Sleeping With X-DREAM

X-Dream: Night 22

Sleep Duration: 11:30pm-8am

Dosage: 3 caps

Sleep Quality: It was GREAT! I had such deep, satisfying sleep last night. Didn't wake up during the night, and I slept straight until 8am. Once I awoke I was up and about, no sleepiness. This is an amazing product, IBE!

glad to see the X-DREAM is working for ya!

I'm currently supplementing Melatonin right now and i seem to have the effects slowly wearing off due to prolonged use(1 month so far). I ordered some GABA and hopefully that will make things OK. I think the most part of my sleep problems is from waking up to use the restroom 3 times a night. I'm always well hydrated but just cant seem to EVER go through the night without waking up...

Keep sleeping great with X-DREAM! I will have to try it someday when my cash flow recovers..(economy)

Thanks, Lightemup!

Last night I didn't take X-Dream. I liked what Irish Cannon did: take a break from X-Dream to see how much of a difference it makes with sleep. :D

So I went to bed without my cute little blue friends, and ended up tossing and turning for a while- at least a lot longer than I do with them. :(

It is surprising how much this supplement really helps with sleep! I don't realize it until I take a break!!! I think I'll take a dose tonight.

X-Dream: Night 23

Sleep Duration: 10:30-7:45

Dosage: 3 caps

Sleep Quality:
I slept extremely well last night. I was in such a deep sleep. Waking up was very difficult for me. I have been tired all morning and a little groggy. I think I woke up right out of a deep sleep, and that could have made it hard for me to come completely to my senses. I also think that sleeping in this weekend has gotten me used to different hours, so getting up a bit earlier has thrown me a little off.

Dreams: none

X-Dream: Night 24

Sleep Duration:
11pm-9am

Dosage: 2 caps

Sleep Quality:
Great! I slept like a baby all night! I sure slept in, but I really needed it after yesterday's workouts. I woke up very refreshed, and I've been up cleaning all day with lots of energy.

Dreams:
I am a dog breeder, but the dogs that I own are all odd colors, some of them are tie-dye and some have what looks like Zebra stripes. They all have features of a golden retriever- the tie-dye puppies are sooo cute! Looks like something from Lisa Frank. :/

Another dream I am on top of a dilapidated house with 3 of my younger brothers, and we are trying to re-roof it. Now if you know my brothers, working with them is like working with the three stooges. :frustrate: It is hard to get anything done. So I am ending up doing all the work and somehow I fall through the sinking roof. That's when it ended.

X-Dream: Night 25

Sleep Duration: 10:30pm- 7:30am

Dosage:
1 cap

Sleep Quality: I slept okay last night. I decided to try out one cap because I wanted to see how well it worked for me in comparison to 3 caps, now that I have been taking X-Dream for a while. I found that I went to sleep easily, but woke up a couple of times in the night and had a difficult time getting to back to sleep. I awoke with minimum grogginess, which was very good. :)

Dreams: I decide to go to India on a Christian mission trip with several other people, and for some odd reason Paul McCartney is at our destination to greet us and get to know us. I am in India for a total of 3 days building a church.

Another dream I am at a friend's new house visiting her. The walls of her home are made up of aquariums full of sharks, octopi and tons of tropical fish. They are obviously very thick walls and huge aquariums, but it was so neat! The entire house is a shade of soft blue from the water and the dim aquarium lighting.

2 caps is perfect for me. For once, I am strictly adhering to the label ;) I can't mess with a good thing. Hahaha.

Last night I unfortunately forgot to take X-Dream. I had a hard time getting to sleep, but was too comfy in my bed to get out. I also watched a creepy Dracula vampire movie and was scared to leave the safety of my covers. :(

So, I tossed and turned a bit, and thought about scary immortal bat men coming to eat me.

X-Dream: Night 26

Sleep Duration:
10:30-7:30

Dosage: 2 caps

Sleep Quality: I was out like a light. What can I say, this stuff is amazing. No tossing or turning, no waking in the middle of the night, just pure deep, satisfying sleep.

Dreams: I had dreams about eating chocolate cake and ice cream and dark, creamy pillows of See's Candy.

I think that this low carb diet is getting to me...

lol. that's funny. i remember doing a GH promoting workout - low/moderate muscle gain, moderate fat loss. the trick is to get your pulse up to 150-160 from weights, not cardio. as soon as fast carbs are ingested, you're kicked out of GH maximization. i decided to do trace carbs only - like from veggies. within 18 hours - next morning when i woke up, i'd have the worst headache of all time. as soon as i got some carbs in me, they went away - and so did my workout :)

I wonder why you'd get headaches? You're body just being drained? Hmmm...

normally, i get 250g of carbs just in my pre/post workout shakes, to say nothing else of my diet, 1/2 gallon of milk daily, etc...

basically, it was eat all the carbs i wanted pre workout (day 1), then none/trace carbs after workout, and the next day as well. day 3, i worked out again and did a carb refeed, but my body just couldn't wait that long.

X-Dream: Night 27

Sleep Duration:
10pm-8am

Dosage:
2 caps

Sleep Quality:
Fantastic! I was in such a deep sleep- I didn't have a difficult drifting off at all- I took the caps and and hour later was feeling drowsy. This morning I woke up very refreshed.

Dreams:
none

I have one more dose of X-Dream, and then the bottle will be empty. :( I am planning to put up my final review of IBE's product early this week.

X-Dream Final Review

Overall Sleep Quality: I found X-dream to be a very effective sleeping aid. It took my body about a week to become accustomed to all of the ingredients. For the first week I found that it took me a little bit longer to fall asleep, most likely due to the increased growth hormone secretion caused by the GABA. However, once I had fallen asleep, my sleep was very restful and good. After that first week had passed and my body had become used to the X-Dream, I fell into deep sleep much more easily and quickly. I noticed the relaxing affects of X-Dream about an hour after dosing. 2 or 3 caps seemed to be the best dosage for me. Sleeping so well certainly helped my muscles recover from the difficult workouts I put them through. They weren't as drained when I awoke, and I usually felt quite ready to push them hard and heavy again.

Upon Waking: I rarely woke up drowsy while taking X-Dream. Mostly I felt very refreshed and rejuvenated upon waking, just as I had hoped. Having this satisfying sleep really helped me get through the day, especially lifting days, when I was extremely busy and lifting strenuously twice a day. I'm not a morning person, but with X-Dream I was much closer to being one. :)

Dreams: My dreams generally weren't any more vivid than usual. There were a couple of nights that I had some wild, crazy dreams, but those were an exception. I did dream a lot, but many times I woke up and forgot what they were about.

Final Thoughts: I would absolutely use X-Dream again. Even though I don't have any serious sleep issues it really helped me get more rest. I would recommend it to anyone with sleep issues or anyone who desires more satisfying, deep sleep. Proper rest is a very important factor for success and progress in the gym. X-Dream is a great option to help maximize that factor.

As far as your final thoughts... Would you use it again? You said 'yes' and that's really great. But would you buy it again? Will you be buying the product? Is there an urgency to purchase it to continue sleeping on this product? Would you use it again only if it were free? Curious ;)

I would certainly consider buying the product when I have a little extra supplement money. And I'd absolutely use it again if it were free.

I would like to thank IBE for giving me the opportunity to log another one of their quality products. I appreciate it guys!:D
