Recumbant Bike Action
About 20 Minutes
The widow makers look a little b*tch, because they are a little b*tch (60lbs)... I might have been able to do it with 70 after all that other work, but damn - the pump after that 20 rep set was balls deep. :hump:
Decided to hit up the recumbant bike to get some blood back flowing in my still DOM'ed up legs... also kept pressure off the front of my
foot (unfortunately still painful dude - thanks for asking)...
Some notes:
- Doing well alternating 1 Arom-X tab and 2 Arom-X tabs e/o night
- TG PM'ed me and said my DHEA dosage was b*tch - the lethargy decreased, but not as much as I'd like... I'll dose 100mg tomorrow AM to see how that works
- I'm weighing about 190 on average, nice.
