If I don't believe something works, I'll not recommend it. Just the way I am. Corporate GNC's, they have a shitload of PM products, so I see some of these guys just selling shit cuz they get commission on it.Yes, sirrrr ! That's not why my buddy has me in his store. I'm the 'sports supp guru' as he calls me. The flip side of being franchise is, the employees share in the commissions - which are higher than all those stupid PM's at corporate.
And besides, I get taken care of, above & beyond my 30% discount.. no worries from me. It's a nice side gig..
Absolutely bro.That's my thing, too; I'm happy with the 30% on top of any other sales (apart from FINAL clearance sales of 75% +), and $6.55/hour to hang out at the store, talk about supplements, dieting, training .. I won't sell $hit unless I know someone (or myself) has benefited from it. I've tried half the supplements (apart from the GNC product line) that GNC has in there, so I'm good to go. MuscleTech always gives ya commission, but I can't sell what I don't believe in ... Hydroxycut Hardcore for $80/bottle? $hiiit .. in the 90 minutes I was at the GNC store, I watched guys get the NitroTech/CellTech/Creakic stack, throw down an easy $150, and think they gonna blooow up. I'm just standing there thinking; if only these cats cared to think economically .. do some reading themselves .. do some online browsing .. SAVE some money !

But the MT line, it's not a PM in our store, only the GNC products; wouldn't matter to me anyway. I couldn't go home & look at myself in the mirror if I steered someone towards one of those products and said "Now this is what's gonna get you jacked!"

Actually, a good friend of mine was the Assistang Mngr at this store location. (it's in a mall, too, best business in the region for GNC).
.. I didn't even need an app. I went in to the Manager, interview that turned in to me hanging out with the Manager for 90 minutes @ the store. He was a cool cat.

My pecs have gotten better shape over the past month. Believe it or not, I gained 8-9 lbs while on the Controlled Labs stack, with, as you can see, not an overly significant fat-gain. I've focused on my chest quite a bit, and decline at that! Decline Barbell Presses and Decline Dumbbell Flyes where I go over to Decline Dumbbell Presses upon failure of the flyes. My movements are very fluid, very focused on each individual muscle. Slow repetitions. My chest workouts have been above and beyond the past 3-4 weeks.

Day 32
As I mentioned, I've reached the point of diminishing returns in my workout. Normally I would be disappointed, but it's not like this snuck up on me. This same workout lacked last week as well. It was only a matter of time. I DO believe my upper body is able to handle the beatings twice a week, but my lower body has been much more involved than anything else. Not only is it getting hit on two hypertrophy days, but it also has to deal with my Olympic days and my cardio. That's A LOT of torment. Honestly, I could probably drive through it if it was just leg soreness, but my lower back is what's really keeping me from training hard. It's been screaming lately, nearly every workout.
Day 2: Chest/Tris/O. Lower (Supersets, Fasted)
Incline BB Bench Press: 140x27,20,18,17,15,14,14,13
Bent Over Rope Ext.: 75x26, 80x19,15, 75x17,15,15,14,14
Upright Cable Flies: 15x18,16,17,16,16, 17.5x13,12
CG BB Bench Press: 100x17, 95x15,16,15,14,14,12,12
SLDL: 135x15, 225x10, 315x2 (bleh!)
Squats: 135x15, 225x10, 315x3 (bleh!) My back was yelling at me at this point.
After my second set of SLDL, I knew I was toast, but I wanted to get in one working set on each, so I sucked it up.
I don't quite know for sure what I'll be doing. I liked TG's idea of low-vol/low-rep/high-int...I may do this starting next week, just as a bridge until my cycle. Once I start the hormones, my recovery should skyrocket, so I may actually bring this entire routine back at that point. The thing is, everything is still making great gains except for my legs...They're simply being overtrained at this point. I could do an O. Lower day EOW or something until the cycle?...I don't know. Again, I have until next week to decide. I'll continue with my normal workouts up until that point. I'd still like to keep the FT going, so I'll have to find a way to work with that.
Any and all suggestions are welcome! I'd love to hear some thoughts you guys have. My cycle starts on Valentines Day, so I've got from Jan 26th until Feb 14th to utilize a new training program. I'm thinking Max-OT workouts for that time, and then back to high-rep/high-vol when I start the cycle.

Irish, you could perhaps do just one O workout per week, or still do two but without hammering the lower back or legs with two exercises in a same workout. If you want to concentrate on MAX-OTs as you indicated, then some of that hypertrophy has to be cut down. Sounds stupidly obvious Invalid Link Removed, my apologies if this wasn't at all helpful![]()

Today is a rest/re-feed day and I've been slamming carbs allll day long. Brown rice, Kashi pizza, Ezekiel bread, steel cut oats...it's been delicious! I've slammed all my high-carb meals (60g+) with P-Slin/AP.
All of 'em! This was the Thin Crust Chicken Roasted Vegetable one...it was amazing! I took 200mg P-Slin and 1 AP 15mins before I devoured it...I felt PUMPED UP afterwords!That kashi pizza is the sh1t! What kinds have you had?

Yeah the whole 'Anabolic Dump'.. what a lot of ppl don't understand is, if your body can't absorb the nutrients it's pushing thru (in your case excess from yesterday), the body will expel it.
I myself find this preferable to the excess being stored to adipose.
