Awesome log DW....I ran 3 1/2 bottles of prime....got 2+ left and am going to pick up more(The IC deal was awesome)....I have been off for 2 1/2 weeks and it's pure sadness...the stuff is sick...I had very similar effects with Prime that you have been experiencing....I am also debating 9/day as well and thinking off running it with either Drive and RPM or Mass FX and Hyper 2, not sure...Starting back up soon so I have to decide...decisions, decisions

The only thing I question about your stack is Drive, cuz for me it give similar properties as Prime except not so pronounced. I have been thinking about T-911 also.
 
Ok lots to cover today...

First I will give a Jacked review....

I took my first dose of Jacked 2pm yesterday (1 scoop)... I liked the taste and it mixed quite easily. I didn't take long for it to start to kick in, I am very sensitive to stims. I was a kind of euphoric/buzzed feeling, I was alert but the focus was not there immediately as I was a bit more on the buzzed side. About 2 and a half hours later when I was walking to the gym I noticed that walking/running was much easier and I could breath much easier as well. I had extremely good energy and the focus was there too. I had an above average workout and do believe it did help a little strength wise (not extremely so), I have to comment again on the breathing is was much improved. I went to do cardio afterward and noticed that my heartrate was definitely elevated 8-10 beats. Cardio was a breeze and on my cool down I noticed I could actually get my heart rate down to closer to normal only 3-5 beats above normal.

After when I got home I noticed that my appetite was not there. This is not a big deal for me I just ate what I needed to anyway. As the evening wore on it became obvious that this was going to be a long night 1 took a powerfull and to REM but it did not help much and I did not fall asleep till 1-130 and when I did on only slept 3.5 to 4 hours. I woke up and was still jacked and continue to feel rather stimmed 20 hours later. Bottom line is despite really liking this product if I don't develop some sort of tollerance then I will have to discontue use. I only too 1 scoop!! I will try again Saturday 1 scoop at 1pm.
 
I had a very impressive update from my ex trainer yesterday concerning Prime. He is an absolute ecto and is up 6 lbs and not only that has really leaned out. He told me he is about 2 weeks out of comp by his appearance which means he's like 5% as this guy gets absolutely shredded. There is a couple pics of him on my am-space if you want to take a look. These are simply amazing results.
 
Lookin good bro. I think once im done with this prime run when I get around to running it again im gonna go with T911 myself! Should be sick!
 
Shoulders and arms Jacked and Primed

I was definitely more focused and energy was way up. I added 15 more lbs to the machine shoulder press on the second set of 7 but only got 6 which is still very good.

On rear delt pec dec I was able to add another 15 on the 2nd 3rd and 4th sets the last rep was a little short.

Tricep press down I went up 15 on the 2nd and third set. Shoulder hurt a bit but it was a good pump.

Now what I had been waiting for Olympic curls 1 went for 150 this week despite only being able to get 6 reps at 145 the previous week. The first set ... I only got 5 reps. I was a little disappointed. I kept the weight at 150 and decided to get nasty 5 reps was probably a personal best but time to remove all doubt. I did 6 really nice reps and a not so nice 7th. This made my day. If finished out very strong 135 for 10 and 115 for 15 my arms were screaming. I noticed that I had set a very nice intense pace so all in all a very good workout. I do believe Jacked is a dynamite product especially for the price, but like I said if I don't start sleeping I won't be able to continue using it.

I'm picking up what you're putting down man...Ive run Drive numerous times and love it and still think it would be sick with Prime..but Im leaning towards mass fx and Hyper...I think it would be sick....and mabye throw in some Lean FX too...just need to get over this damn nagging shoulder injury...:frustrate

As far as dreading coming off...its certainly not as bad as you may think, but I sure do miss it...believe me I wanted to stay on longer but with the shoulder injury I couldnt give it my all so I stopped...

T-911 does look interesting too

thats what Im talking about 6-8 weeks at 9/day stacked....cant wait to do this

If I decide to stack it with 911 I may not dose that high, I am investigating some logs now and it seems that 911 is very potent in it's own right. So a long run of Prime start off at six a day and maybe start off with 911 and run it for 4 to six weeks ramp up the Prime dosage as the 911 runs out. I need to know more about 911 though.

Legs today and my second run at Jacked!! I may not be able to walk tommorow. :icon_lol:

It went very well, I went up another 10 lbs on front squats and made some techique adjustments that allowed me to get more depth.

Still legged deads up 20 lbs and cruhsed 4 sets of 7... grip strength was better than last week and resulted in better reps despite the large increase.

Up 20 lbs on standing calf raises.

I was able to do 3 sets of wheel of death 5 4 2 but after the wod I would do it from my knees to get a full workout in. Went like this 5 wod 15 from my knees 4 wod 10 from knees and 2 wod 10 from knees.

Lets talk body comp changes I was second guessing myself earlier in my cycle about a 9 week run of prime. Well let you tell you I am glad I have stuck with it. The real value of a long Prime run is increased body compostion changes. Sure you don't get the explosive strength increases that your do in weeks 3-5, but you do continue to gain strength at a steady pace. Let me tell you though the body comp changes really come through in weeks 6 through 8. I am getting leaner and bigger at what seems to be an accelerated rate from earlier in the run. I guess it makes sense... all the hard work coming to roost. This has been the recomp of all recomps and I am very pleased sitting here under 12% body fat at around 240 lbs. I never thought this was possible for me. I have used no dieting tricks I just try to eat sensible at around maintenance (a little higher sometimes, if I am hungry I eat).
 
Just stopped in and it was a good thing to see you still running Prime..smart man! Awesome news about your trainer btw. I would like to see you run an AI with Prime if you want more of a kick IMHO it works the best when you absolutely need it. Good Stuff mate!![

That sounds like a solid Cycle!
have you tried activate xtreme?, might be a good plan to run that instead or after 911!.. I have yet to get feedback on that T-911 product.

I am reading people getting similar results to Prime but it works differently. I will be running TNT stack before and after my next Prime run so I have that angle covered. I want to get my hands on the New USP bulk with PureSap and Tribulosan. Don't know where that will end up but we'll squeeze it in...

The SUpersap sure looks interesting. Are you considering running a stronger AI (Like TD Trione) to get an even bigger kick out of the TNT stack? It's what I'm considering if I run it again.

Otherwise looking great on the Prime :thumbsup:

Honestly, P-full or puresap sounds like the best stack for that ImO, but good Luck man!
 
Oh yea, I forgot you got your hands on some of that a little while back :trout: I'm hoping in a few months the formestane supply returns; I've got my Penetrate waiting!

Yah I have the better part of 2 bottles left each has an extra gram of formestane. At 100 mg 3 times a week it will last for a while untill it comes back I assume.
 
Third time using 1 scoop of Jacked and the energy was clean and I was able to sleep. This is the deal of a lifetime for me.

Chest and back

Up 5 lbs on db incline press, I am actually able to get some good chest work in with slow reps and pushups.

Up 5 lbs on decline db flies. Shoulder held up pretty well no popping, a little bit of shake though.

Tbar rows I tried to go 5 and a half plates but only got 3 reps. I went back down to 5 and 10 lbs and was able to complete my sets. I guess I hit the ceiling on these for now. My previous best would have been 5 plates for 5 so I can't complain.

Close grip pulldowns I had a monster day on these a was able to maintain the 15 lb increase from the previous week through all 4 sets. I noticed something though at the top there is these little 5 lb weights you can slide down. Here I have been thinking that I have to go up 15 lbs every week. I looked around and all the machines have them... duhh...

Good energy all the way through I really like jacked...

I was looking very lean the last couple of days my pants were looser at the waist and my mid sections is looking good and obliques as well. I am going ot estimate over 3% fat loss maybe 3.5 % in 9 weeks maybe a little less. I got on the scales expecting to be around 237 or so and was surprised to see 240.4... I am going to check this with the gym scale which had me weighing 245.5 last week with my shoes. I will check it on Saturday.

I've been using my Transdermal Formestane/Trione combo for the last 23 days now. I'm loving it! I haven't used it for months and months. I almost forgot how good that stuff is. I'm using 100 mg. of Form and 200 mg of Trione per day. It's really leaned me out and my libido is through the roof!!! :hammer:

Yah you should try pusing it 3 days a week 100 mg has me feeling great all the time and I have been doing this for 3 or 4 months now. I never have to increase the dose I feel the same (great) all the time.
 
Incredible workout last night, I really didn't believe that I could be having these kind of results 9 weeks in almost. I was hoping I could make it through but it's like I have a second wind. It is very likely the jacked which I continue to run a 1 scoop.

Shoulders and arms up 10 lbs on the first set then an additional 5 on the second then dropped 15 and did 11 and another 15 for 15 reps. Shoulder is getting better... I'm stoked.

Rear delt flies up 15 accross the board owned !!

Tricep pressdown up 15 lbs accross the board, what I fuggin pump and my triceps were lookin huuuuge and cut!!

Olympic curls 155 first set only got 5 but that was a personal best as I have never even attempted above 150. The second set 7 big ones yah!! Everybody is commenting on the size of my arms, I have had about 4 comments this week. I finished off with 11 and 15 reps at lower weight.

Cardio was a peice of cake.

Recomp is unbelievably good I have a look I have never seen as when I get this lean I have usually had to waste away some muscle. Well not only have a retained mass but increased it significantly. I'm on top of the world.

Talked to my ex-trainer who is never coming off Prime again it seems. He started to do a more power based routine and hadn't lifted heavy in quite some time due to injury. He was able to add 15 lbs to his bench the second week and is going for another 15 next week. My guess is his bench will be up about 50 lbs and he's doing 8 reps. He commented that at 192 he looks bigger than he did at 202.

lol..I knew you'd like it. Even with my very amateurish training and diet, I was seeing awesome results from this stuff. The only sides were feeling great and being horny all the time which is kinda nice at my age.

I've been stacking it with Relora and it "feels" pretty good.

I only went up 10 lbs on stiff legged deads but it seemed easy so I went up another 10 lbs I crushed it what the fugg another 10 and at it up for two more sets. I felt awsome. I wanted to give a primal roar but I didn't want to come accross like I was showing off. I was jacked though (literally as well as figuratively)

I will do a summary of the log when I have more time...

Yah me too, I have been warned to keep my intensity down at 3 separate gyms over the years. Maybe I am getting tamer with age. The weight is still moving though !!

Ok it's been a good run. 9 weeks of body metamorphosis. That's the thing that has surprised me in the latter stages of this cycle, how much my body changed. In the last couple of weeks I have gotten much leaner while gaining some nice size (even though that's not what I was going for). My strength when up as much as 50 - 70 lbs on some lifts, bear in mind that my baseline was a little low in some cases. It's wise to start a low so you can take advantage of the progression.

During this time I have never felt so good, I am really kind of sad it's ending I am going to miss the constant muscle hardness and the incredible permapump.

I will break it down week by week to the best of my recollection.

Week 1 definite euphoria, workouts were good not much in the way of strength gains at this time. Some increase in muscle hardness.

Week 2 Increase in hardness, continued euphoria some definite strength gains near the end of week 2.

Week 3 significant gain in strength 24 hour muscle hardness. Increased stamina.

Weeks 4 and 5 continued steady strength gain awsome pumps.

Week 6 and 7 incredible muscle hardness some fatigue setting in. Some increase in strength not as prevalant. Definite signs of body recomp both in size and leaness.

Weeks 8 and 9 awsome body recomp, definite increase in muscle size and leaness. With the addition of Jacked strength increase was back to the way it was earlier in the cycle. Finished very strong and set some personal records.

I will take a week off now just cardio an come back with the TNT stack/ Neovar for 4 weeks. Then it's likely Prime and T-911 with maybe some SuperSap. Will be using Napalm during this time as well. I should be able to push to 8-10 % for the summer.
 
Great review DW!! You put an incredible amount of effort, discipline, and determination into this cycle. And the results speak volumes for themselves. Amazing strength gains, noticeable recomp effects, and spectacular training intensity.

I can't wait to sub to your new thread! Enjoy your week off!! :cheers:
 
Thanks man, I really had a hard time taking time off this time around, I didn't want it to end. I will do lots of cardio though. I'll run a log on the TNT/Neovar stack I am tempted to run the supersap right through both cycles... better warn the wife.
