Kinda like Zottmzn curls but without standing?Ahh, Hman, I did just think of one that stands out: inclined DB curls w/ supination. I've always liked that one..

Yeah, pretty close, except I don't turn the wrist over quite as much when I lower the DB; I stay more parallel; flex hard at the top.Kinda like Zottmzn curls but without standing?

Interesting avi btw..
That is absaloutley classic, its like the dyslexic Guy who bought a whare house, but he bought a whore house.The supp whore comment brought this to mind.. :lol: .. :chairfall:
Spelling DOES count, even in third grade!!
The following two letters contain the same exact words—but the punctuation differs sharply. Which letter would you rather receive?
* Dear John:
* I want a man who knows what love is all about. You are generous, kind, thoughtful. People who are not like you admit to being useless and inferior. You have ruined me for other men. I yearn for you. I have no feelings whatsoever when we're apart. I can forever be happy—will you let me be yours?
* Harriet

These letters tell us a lot about John and Harriet—but they tell us even more about the importance of punctuation. Change a comma here, move a period there … and the entire document is different. That's why punctuation matters; it creates meaning as much as words do.
Yes I am, but also have imbalance issues from training thru my R calf tear last Fall. As well, I'm turning my L leg out very slightly to try to offset the difference in calf shape (again due to the tear), this makes my leg appear bigger than the other, when there is not that much of a discrepancy.Are you left-side strong-side, Snag? Your left quad looks a little bigger, just like mine!
You know that I have a torn right calf as well. Looks better to me too. Now my torn right pec.....now we're talking scarred and marred. :zx11pissed:Haha.. yeah, I thought about that. I think it looks better too. Because the muscle rolled up in on itself and reattached that way, it's always think now, no flexing required.
Scarred for life I am.. :sad:
Duuuude, do you know how painful that shtt was? Couldn't walk for days, felt like somebody slammed me with a baseball bat full bore when it snapped. Did it shifting on the run playing tennis..I'm telling you, man, just tear the other one the same way!![]()
Ouch. Reminds me of when I snapped by finger 2 weeks ago and I almost passed out as my body went into shock. Did you lose hearing/sight too?Duuuude, do you know how painful that shtt was? I don't think I could do that again. I should've have surgery.
Nah, I wish. I was extremely aware of the pain. Collapsed into a heap on the court. Wife & her friend were my crutches to get outta there.Ouch. Reminds me of when I snapped by finger 2 weeks ago and I almost passed out as my body went into shock. Did you lose hearing/sight too?
Sup man.. Thanks for the compliment brother.What's up snag, lookin thick as hell man. How was the demo the other night at GNC? Decent turn out?
I hope you pointed out the thermogenic properties of recreate, always a hit in the cold weather !!!:twak:Sup man.. Thanks for the compliment brother.
Actually my last demo was at Vitamin Shoppe, not a bad turnout for sub-zero temps that day. Got to educate a few folks.. it was cool.

Hahaa! Nice.. Actually, 2 Recreate's were sold while I was there that day.. :yeah:
(no twakking necessary..)![]()
Two Recreates, at GNC prices, so basically you made that store $500 :clap2:
As much as GNC blows sometimes... I actually still get good deals on my standard ON protein during Gold Card week when I run out... Otherwise, I only go into those brick and mortars for emergencies...
I buy all my vitamin dispensers there and I also only go there for emergencies. I bought a bottle of AP for 65 bumps.

That's what it's all about right there. :thumbsup:Yep, I did a demo a while back at a smaller Vit Shoppe and it was a slow day. Eventually a dad came in with his son [hockey player] and they were looking for some basics to start with. I ended up spending like an hour explaining the importance of dieting and learning compound movements, etc. The dad was so appreciative and I felt like I really helped put a young 15 year old kid in the right direction. Sometimes that's more rewarding than the busy demos![]()
Day #26 Chest/Shoulders
Guys.. wish I had the time this morning to snap a pic; my pump was INSANE thru training, nice vascularity going on, muscles looking harder than Chinese math. Phe-nom-i-nal session.. would've made a nice contrast to last nights' posted pic where I was on an off-day and not really flexing too hard, just showing semi-relaxed progress. Next pics will be some dramatic improvement, I promise!
Flat BB bench, incline BB bench, incline flyes, seated military (alternating front & behind neck every other rep), seated DB laterals/overhead extension (combo movement, where first part is a lateral starting with DB positioned touching each other under your legs, then when you get parallel you continue the movement and touch DB overhead & slightly forward, brings the traps into play at the end) - don't know if there is a name for this or not, been doing that exercise for yrs tho..
Short on time this morning, so had to skip abs; will make them up tomorrow.
Ahaa, Mullet sold seperately.. but Sam, you did buy something else back there in the sports section and save 50% off that, right? BOGO 50% thru the end of JAN on all sports supps..
So once again, I see that I'm not too original.. :sad:I do these as well however I can't remember what they are called. I really feel these however.
Great advice Snag!! That's why so many of us here have a such an extreme loathing for GNC!! Shady mudda-fukkers!! :zx11pissed:Sam! That sucks bro.. what I would do, if you still have the receipt, is go back in there and say hey, you guys never told me about this, I want (whatever you need) for the 50% off. That makes it a pretty good deal.. dude, I told you in your thread about the sports supp deal!! :aargh:
Lol that was good one snag:biggthumpup:Day #26 Chest/Shoulders
