My dumbell press sucked last night. can do 75lbs easily with out any help but when I do 80 not only do I need help with a lift off but out of 6 2 I do my self and 4 I get help with. Any suggestions. I normally do 6 reps.

They don't have 77.2's at my gym. The jump from 75 to 80 is so much that it stinks. This week I will see how that goes. I do every 4 weeks close grip bench for my triceps. Thanks for the advice. I am comming near the end of my monster stack and I will give you my rating at the end.
I know what you mean, but NO gyms have 2 1/2 lbs increases in DB I am sure. I had it worse, my gym was MISSING 1 of the 80# DB so I forced myself to try the jump from 75>>>85, didnt happen. I stuck it out w/75 until my reps were up to 12, then I could get the 85s for 4-6 reps.
Def close grip bench will help, keep at it.
Way better than prime. I used 6 bottles of prime and got nothing out of it. 2 bottles of jacked and got lot out of it.
Jake if all your going to do is talk rubbish than don't because I think its wasting my time reading. If you saw some of my PR's I think the product speaks for its self.
