THUNDERGOD ROLLS OUT A RECOMP..........REALLY!! (sponsored)

The Thunder stirred the pot on em! haha
They foolishly tried to take hold of the living lightening!!! :raincloud::hammer:
This is what happens to mortals who challenge the Thundergod....:smashfreakB:

I just got off the phone with my employer. She had me validate the arguement between the other 2 co-workers. The trouble-maker is definitely fired as of now!! I am going from a 4 day week to a 5 day week...with a raise!! All-Father always works things out for his son.
Do you wanna know how I can lift the weights that I do? Or how things always work out for me?? The answer lies in 2 simple words....

I BELIEVE!!! :box:

CARDIO: Fasted HIIT Cardio: 25 minutes. 20 intervals of 30/30 seconds. 30 seconds all-out effort followed by 30 seconds of moderate intensity.

ABS

3 TRI-SETS OF ROPE CRUNCHES/LYING LEG RAISES/REVERSE CRUNCHES

25 reps each. Back to back sets. So in reality...1 giant set. 225 reps in total.

Took my supps 1 hour before training on an empty stomach. I took 2 Recreate, 1 T-911, 1 gram of Hawthorn Berries, 1 gram of Vitamin C, 1 Multi-Vitamin, 1/2 aspirin, and 3 grams of Fish Oil.

All of these things are listed on page 1. I don't feel like posting them everyday. But I'm feeling good this morning, so what the Hel.

I took 1 Anabolic Pump immediately before hitting the cardio. After the cardio and Ab training, I made a large bowl of oatmeal with 30 grams of dextrose and 1 tablespoon of EVCO (extra virgin coconut oil) with 40 grams of whey protein, 5 grams of Glutamine, 5 grams of Creatine. This also is a daily thing after all training. I wait 30 minutes after training before consuming in order to let blood flow remain in my muscles instead of going straight to my stomach to aid in digestion.

SEMI-REVIEW:

Anabolic Pump: Great product. Shuttles all of those carbs into your muscles to help with the uptake of protein. And gives some of the best pumps I have ever experienced. Much better than all of those NOS supps which I don't like and don't find very effective. But the AP rocks the hizzy!!

ReCreate: I like the steady state energy that this product supplies. No intense ECA or Y kinda blast, but slow and steady. Nice smooth energy. Now on thermogenisis....it rules!! I am hotter than a 4-balled tomcat (by balls I mean testicles of course) within 30 minutes of taking it. I sweat freakin' bullets while working out or doing cardio. Hel, I even burn up when I take it before work.

PRIME: To anyone who read my Mad Melthy Meltdown thread, you know I love this stuff. I'd stay on it routinely if I could afford it! ha ha And it would be wiser to cycle it on and off like all other supps. I would prescribe 8 weeks on and 4 weeks off for people who are interested. This non-hormonal product gives the best strength gains that I have ever experienced from non-hormonal, non-steroidal compounds. And it increases muscle mass if you eat to support it. The pumps are insane from this stuff as well. When you combine it with AP...lookout!! The desire to constantly flex your muscles translates into hardening of those muscles. This is my take on it. I'm sure the chemicals themselves support hardening and increased density and definition..but all that flexing is a bonus!!

PowerFULL: I only had 10 days worth, but it was a nice 10 days! I slept better and I do think it parleyed into greater GH secretion. And the way I do those high rep backoff sets of 15 to 20 reps after my heavy sets, this GH secretion is maximized to its fullest.

JACKED: I love this stuff. Not overly-stimulating, but just right. I take the full 3 scoop dose as recommended. It gets me moving! Good thing I partook of the inner circle deal when it first came out! I got 3 containers and then Mullet sent me another one with the other supps for this recomp. So I have about 4 or 5 months worth of this shizz!!

These USP Labs products are very, very effective. This is the best natty stack I have used. And it has been very effective for my recomp. Pics are forthcoming soon!!!
I have 6 days left on this recomp. Let's make it count.

my experience with prime and jacked have same opinion. i only need 1 scoop of jacked though. if i take past 6PM i'm awake all night. AP i used one bottle but i am still iffy on it for me. I did get benefits from powerfull sample though. i like it alot.

Sorry TG Just wondering why your dosing the creatine and glutamine together?
Several amino's as well as creatine use the same calcium transport ion, the same reason you can't use straight protein supps with creatine. Carbs and a high calcium intake can facilitate and the latest tests show that in the presence of enough of both you have no problem absorbing 5 grams of each. But if you take it with water, milk, a single glass of juice, you better space them about an hour apart. Im guessing your having quite a lot of milk though.

A high carb weight gainer may facilitate the uptake of both, especially mixed with milk or another supp high in calcium. What also helps to absorb things better is ample B-Vitamins which increase the effect of calcium and better the transport of nutrients.

Besides, these two supplements are worthless together. There is no real need for glutamine when bulking and no need for creatine when dieting, But i know your trying to keep your strength up. But as you are cutting glutamine is vital, when on a low-carb diet, you'll produce cortisol, which locks up all glycogen use, so you need other fuel. Hence you burn fat. But cortisol also burns hard earned muscle protein. It starts with the most abundant amino, glutamine. SO then it makes sense to fuel your body with this so your muscles don't get robbed of it. Im not trying to be clever Just wondered if you knew buddy.

Easy answer....they're both included in my protein powder. I have to take them. :silly:

Yep, let's do!

Great review brother, glad you enjoyed the stack.
And all the fun learning that came along with it! ;)

I know I enjoyed watching your progress & all those beastly workouts!

While I'll agree with your stance on glut in caloric deficit, I'll strongly disagree with the premise creatine & glut do not work together; as well, creatine during cutting is most definitely beneficial..

Wow - time flies when you're having fun.
6 days to go... I'll be equally sad that it will end just as I did for the Mad Methyl Meltdown.
I think a little part of my soul just died... :(

However, I KNOW bigs things are to come, so I feel better already!

Glad to hear the God of Thunder is being treated with the respect he deserves again at work! They don't know how lucky they are to employ a deity!

I was rockin' out to this at the gym yesterday. Thought it would be up your alley.

Your support and e-friendship is worth over a ga-zillion rep points to me brutha!!!! :You_Rock_Emoticon:

didn't log on yesterday. looks like i've got some reading to do.
:welcome2: I knew I'd get a chance to use this emoticon someday!! You know I'm only kidding though!

I was shocked to see this recomp thread do so well. It can't be because of me. It's the talent that comes here that draws everyone in!!

Agreed. I find creatine is most effective when I am on a calorie-deficit. Helps maintain strength quite a bit.

TG - I've been reading along and learning like crazy, and whether you want to admit it or no, you're a big part of that "talent" that drew everyone in here.

Hey there slick Bobby!! You're in Oahu, right? You catching any of those big waves lately?

There are so many smilies now :wtf1:i had to throw a couple in there!

I've always enjoyed bodyboarding more than surfing. There's something awesome about laying right on top of the water...I'm more of a wakeboarder than any of it, though.

I'm a beach guy myself. I damn near lost my tongue on a boogie board once. There's a spot called, The Wedge, where the waves break really close to the shoreline, abnormally close and a wave tossed me air borne and landed me damn near on sand (not quite, but it was shallow as hell) and I bit down on my tongue when I smacked. I bled into the water and thought about the discovery channel and sharks.

I've never encountered a shark, but I've swam by Jellyfish.

interesting!..i heard of the wedge!..its notorious for big waves and a shallow shorebreak!...i had some terrible spills/wipeouts before!..i went to do a move called a rollo take-off!..where you paddle onto a wave that is about to break and you put the nose of the board under the breaking wave/lip,and let it take you over and land outside the impact zone!..buti landed too vertical and ended up going nose first to the bottom.then hit the sand head first and my ankles literally almosted touched the back of my shoulders!(the scorpion effect)..LOL..worst wipeout i ever had!:twak:..LOL..

How many times have you gone surfing?

The scorpion! ouch, that paints a vivid picture.

I had my wife to down me and shave the big Thunder-Yetti today. So I thought, what the Hel, take a few shots.
These are completely unpumped with NO tan at all!!
I think I've went overboard cutting cals....and I look very flat.

I weighed 237 right before snapping these photos.

you def. leaned out my friend!..and you look alot younger also brotha!..also looking real solid my friend!..def. recomped!..all muscle!:bling:

Thanks guys. I think I look totally flat!! I can't wait to carb up for next week's "real" photos that will be taken outside once again. This will give a better comparison. Inside photos look like shit. I will pump up, be tanned, and have on baby oil for the outdoor shots!
After this recomp, I'm going back to slamming lots of protein and getting back up to around 250. I may have "bigorexia" and think I'm skinny even at 237. But I am 6'3", so that's pretty damn tall.
And the angle on that most-muscular shot on the bottom looks retarded,. My wife was standing too close and it made my right arm almost disappear and my hands look HUGE!!!
I wasn't going to even post these photos, but I thought it would give me some much needed motivation to start eating big again!!
