I just don't think I am going to post up anymore pictures after this contest. Every time I do I catch **** from someone or I get accused of using steroids or some form of gear and never just my hard work, dieting, and supplements.

I am not saying that outright Tex. I'm just saying that in a couple weeks time or less, you went from panicking, doubtful, anxious, supposedly fatter and bloated... to: "My freak genetics are back baby! Fcuk yeah!" lol.

I see what you're saying... I didn't mean to sound big headed or cocky, but I was just excited at how well those pictures turned out. my bloat and most of my water weight came off quite a bit better than I was expecting it to following the tips you gave me plus upping the dose of formestane, as well as the amino acids and sauna stuff. I am not scared to admit designer use and know it is not recommended, but I have in the past as everyone knows.

Texas I believe you one hundred percent brother when you say you didn't take any ph/ps. You seem like a respectable young man and will go far in this game, if you stick with it. Last year when I could train optimally I was accused of using steroids .I took it as a compliment you should do the same. and if you ever do do steroids, haha well that's another story. I recommend staying natural to at least 21 and you said you already used so that's your choice. It's very simple if you don't believe you can get big without steroids you can't if you one hundred do you can. good-job. and I know picture lighting angles etc make all the difference for pictures. I wish we could do a real show on stage for this contest. Such isn't the case though and will be in the future; provided you want to do a contest
 
Yup after this I go into prep for a october 16 NPC contest... I havent decided if i am going to run a true contest prep or not.
 
The official date is Feb 2nd right? And thats when pics are due?

I had that happen to me in late Dec, lost 5 lbs without trying . . . without wanting to.
 
what was this thing with posting early?

This is something I'd love to do in fact if you moved it to this friday I'll be ready. I have some personal stuff going on I'd like to get done and this contest is holding me up,regardless I dont plan on withdrawing. can the show be moved to this friday? the sooner the better for me.
 
I'm one second from backing out .. Don't have the time for two-a-days, my current lifestyle (due to work - two jobs, plus school coming up) doesn't allow me to focus 110% on training and dieting. Having a 4am-11am sleep-schedule doesn't help either. I'm working the club 4-5 nights/week.

.. think I'm posting pics, still. I'll be tan and big. Not @ 6% like I wanted to. We'll see.

I'm not gonna be much less than 10%, if that. But I'm taking this as a learning experience on how to get lean for a specific date. Instead of how I normally cut, which is start doing more cardio and eating better, then eventually I can see my abs again :lol:

same here. I mean three years ago i got real lean. I'm going to keep on the lean side more now(unless I want to gain some fat on purpose which is what i did last time) and take this is experience for getting lean(ditto what you said Future) its been a fun journey,

to gain muscle. hell after this is over Ill still gain a few pounds on purpose. I don't allow myself to get unrepresentable though. some may and that is the quickest way to muscle mass after you cut down. i like to keep looking at least somewhat good-looking.

Good point. There is no decent, natural bulk that won't put even a tid-bit of fat on you. It's part of the process. Play your cards right and fat gain will be minimal.

You can use some recomp agents like glucose disposal compounds, etc. But if you are one of those individuals that's in diar fear of gaining an ounce of fat while gaining muscle, you can always get some designers and nail 2 birds with one stone ;)

If a company wants to lower the price give out due to lack of participation come contest day, i would prolly use my best judgement and in respect to them have to agree.

Ive lost a lot! my pants that were tight fitting last week I had to wear a belt today. fat loss has gone down this past week. happy about this. metabolism is on fire.
 
Im still in for sure! My symmetry is embarrassing but this competition has been great motivation to push me further and beyond!

EDIT: I want to see who actually goes through with this! Reading back through the posts I hear a lot of negativity! Something you should not surround yourself with when readying for a comp!
