared for the nipple tenderness and perhaps overreacted. Still managed 2 or 3 pounds in a week.

I guess the whole point is TG2... the gains from compound to compound arent in a linear cumulative relationship. If you gained 10 pounds on M-Drol for 3 weeks, and 12 pounds on a 6 week H-Drol run - that by no means says that you'll gain 22 pounds when you stack the two, and honestly - I don't think the casual user would eat enough to take advantage of both regardless.

I loved H-Drol... Appetite on that was probably just a little elevated, but I did a good job of force-feeding if I felt like I needed it. I definitely took full advantage of the compound.

I'm really feeling like the 1-Androsterone is very similar to H-Drol thus far in the cycle by the way. Same side effects (lethargy), but without the back pumps thus far... Granted I'm pretty early on still.

Also, the acne component has completely subsided. Skin is no longer oily.

very nice. 1-androsterone sounds like its treating you well. the lmg/havoc pulse really wiped my energy on off days. on days, i've never had a problem.

DHEA has gone a long way in improving lethargy... Still only about 70% energy I'd estimate... Of course once I get to the gym - all bets are off.
 
Just a small update to the log for Saturday. I had jiujitsu this morning from 9AM to 12:30PM... Just tired the crap out of me, and re-destroyed my foot.

Had a weight shake before and after practice - iced the foot - and went to bed. Just been at home the rest of the day icing / playing video games / and eating. The post-training swelling went down on my foot, and I'm pretty excited for back day tomorrow. Hopefully all will turn out well.

Turns out I have turf toe. Most of these injuries occur in the opposite direction - i.e. football player falls forward with his cleat stuck in the turf, bending the toes forward. My toes went the opposite direction, but same effect - some moderately torn ligaments. Treatment is obvious, ice, advil, compression, rest... I'll do all but the last.

lol. that's how it is. once you've made the effort to show up, its a waste not to beat those weights down. i'm at this health club thing, and people actually drive up to the door to let their spouses out.....

Yeah, for me the game changes. I'm always motovated to hit up the gym - if I wasn't I'd never go since its a 20 minute walk there, and 20 back.
 
20 minutes each way? a month ago you must have had some serious motivation. i hear NY is cold this time of year.

argh! i remember those days when i was in fort riley kansas. and they had the nerve to ask me if i wanted to reinlist and do it again ! one time it was -8 + wind chill, which turned out to be -49. never again.

Turf toe was going to be my first arm chair diagnosis of that injury. Thats a tough one because you never really stay off your feet long enough to let it heal. I've had that a few different times throughout my career and it sucks. Now I have fairly limited flexion of my one toe because of reinjuring the same toe and not letting it heal. Makes you walk off of the side of your foot because that toe won't really felx like it should.

I hope your toe heals up quickly though brother. Keep the training going and the beatdowns raining.

and the 20 minute walk lately must have been killing you. But you New Yorkers don't rattled by much. But the temps here in the north east have been brutal.

Eww. That sounds like some nasty lethargy with those two compounds. When I took Epidrol I was sooooo tired all the time. It was horrid. All I did was sleep during the day, yet at night I had insomnia and anxiety attacks.
 
Timber, take it easy on the turf toe buddy. That can become a chronic injury and haunt you forever. Heal it up right the first time bubba.

Its interesting that your comparison with h-drol is very good, i think im very sensative to h-drol though i found it much harsher than m-drol, i only took it for 9 days and gained 6lbs, and had a really harsh acne outbreak, so i stopped, i cant risk scarring with the modelling, Did you notice much glycogen retention with h-drol? how does it compare to 1-ad? Take care buddy.

I didn't have a "harsh" acne breakout I wouldn't say, just a few here and there. Acne wont scar unless you pick at it though - I don't think anyone wants scarring, modeling or not.

I did see a lot of glycogen retention with H-Drol, would definitely say its considerably less with 1-androsterone. Have to remember though, at this time in my H-Drol run I wasn't really feeling any benefits, but the same amount of lethargy.

Great workout my man. I am battling the normal lethargy and an upper resp infection I think. It makes sleeping rough.

FYI...I miss the gym rage stories also.

I fashioned a big toe shaped ice pack out of a ziploc bag and an old container of hawthorne berry.. I can pretty much fall asleep on the couch and it wont fall off. :hump:

Lol, you could just buddy the hurt toe up with another one using tape(thats what I did) it works well.
 
Way to persevere and go on through with your workout Timber. I like how you won't let anything stop you from attaining your goals.

I know I've mentioned this before, but I have not missed 1 single planned workout in over 1 year and 6 months!!! Even when I had that stomach virus a couple months back. I still worked through it. Granted the worst day of it was a shitty workout. I hurled before, during, and after the workout. :puke:
But I went through with it anyway.

If there's a secret to my strength and muscle gains, even at my age, it's discipline. Not missing any workouts no matter what!!!

Actually had a little bit of right nip sensitivity last night... Actually below the nip, just hurt a bit when I put pressure on it. No lump whatsoever though. Took 20mg of Nolva and took 4 Arom-X instead of the usual 2. I'll probably take a Nolva tonight and tomorrow night - perhaps just 10mg - then drop it and see how things go.

Aside from that, I woke up at 190 this morning, which is pretty damn good. I was waking up around 181 or 182 at the beginning of this thing. Granted some of that is food weight, but I really cant see where I could have put on any bodyfat at this point - using my abdominals as a reference point.

I have some P5P... I've also been taking low dose ATD throughout the cycle. It could have just been a bruise on my upper rips under the nipple man - I get those a lot... just trying to err on the side of caution.

I can almost guarantee you that 1AD is not giving you gyno.
 
I never said I was getting gyno. I said I had a sensitive area under my nip that may even be a chest bruise. I'm just trying to make the log accurate.

Also, just because a compound doesn't aromitize - doesn't mean you can't get estrogen related side effects - just as a general point of contention. I'm not saying I have any.

Today was pretty awesome... I took 2 RPM caps before my walk to the gym to wake my ass up a little bit... Today was the first day I felt some definitive "retard strength" as I like to call it. I do believe we have kicked in. After that PR on Incline Chest (cross that goal off the list) I had a crazy fullness and pump - and an entirely new shoulder vein that looked pretty nasty. As usual, after the first two exercises or so, I'm shot for huge weight, but my other exercises are pretty much for exhaustion and shaping.

Whatever discomfort I was feeling last night and this morning with my right nip has subsided, which is great - since this is just getting excited. I'll probably dose another 10mg of Nolva tonight and 10mg tomorrow night - then stop. I'm also going to be taking 4 Arom-X tonight for the forseeable future.

3 and then another 2!! Its 10 pounds over my goal. If I hadn't pushed so hard until then, I probably could have messed around with 260. I think every set before I racked 240 was a new rep PR.

I hardly ever do it due to the lack of spot... And I prefer other exercises with less pressure on my suspect left shoulder. :lol:

Well you make a good point about a spotter...I always want to try for PB but never have spotter I actually got lucky and people were in the gym at 630am thats only time I can train. Taking care of that shoulder is most important! **** PB when it comes to that injury .You mess that up and training goes to hell..lol

Yessir... Its weird, I go through phases where it feels great - then phases where it acts like a b*tch... Tiger linment really is my savior though... Never any problems when I apply before my workout.

you're gonna get there brotha. no doubt about it. as far as your foot, just do what you can - perma injury ain't worth it, but that doesn't mean slack :)
