1-t and Strong lethargy

i am feeling like a slug all day i take 5 pumps a 700am and im done for the rest of the day what to do? would it be the same if i just start taking it at night cause i cant handle the lethargy during the day. i eat a big breakfest protien and about 120gm of carbs but im still bogged down. i wish PP made 1-t with 4ad in it.
 
How many have you been on? I am on day 4 and feeling fine.You can add some sustain in 2 days a week to fight the lethargy.
 
I know this is really obvious but try something with caffeine or some stims in it. Im taking 1-T at 5 pumps per day stacked with M14ADD at 120 mg per day and I feel great.
 
I don't understand why its so difficult to put ph/ps talk in the steroid forum. I guess when companies are allowed to advertise them here, no reason we should follow the rules....



I agree its probably the carbs.
 
Try drinking some green tea during the day. This helped me out when I was running 1-T along with Invalid Link Removed

take rhidiola to battle lethargy or 4-ad by AMS, very common with 1-ad, although PP puts 5-dhea to prevent it, some people need more to elevate themselves
 
rhidiola raises cAMP levels without damaging the CNS like stims, also regulates bp unlike stims.
 
Make sure you are getting 1-2 servings of fruit.

Liver glycogen levels have a potent effect on lethargy. During the heyday of 1-test experimentation there were two things that helped - 4-AD and Fructose (to keep liver glycogen topped off).

That explains why my last 1T cycle was so smooth. During my previous runs, I didn't wat much fruit, but on my last run, I ate 3-5 servings a day.

The difference is night and day.

Makes me even consider digging out the M1T again...ok, not really.

I will saw off my own foot before I run M1T again. I wish I would have known that about fruit a few years back.

I think that the glycogen and/or insulin theory proposed in this thread may be of value, but the above quote may be of some use to you as well.

IME, 1-test is not an easy hormone to run on its own. Really made me feel like **** even when combined with 4AD at lower to moderate dosages. I really needed to run 4AD at higher end dosages to not feel like absolute garbage with 1AD (1-test).

Now what I am suggesting above is to give M1,4ADD a shot as a sort of 4AD replacement. Most tend to feel great while on dbol, as it tends to cause mood elevation and CNS stimulation. Its ability to aromatize really seems to help improve libido as well.

Taking this with a 5-alpha reduced hormone (unable to aromatize) such as 1-test may help to mitigate some side effects of both compounds and increase the effects. I think it would be a much more enjoyable cycle at the very least, if the two were to be run together.
