I'm sure there is a minor glitch. I wouldn't worry about it. NP takes care of their customers. Don't make a big deal out of it, man. Just send them an email and it should be resolved quickly. NP is by far the best supp distributor I've ever purchased from. I have a feeling you purchased something that was OOS and they're just holding the rest of the order until the product comes in.

Yeah I'm sure your right.. I would hate to have to start ordering from some place else haha. I just can't believe how long it's taking, I ordered it last Sunday and now I have to wait til' Tuesday and hope it even comes then.

Oh yeah, just thought I'd let you all know about an insane deal I got at Vitamin World today.
Got a dozen of Met Rx's 51g protein RTD's for $13 down from $50-60 something! That made my day.

Alright got to let you guys in on this, it's pretty crazy (to me anyway).
Ok yesterday I decided I was finally going to let myself half a cheat day again.
So lets just say I ate to much to type out haha, all kinds of sugary stuff.
I figure every once in a while it's good to do a cheat meal/day to shock your metabolism, since it can get used to your regular eating plan, and also isn't used to that food, it doesn't know what to do with it, so I decided to experiment and actually pay attention to how my body reacts.

So after eating MASSIVE amounts of food yesterday, I get up this morning, did my cardio and weighed myself and....... I dropped a pound. I weighed 139 flat.
That's just crazy, I thought I'd atleast gain a pound or two, then I looked in the mirror, not one change in appearance. I'm in shock.
Oh and another good thing about cheat days/meals is they make me feel like crap guilty wise, then body wise, my body HATES junk food, I felt so sick, so because of that yesterday I'm back on track more than before :thumbsup:
 
Ya, "dirty" cheat days suck. I hate eating like crap. The guilt is horrible, not to mention how crappy I feel. Headaches, nausea, bleh!...My "cheat" days aren't really cheat days at all, anymore. Ya, I'll eat extra cals, probably higher in fat than normal, but never is the food THAT bad for me. Like last Wednesday I had a Philly Cheesesteak sub from Lenny's (double meat), a few bowls of homemade chili (with a mix of ground sirloin and 96/4 lean ground beef), some triscuit crackers, and a Kashi pizza. I felt great, and no guilt! I'd rather eat that stuff than sugary junk food.

When I was on the sauce back in the day, part of my PWO meal was a big bowl of Fruit Loops. :lol: - I was still super lean...hahah.

Haha Fruit Loops, back before I knew what kind of foods to eat, post workout I'd always have those Payday bars, I saw that they had a reasonable amount of protein and tasted good so I'd have a couple after every workout.

But yeah.. don't think I'll be having a cheat again for quit a while.. everytime after I do the feeling I get stays fresh in my head so when I look at junk food I feel sick haha.
 
Wrasslin, how are your wheels looking? With that upper body, and being at 5'5" and only 140lbs, I've just gotta ask.

Their a little embarassing atm, since I quit wrestling I'm limited to only leg extensions, leg curls, and lunges since I don't have a squat rack or even a normal bar (have to use the curl bar for my deadlifts).
I'll get some pics up when their back to how they should be, shouldn't take long as I'm now going back to World again every Saturday almost and will be squating and leg pressing there.
 
IC you just got me thinking..
Since my legs don't get worked as hard since lack of ways to, I think I'm going to switch my routine up starting next week and give them a full day to themselves.

My new routine starting next week will be-
Monday- Chest/Back
Tuesday-Bi's/Tri's/Shoulders
Wedsday- Legs/Calfs
Thursday- Same as Monday
Friday- Same as Tuesday
Sunday- Same as Wedsday

After you asked me about my legs I went and checked them out in the mirror.. they have deffinitly lost some size.. they used to be HUGE, my legs grow by just looking at a squat rack so this is very embarassing.. so next week they get a full day to themselves.
 
Ok sad news.. My Methyl Ripped is now gone as of this morning :sad:
So now I've just taken my 1st dose of VPX Meltdown and about to hit the weights.. we'll see how this goes, I've been dying to give this a run!

i am a fan of meltdown, not as much energy as redline but very clean. vpx seems to do stims as good or better than anyone.

I might just suggest a 3-on/1-off approach, if your schedule allows..
Run the first 3 days, day off, run the next 3, etc.
Want to be careful of overtraining. That rolling rest day can be mighty effective.

Yeah I love VPX, Redline was the 1st stim/fat burner I've tried and I still go back to it every once in a while. Levi is still hands down my fav though.

Yeah I understand what you mean.. That just doesn't work for me though.
Either it messes with my mind or I don't know.
I've done 3 on 1 off before and it just messed with my head and I didn't see any changes muscle gain wise or recovery wise, so thats why I just take Sunday off as its the last day of the week and just makes sense to me.
I know I'll eventualy have to change this as I get older.. but for now it works great.
 
Day 7 (yesterday)
Woke up and shoveled snow while drinking PW, so that was a good cardio haha.
Subway after was great, found a way to make the chicken pizziola healthy and just as tasty.

Day 8
The Meltdown was GREAT! Very good focus, good sweat, nice clean energy, and I'm still feeling it now.

Workout went like this-
Bench wide grip 30/25/20/20/18 supersetted with outer grip pull up 15/15/12/12/12
Incline wide grip 20/20/20/20/18 supersetted with pull ups 15/15/12/12/10
Then 2 sets of push ups til' failure

Now I'm about to try out one of those protein shakes I picked up and a banana.
Decided I'm going to start of with just a banana for post-workout carbs and go up from there.
And here's a pic.. was very pumped and just had to get one haha.

Before I got sick about a month I ago I was doing 225 for the 1st since I messed up my shoulder in wrestling last year.
I don't know what it is now because I don't count the weight on my home gym, it's got that slide bench and I found out what I do on there I can do 15-20 more pounds on a normal bench so I just don't count it.

Awesome! I love that as a preworkout tool, when I'm not running any stims and I'm taking a more natural (read: off all supps) approach. Provides me a nice boost for training.

I prefer the injectable B12...I loooooove the way I feel when using that stuff. Back when I was taking Bev Intl. Ultra-40s (lots of B12 in these) + injectable B12, I felt on top of the world.

What results did you get from it besides increased appetite?
I've never been able to find results body wise when I've searched.

It's a very reputable company that makes it...or did when I bought it. They don't sell it anymore, so I haven't been using it.

Alright just picked up some sublingual Vit-B12, going to be taking this with breakfast every morning.
Ive been looking into getting some sub-v B vitamins. Ill def be keeping on eye on this.

This New Years sale was record-breaking, coupled with a few key product holdups turned it slightly downhill. Ah alright, I though it still was sitting in the NP warehouse. Let's hope it arrives soon. I've had my 2 orders sitting in Buffalo for 2 weeks, and wont be getting it until Sunday, most likely next weekend. It's absolutely killing me lol. I've got soo much on there I want to evaluate; JP8, Jacked and SuperSap especially. But its $700 worth of goodies, a bit of everything . I've been out of my Multi and CLAfor 3 weeks!

I got some stuff for my friend, then Xtend, REDuction and some other goodies for me then RPM for my dad.
