2 DAYS ON RECREATE/PWFULL/AP-feeling like an alpha FE-MALE !!!

OK Time to get this log back on track…not that it ever went off track, I was just too busy with other stuff and I haven’t yet managed to duplicate myself…may be my next science project ! :lol:

Some general supp updates:

* There is no miracle stack that will work forever (and that includes USP Labs too :p), so everything needs to be cycled on/off. It is too easy to get addicted to pills but one has to be smart and take time off when effects start to diminish. Invalid Link Removed

* In my case:

1) I’ve been of Recreate for over 4 weeks now because I came to the point where I could have gone straight to Invalid Link Removed after taking two pills (a dose which used to launch me into hyper-ecstasy universe Invalid Link Removed when I first started off). I’m planning to take another 2-3 weeks off because at the moment I don’t feel the need for extra-stimulation or fat burning. Besides, I got to keep some reserve tricks tucked in my sleeve, just in case ! ;)
I’ve been taking yohimbe instead and Invalid Link Removed-YOHIMBE :lol:

2) Same with AP, I was no longer going hypo so I decided to take a break. After 4 weeks off I started it again (as of last week) and it has been SWEET, literally ! I'm noticing increased hunger and with that, the need for upping my carbs more and more. Invalid Link Removed

3) P-slin, I’m using a bulk powder at the moment, I’ve been experimenting with it quite a bit and figured it works best with my postWO shake.
I do not take it with my preWO- or intraWO mix because the carbs or more accurately insulin-spiking, around that time completely kills any effect I get from PWFULL. Invalid Link Removed Speaking of which…

4) PWFULL- The only supp I haven’t cycled for an extended period of time. I’m only taking it on weight-workout days and sometimes that means I get to have 3-days off it (depending on how I schedule my cardio). I find that approach works really well Invalid Link Removed

5) Prime 6caps/day, weight training days only, AWESOME, is like an enhanced version of PWFULL + keeps the workouts ORGASMIC :D

* Xmas break has been geared towards lots and lots of cardio + full body workouts.

* I’m also making a transition back to a strength routine :clean: because I’ve been on hypertrophy for 5 weeks and the body had started to “acclimatize” to it Invalid Link Removed Can’t have that, it is counterproductive to muscle growth. Got to shock&destroy and then re-build The latter doesn’t come by staying in the comfort zone. Invalid Link Removed

DAY 114&115


* 1hr30min moderate intensity jogging + sprint intervalson empty + yohimbe + caffeine +RPM.

* Whoever says cardio is not necessary for cutting is 100% right….BUT, it sure does speed things up :D

* Besides, I love these runs, lucky me :p

* Other cutting strategies I’m using at the moment:


1) CARBS are kept STRICTLY PRE&POST WORKOUT on weight training days

2) Cardio days – no carbs other than fibrous carbs Invalid Link Removedand LOW GI fruit (grapefruit and berries), good fats (loads of :lol: nuts, coconut cream, olives) + protein Invalid Link Removed

I can’t emphasize enough the need for upping good fats when cutting out carbs and more importantly – cutting body fat. Invalid Link Removed
If you want to burn fat you need to teach your body how to use fat as a fuel. You do that by feeding the body with fats. As simple as that ! I’ve used it in the past very successfully and for me at least, it is a sure way to get myself lean&mean. Invalid Link Removed :p

I am even consuming more calories because I’m basically replacing complex carbs with fats in equivalent amount (actually I’m probably going over the equivalent amount, nuts and portion control for me simply does not work ! :fool2: :rofl:).
Yet, I’m dropping weight :woohoo:

* SORT OF A FULL BODY WO

1. Bench
2. Bi curls superset with
3. Tri pulldowns
4. Deads​

* Reps 8-10, 1 warmup set + 4 working sets per exercise, weight ~90% of PR other than bis. That went up !!! I was quite amazed, I usually exceed in compound lifts, not isolation ! Invalid Link Removed

* To my annoyance I had to go to a different gym. I had this dude who approached me as I was doing deads and started asking me millions of questions Invalid Link Removed How long have you been training for, 2 years ?! Really, ‘cause these don’t look like beginners exercises, are you taking any stuff, what stuff are you taking, do you come to this gym often, how long have you been in this town, you are doing really well with your training, are you on gear ? What’s your mobile number...... :aargh: :aargh: :aargh:

* I don’t need you to tell me I’m doing well Invalid Link Removed, I know it !!! * Back to the same gym, some annoyances again, in a different form.
Aircons are not doing their job properly, the air was so heavy and humid it felt like breathing oxygen through a straw Invalid Link Removed :rant:

* Despite that, did quite well, hit DEADS again :D, amongst other things…

1. Leg Extensions superset
2. Hanging Knee Raises

3. Deads superset
4. Jumping DB Squats

5. Clean&Jerk​

* Again, reps 8-10, 1 warmup set + 4 working sets per exercise, weight ~90% PR other than deads (~80%), no surprises, only did them 2 days ago ! Besides, I used them as a ham&butt pre-exhaust strategy before hitting jumping squats, AAAH the burn ! :D



DAY 119

* Changed gym again. :thumbsup: Aircons were working much better.
* It is amazing how much working in humid conditions drains you out Invalid Link Removed
Proof ?

Not only that but :

a) I did Good Mornings first Invalid Link Removed x 2
b) Then I hit deads and lifted in 95% PR range (better than on both DAYS 118&119 ) :woohoo:
c) Went up 44lb in Smith Machine Lunges :wtf: Yeah, I know I haven't done them in months but I wasn’t expecting such a jump and especially not after trashing myself with GM and Deads !​

* Also, I forgot to take my workout mix : BCAA+glutamine + beta Alanine + ALCAR + Poseidon and I haven’t even had my pre-WO shake either Invalid Link Removed ‘cause I was getting picked up by a friend and was already running late :rant:

* I did the entire workout only on Yohimbe + RPM :fool2:

Those are great numbers, DFly! Your lifts are quite impressive.

You're definitely getting leaner. That's VERY easy to see...and the legs are looking great as well. Your quads are really improving...and is that a growing booty that I see?! :D

Any English person who was been to Austrlia has loved the country but the vast majority are too proud to ever say anything nice about any other country in the world other then England. I have a lot of bad things to say about the English but a helluva a lot of nice things to say about them as well. There is some great rivalry between the two when it comes to sports etc that is for sure. All in all its just a bit of banter between the two. Its pretty harmless to be honest and very rarely ends in any kind of physical violence.

Rednecks aren't as bad as hillbillies, though. Since I live in the FL panhandle, there are a lot of rednecks around here, but plenty of them are wealthy and productive members of society. Hillbillies don't do anything but drink moonshine and avoid flossing.

* DAY119 GM+DEAD+Lunges session left me in total leg DOMS.
I was limping around on DAY 120 with a big :D on my face. Hams&butt were the sorest parts :woohoo:

* So D120 workout was:

1. Lat Pulldowns

2. Military Press superset
3. Plate swing (same as kettlebel swing) superset
4. Bent-over B Row

5. Clean&Press superset
6. Front DB raises

7. Side DB raises

* 1 warmup, 4 working sets per exercise, reps 8-10, other than:
5. Clean&Press 4-6 (NEW PR !!!!) Invalid Link Removed
7. Lat raises 12-15​

* I was really pleased with the new PR on the Clean&Press, 90lb 4x, especially since I tend to do this exercise first in a workout and shoulders were already buggered from the Military+Plate Swings. Next time I'll be doing Cleans&Presses first, I'm sure I can get them well over 90lb :smite:

I KNOW, I KNOW but it used to be flatter !!!! And I also know it is not so much fat as it is bloating. Things were worse a month back, then I started taking digestive enzymes, probiotics, cut out a few things from my diet, reduced meal size, increased meal frequency, (well, still struggling with meal size :pizza: :p) etc, etc.
Even cut out coffee :sad: It was giving me bad reflux. Maybe it was just bad coffee, :think: , dunno.

I also get this burning sensation in my stomach right after meals, not fun !!! Invalid Link Removed

Things are improving but so slooooowly :whiner:

Following the gym session I felt the urge for some intense fat-blasting cardio :smite: so I popped some yohimbe, jumped on my bike, turned ipod to Master of Puppets Album and rode until the second last song on the album (Orion) ~ 50min !!!!!!!!! Pace was RACIN’ :D

I'd rather be stripping weight in dry weather, humidity strips the integrity of my DNA - leads to pre-mature decay, that's why I overkill with antioxidants :lol:

Poor Volcom and his extreme parasthesia. I seriously feel bad for you, dude.

I love Beta Alanine too. I loved how energetic and endurance enhancing White Flood CAPS were when I logged it, but it was an enduring experience due to my extreme paresthesia.
