Hey Snag, got an idea from your B12 pre-workout, how do you think it would work if I took it pre-cardio in the morning?

That's insane haha I thought my $200 order was big!
I got some stuff for my friend, then Xtend, REDuction and some other goodies for me then RPM for my dad.
I picked up some stuff for friends as well (They wanted Divanil after my great run on it with TNT at the end of the summer), Joint stuff for the parents & Omega-3's, Protein, Leucine, New Shaker Bottles, 500g of Green Tea for my family, it was a lot of shopping lol.

There's so many things its going to be like a kid at Christmas; its going to be hard to just start with one or two supps and assess, like I tell everybody else to. I've got 10lbs of the ATW Wildberry waiting too, I hear it's quite good. I might try and talk Marc into releasing it at NP but he was pretty reluctant to.

And guys if you ever have trouble with your order, just PM me, and I'll see what I can do. I can't package & ship it out for you, but I can usually find out what the delay is, and help get it sorted out.

They need to make some PB flavored protein, that'd be great, ATW is the best tasting protein.

LG's Lipotropic chocolate protein is pretty peanut-buttery tasting.

Hmm might have to check that out.
ON choco is my staple because I use it to flavor up my cereal.
Always nice to have some good tasting one for a snack during the day.

Wow just checked the price, that's a pretty good deal for 5lbs, only other company I've seen with that kind of price is ATW.
 
Day 9

Ok I think my fav. fat burner is tied now, Meltdown is amazing.
Had the best cardio session this morning in I don't know how long, I didn't want to stop.
Was in a really good mood all day (probably from the PEA), very energetic, which is good because I had exams today.

Got home and had a great workout to, went like this-
Preacher EZ curls/ Tri push downs 20/20/20/20/20
Preacher hammer curls/1 arm tri push downs 20/20/20/20/25

Next week I'm also going to up my volume.. I usually do ALOT more than this, I've been taking it easy because I was doing about 20-30 sets per body part depending on which it was for a while and decided to take it easy for a bit.

Post workout meal was good, had my 8 egg whites, and I'm out of banana's so I had a packet of sugar free banana nut bread oats and skim milk.
Next week I'm also going to add a RTD shake for my 2nd meal while I'm at school.

Oh yeah.. my order still isn't in, hopefully it will tomorrow..
 
Sorry if I missed it, but did you run the Dry portion of that Methyl stack? Just interested to see what you thought.. time's coming soon for me to break this out myself.

No, I'm still debating whether or not I want to try to actually get into the shape I would for a competition.
It's leaning towards a yes because I want to know what works for me so I don't mess it up before my 1st show.
If I do it'll be in my last week of the Meltdown.
 
Some reviews

Ok now that I've finished up both the Methyl Ripped and Methyl Lean I'm going to give them a rating.

Methyl Ripped
Energy- nice clean energy, not to much, just enough to get me going.
Fat loss- I think it did pretty well in this area, not anything close to Levi but I think it worked pretty well, beat my expectations.

Methyl Lean
Fat loss- I've never done a night time fat loss supp before, and I think it helped out a lot, good buy.
 
Day 10

Cardio- Once again great, seemed like the fastest session ever, felt like I was doing it for 10 min then I looked at the clock and I was going for 23 haha. Great sweat, energy, focus, I think I might have to buy another bottle of Meltdown to run it longer. The B-12 I think gave me more energy also, since I've added it I've had more energy than with the Meltdown and BA alone.

Weights were good today, took another 3 Meltdown and 3.2g BA pre-workout and it went-
Front laterals/squats 20/20/20/20/20
Side laterals/leg curls 20/20/20/20/20
Rear laterals/calf raises 20/20/20/20/20

Yeah I can't believe how good everything is going lately, since I've dropped the protein shake post workout and done the aminos pre/during/after I've had ALOT more energy, pumps, endurance, and recovery, then adding in the Meltdown all I can say is wow.

And my nutra order should be in tomorrow or Friday.. turned out the thing that shipped last week was something else haha.

Yeah, I'm very happy I decided to follow along with your log haha.
Learning alot from it.

Only thing missing that would make this log complete is some AP.. I got to dig up some money or something, I want to see how much better it would work since I've got everything so dialed in right now.
 
Day 11

Cardio- Great, this time went even faster, Meltdown might have to become a staple for my stims/fat burner.. I love this stuff haha.

Weights, GREAT pump today, good weight and all, my package FINALLY came in so I mixed 4 scoops of Xtend and drank it pre/during, it tastes amazing.
Workout went like this-
Flat flyes/wide grip strait bar pull ups 15/12/12/10/10
Decline flyes/close grip pull ups 12/12/10/10/8
Then 3 sets of push ups til' failure.

Can't wait to up the vollume next week.
And here's some pics I snapped after.. promise I'll get better someday haha.

I'm pretty sure I'm going to hit up some extra cardio tonight.. weather is GREAT today, decent weather that sweats and hoodie should cover easily, still snow on the ground but I don't care, I miss running!

Xtend is good stuff. As you know I'm running the PW, but enjoy both immensely.
Might wanna check out some Core ABC next.. I like this as well. In a perfect world, I'd just rotate these around for pre/intra use, and use Nitro-E8 for post -- now that is freakin' unbeatable utilzation imo.

Going to keep the REDuction AM for if I happen to not get more Meltdown before it runs out.

That is a great stack bro.. I'd probably recommend you to hold off on the PowerFULL tho.. Love the product, but you don't need that right now.

Gotchya. Might try some valerian root.. or this BuzzKill I picked up - of course I'm doing P-FULL too, but the BuzzKill has taken the edge off my stimmed self!

How about 1-C? $12 for 100g at NP. That's really the only thing in PowerFull that aids in sleep, and the sapoins you don't need, so that seems smarter to me, and MUCH more cost effective.
 
Day 12

Cardio- Great as usual, went by very fast, good sweat, great energy.

Before working out today I took some RPM instead of Meltdown because when the order came in there was some RPM for my dad and I took some, RPM is beast.
Workout went like this-
Dbell preacher curl/dbell kickbacks 12/10/10/10/8
Iso dbell curl/1 arm overhead tri extension 12/10/10/10/10

Can't wait until next week and I up my volume again.
 
Day 7 (yesterday)
Woke up and shoveled snow while drinking PW, so that was a good cardio haha.
Subway after was great, found a way to make the chicken pizziola healthy and just as tasty.

Day 8
The Meltdown was GREAT! Very good focus, good sweat, nice clean energy, and I'm still feeling it now.

Workout went like this-
Bench wide grip 30/25/20/20/18 supersetted with outer grip pull up 15/15/12/12/12
Incline wide grip 20/20/20/20/18 supersetted with pull ups 15/15/12/12/10
Then 2 sets of push ups til' failure

Now I'm about to try out one of those protein shakes I picked up and a banana.
Decided I'm going to start of with just a banana for post-workout carbs and go up from there.
And here's a pic.. was very pumped and just had to get one haha.

Day 13

Cardio- when I got up I REALLY wanted to just go to sleep, but still did it and just 5 min after taking the Meltdown I was ready to go, great session.

Workout-
10 min jog to warm up
leg extensions/leg curls 15/12/12/10/8
Military press 15/12/10/8/8
Side laterals 15/15/15/15/15
Rear laterals 15/15/15/15/15

Notes- Can't believe how much endurance, energy, and recovery I'm getting since I've started the PW/Xtend/Meltdown, it's unbelievable.

Oh and I found out they have a teen Mr. Ohio competition.. I'm debating whether to do it or not. It's April 14th so if I decide to I've got plenty of time to get ready.. hard decision!
 
Jump on that bro! They break that down by weight classes? Haven't seen your wheels, but I don't see any other teen touching ya in your class. Even for the overall dude - conditioning is gonna rule, and you're already there!

You can be sure to see them in a week or 2.. I want the hugeness they used to have back before I show you guys haha, I miss the squat rack..

Yeah they have weight classes, I think I would be bantom or however you spell it. That lightest one.

Reasons I wouldn't is
1. Don't have enough money to keep running the supps to get me into that condition that long (ex: aminos/fat burner)
2. I don't even know where to start a posing routine
3. Still unsure about the final week, I really want to try it out before I do a show, really don't want to come in flat or holding to much water, eat too much during carb up etc.

There are some posing workshops I know of if you're in the right part of OH..
As for the final week (not that I'm the guru in that dept. or anything), there are lots of ppl around who can guide you there.
Money tho.. ahh, can't help ya there bro!

Yep, Huron county.. if I said the down you'd be like huh? Someone that lives 30 min away from here would say that to, that's how small this town is haha.
I think I have an idea for the last week.. the last day is the hardest to figure out.

Well the free workshops I'm talking about would be a little ways away, down just over the state line into KY. Might be too much of a haul for you..
You could PM Joe Franco (fitfrancopro on here), he might have something on video or on his website that could guide you. I know he does posing workshops, the dude is an incredible poser..
Last day is not all that hard bro.. I messed up my comp day last yr when I hit the sugar load too hard, and Jay Cutler guest posing threw a wrench into my nighttime routine (didn't get on stage at night till after 10pm) - I was all watered down by then. Looked good for prejudging tho; that's all that mattered since I wasn't in the running for the overall..
For sure would be a great experience for you. All you'd have to do is maintain for awhile, look for another Methyl cut stack to pick up for the final approach (hint: GNC clearance section!).. I am confident you could do it man.
