I am supposed to be on there as well. I am under teen section though. It is a bummer to see so many participants not go through with this....

Yea man. Im really disappointed that this wasnt bigger.....for future reasons. I got hit with a huge road block but worked around it and granted im not in as good of shape as I would have liked to be in but Im still going to give it my best.

I guess the flu is what I get for coming on here and talking ish :lol:

A positive now I've gained back 12lbs that I lost. I'm sitting pretty at about 197 now :D

The people that did...well they have the experience which is crucial for competing(if anyone decides to compete in the future) and the people who didnt its their loss for not committing!
 
I am doing a show on October 16th with a friend of mine so it was good practice for me. I am hoping to bulk up to 180+. It is NPC so i may be tempted to go hormonal of course with the proper blood work and all precautions taken

Which show you doing?

I'm considering a show in July with three of my buddy's up here. Can't remember which one it was .. thing it was the one in Stafford, right outside of Houston. NPC Texas something ... ?

I am looking into the Lonestar classic. hmm give me more details and I will come out to support. I am not sure which one is located in stafford off the top of my head...
 
Front Bi – Side Chest – Side Tri – Most Muscular – Lat Spread w/Left and Right Calve spike – Leg out Quad “squeeze” – 2 optional pics.

The lat spead in normal competition you can use either foot right or left? so you want both right and left separate pictures?

I know my mandatory posing and some of these are new to me and aren't required for competitons like both right and left ? there missing back double biceps and ab and thigh.. these are the rules on here though and Im confused as I'm foreign to some of the poses..

what is leg out squeeze, do you mean abdominal and thigh? or just standing normal and putting your thigh out?
 
Question regarding the DUE TIME OF DAY on Feb 1st.

I'm working Saturday night, at a night club. Working till 03.00. Is it possible to extend the DUE timeline from NOON untill 1, 2, or 3PM in the afternoon?


.. according to the rules from post #1 regarding the competition, the judges are given just time for the decision due to their jobs .. Would this situation be any different in my case? Due to MY job, I find it VERY difficult to find a newspaper, get to the apartment gym complex in the early AM on Sunday morning to snap the pictures, and THEN upload the pictures one by one, etc ..

'Judging will Take place through the evening pending judges work schedule and time available.'

dont forget about painting or bronzing products...I shaved tonight and will apply two coats tomorrow..Im using pro-tan ultra dark tanner

the person taking my pictures wont be able to do it in till later cause there just getting out of church and go out to eat.(CST)

- Viking , please re-send i never got it.

- The threads for pics will be opened tonight when i get home so aroudn 1am or so. You have until tomorrow(Sunday) we'll say 9 pm central time, one becasue im central and everyone always get their crappy Eastern i have to accomidate for, AND it the SUPERBOWL!

There will be seperate threads in the pic section for each weight class. NO ONE is to start conversation in those threads. I understand that the people who are not in will prolly start talking or decide to "act out" we'll say.

Once everyone is posted. I am hoping to have Jayhawk lock them up. The links will still be available but obviosuly no talking in them.

Remeber EVERYONE is to use photobucket, it is incredibly easy. If you can use this forum and put up an avi and such, youre fine.

Smeton - I dont care what paper it is, just one that has the date on it. Just try to put your face in it or some of the room or what youre wearing so its somewhat noticeable that its all happening same day.

I will be moving up to 175-205. Looking back we should have split that class up once more, but with this low participation, its not worht it.

I dont have abs which means ill be placing low if not last. Alot of people here worked hard through sickeness and personal stuff, so i do thank you for that, i just couldnt get it together myself in the clutch.

Ill be sending my PM with addys to Animal tonight when i post up the threads for pics.

Jayhawk, if you see this, you got PM.

To all the companies thanks again, you will be getting a PM within the next week for contestants addys/winners.

The judging im hoping to be done by wed. at the latest but its sort of up to the judges and thier schedule.
 
I agree I would like to thanks every one of you for participating! judges, contestants, and companies. It has been a learning experience for us all and has been pretty fun for the most part.

Twitch You have a PM coming. and I think we need to PM each judge with links to the threads.

hey twitch i have gotten a few PM;s from guys who want to cheer on the contestants and stuff and are wanting to post in the picture threads and give opinions and stuff where should we do that? I think it would be cool for the contestants and if it gets too out of hand I can delete the thread

I think that is pretty cool, a place where people can give comments, criticisms, applause . . . we worked on this and it is nice to get the appreciation/support from AM members.

We will just make a "Contest Pics comments" thread in there too.

Also, i forgot to address the claf spike thign Smeton brought up. I will agree to having to do only one lat spread with which ever calf you want to spike.
 
yeah I think its a good idea. Im not sure how I want to go about setting it up though since we want the picture threads to stay clean. anyone know if kroger or walmart sells a cheap tanner i can slap on and shower off? Im not looking for high quality, just some color! i look like casper
