Today was my first AM fasted workout utilizing AP. I recalled DF noting a difference when she did one AM FT workout without the AP, that her workout was a less then experience in comparison to when she does utilize the AP. As I utilized my AP for my AM fasted training, I either experienced a Canado Effect or the AP made an actual and significant difference in energy.
Side note:
Those big list of AM supps have been part of the regiment for 2 weeks now, the only difference was the adding in of AP that I bought last night. In actuality, LR is a much lesser stim in comparison to Reduction AM or Phenadrine, which I have been switching back & forth on. I switched to the LR because the Yohimbine in LR specializes in empty stomach situations, so it's not the subbing in of LR in place of Phenadrine or Reduction AM, because as I stated, both of those supps have a much greater kick in the arse stim then LR (for me).
My regular AM fasted protocol usually consisted of either cardio or lifting. I actually performed both this morning, but it was the lifting that I noticed the greatest difference. There was a new energy this morning as I lifted, in comparison to the previous mornings and this is after I had already ran.

Question, Snag or Mullet. How long does AP last in the system after you ingest it? I only had 2 slices of Ezekiel toast along with 63g protein, I'm not trip'n on the carbs from the Ezekiel, but I'm just wondering if the AP got a hold on any of that. Breakfast was at 8:30am and I took my AP at 6:15am. Thanks.
