LEG-mutilation -PART II Invalid Link Removed

* It wasn’t the lack of DOMS that prompted this decision, ‘cause DOMS was there, not debilitating but present :whiner:
I just felt like destroying whatever was left in my legs to destroy. I do tend to train the same body part for 2 consecutive-days on a random basis if I think that particular body part deserves special attention :twisted:

1. Unilateral Leg Press
2. Deadlifts
3. DB Jumping Squats​

* Starting off with the press I realized I was in for torture Invalid Link Removed Legs were already complaining at warmup weight but I did my best to ignore that Invalid Link Removed:

* When I moved on to the Deads I was in serious trouble Invalid Link Removed. Hams were giving up at 20lb less than what I’ve been lifting of late in this hypertrophy routine (165ish lb) :eek: I knew then that FOR SURE, I was doing a GREAT DESTRUCTION job :D

* Jumping squats were a finish off, I grabbed a pair of 33lb DB and did 4 sets of 12 reps. ATG. For the last couple of reps in each set my ar$e literally wanted just to stay glued down to the grass. Well I didn’t let it and so today I can barely sit down in a chair without pulling out all sorts of silly grimaces :rofl:

* A side note: SuperCissus is working wonderfully. When I started off with running 3x week, (1hr 20min per session) I had some serious joint problems :rant: I was actually considering a whole week off running :frustrate: That meant-to-be-off week I started taking cissus and continued with my running. All is sweet, if anything, I’ve been running much harder :woohoo:

* I keep coming up with new routines every week, I rarely EVER repeat an arms workout…or any other for that matter :fool2:
THAT is what keeps me going though, I never get bored ‘cause I can always think of something new to do ;)
I tried to be consistent once before. It lasted three weeks :rofl:

* I quite like this workout though, think I’ll stick with it….for another week…with some slight modifications :lol:

I get less than 6 hrs of sleep per night and I need at least 7-8 to function properly. In the state I am at the moment 9 would be PARADISE. Speaking of PARADISE, I shall try my best to unwind tonight.

* Last night I was soooo desperate for a good night sleep and that kind of reminded me of PWFULL. Took 2 and I WAS SOOOO OUT OF IT ! No usual tossing and turning, brain switched completely off (FOR A CHANGE !!!! :woohoo:).

* I had my eye on Yohimbe for a VERY long time. I was kind of put off it after Invalid Link Removed all about its adverse effects (rapid heart rate, high blood pressure, overstimulation, insomnia and in rare cases panic attacks, hallucinations, headaches, dizziness and skin flushing :eek:).

*However, the REAL ISSUE here as with any other supplement is DOSING. Even good things, when taken in excess become bad things :p

I still have no idea how that stuff is considered a sexual aid. Yohimbe gives me the WORST shrinkage in the world. Twenty-degree water wouldn't do to me what that stuff does. It's quite pathetic, actually. But, it is a great thermo for fat-loss, so I've learned to deal with it.

I've had a bag of Yohimbine sitting for almost a year now. I've been ignoring it out of loss of interest, but for some reason, when you say it's "not allowed" in Aus, it suddenly peaked my interest about Yohimbine again.

The only reason I stopped adding the Y-HCL, is because more revving of the CNS makes me adapt to all my stimulants too quickly. However, I may consider the ON days use only as you are in the near future, assuming my Y-HCL caps are not expired.

No, I was suprised that she somehow found a bottle of it even though it's not allowed. I'm just curious what is so special about this specific type and why it's allowed compared to regular Y-HCL or supplements containing it.

But, Y is definitely not your normal, safe stimulant. That stuff is pretty harsh. I remember reading something about it having really bad effects if you mix it with cheddar cheese. :think: - The thread's on AM somewhere. Y is one of the very few supplements (the only others being AIs) that I like to dose low. I noticed I still get a real good thermo effect from just 2.5mg.

Your ECA was an ECY, huh? Hahah.

LG Sciences Y is what messes me up the most...and ya, LR was pretty strong. LR + E did wonders for me. I loved that combo.
 
Yohimbine HCL is banned in Aus. Products in the US that contain it have to have a non Yohimbine HCL version to sell in Australia

"Yohimbe is a weak monoamine oxidase inhibitor, but it also increases monoamine production, so its overall effect is that of a reasonably active MAO inhibitor. This means that tyramine-containing foods (liver, cheese, red wine, etc.) and nasal decongestants or certain diet aids containing phenylpropanolamine should be rigorously avoided if it is used."

MAO inhibition can result in severe hypertension, NOT a good thing !

The neurobiological responses in respects to sexual desire stimuli [believe it or not] can often be quite similar in males and females [while the underlying hormonal milieux is another story!]. Many males have reported very prominent increases in this department; are you noticing anything similar?
