how do you think trenadrol compares to other orals you've used in terms of strenth and mass? can you quantify your strengths gains for us?

The only other oral I've used is havoc. Trenadrol blows havoc out of the water as far as strength.
 
So rugger have you changed your mind aboug m-drol you were always adamant about s-drol MUST have a SERM and now i see you not even sure if your going to use one??
 
No, my mind hasn't changed. I am still going to use one to help against rebound. I still think it's a must, but Mdrol is not as harsh as I thought it would be.

yeah i think the stories of how bad m-drol can be depend alot on the person some people run it fine no issues it looked to be good for you some people have issues within the 1st week. Chemically speaking m-drol is not supposed to be all the supressive at all
 
I don't do any of the conventional major lifts so it's difficult to tell, but I started with 80-85 pounds on db press and ended up repping 100s

Yeah. 90mg trenadrol solo is a good starting point, and we all know gains of 10mg on mdrol can be had.


So rugger was it officially 6 weeks trenadrol and 3 weeks mdrol?
or just 2 weeks mdrol?
 
Don't hold off on the SERM just because you feel good. My buddy did that while going off testosterone, "yo dude! I'm horny as fcuk! Feels like I never got suppressed!" and he ended up slacking on PCT and got b*tch titties.
 
Rugger how about before and after pics now? You're at +35 pounds that's amazing, you must look huge in the comparison.

And yeah i'd go hardcore on the PCT, i'm amazed you don't feel too suppressed after all that Trenadrol and Mdrol, maybe your HPTA is a bit more resistant than most.
 
There are before and after pics a couple pages back. They were taken with about 7 days left IIRC, but the size didn't change.

I am really interested in the strength aspects of this cycle.

Were they enough to cause possible injury?

My rat moved up alot of weight on his tren xtreme cycle. Kept most of it btw.

How much effect on strength did the drol have on the cycle? If thats possible to tell?
 
Very difficult to tell. I would say a large majority of strength came before the mdrol. I didn't notice any huge jumps once I started the SD, but strength gains did continue.

Strength was definitely increased enough to cause injury. The ligaments in my upper chest/shoulder had some problems and so did my left rotator cuff.

  • Still feeling great. I have been off CKD for over 2 weeks eating absolutely anything I wanted in any amount. I had some great food but am now back on CKD as of today.
  • My weight is down noticeably, but I have been off of creatine for 2 weeks. A vast majority of the weight lost is water. I know this from the lack of creatine as well as visual clues. Over the last two weeks I have been lucky to drink more than 16oz water a day.
  • Still no side effects. My nuts are back to normal, no signs of estro rebound. My nipples actually seem to be getting smaller. No oily skin/acne. No depression and my joint pains are all but gone.
  • I am going on what will probably be a permanent cut. I am going to be getting lean as possible and then if my cardiovascular performance hasn't improved enough I will also be cutting muscle. It's just the way it has to be.
  • Still haven't used any clomid ;)

Day 14 and no SERM on a sdrol cycle huh? guess you never know about a compound till you actually do it yourself huh? Glad to see no side effects.
 
Been cutting for 3 weeks. Weight initially dropped 8 pounds 2 weeks into PCT.
That put me at 217. I've lost about 6-7 pounds since then from dieting. Strength remains with zero pct problems. Still have not used clomid.

Still no side effects. Never had any acne, depression, sensitive nipples. Nothing.
I lost about 8 pounds by the time PCT was over, kept cutting and playing footy
so I lost a small bit of muscle while doing that also, maybe 2-3-4 pounds of muscle.
Then I got pneumonia and lost a good 10 pounds in 10 days. 2 weeks after that I
had gained about 7 of it back which leaves me here hovering around 205. I am still
bigger than I've ever been (while being off for an extended period) while still being very cut for my build and genetics.
I would say 90% of my strength remains from this cycle, which is the best part.

I told myself I was done with cycling after this log, but we'll see...
