DAY 8:
again, dosed 45 minutes before bed. out like a light by midnight

slept till 7AM when the kids woke me up, went back to bed, got up at 8AM. slept very good. let me expand on this.
last night, my son was having nightmares. i can't move him to me and my g/f's bed, because he moves a lot and starts kicking us. so i slept with him on the floor. here's my problem - i sleep on my stomach, and my quad muscle that is around my inner knees usually digs into the carpet which wakes me up every 2 hours - super uncomfortable. last night, in spite of this, i did not wake up.
i had some crazy dream about trying to cook too many things at one time, which sounds like something i'd do. last night, i made shrimp fried rice and beef/pork stir fry for dinner, so go figure i'm dreaming of the kitchen. i was making breakfast for the kids, so i said WTH, lets really make this. at 8AM i started cooking....
french toast with splenda and condensed orange juice in the mix (learned this from futurepilot) - keeps it sweet without syrup
eggs - 7 for me and the kids
bacon - half a pound
sausage - 6 oz
and of course my coffee with 3 cups of half and half.
no issues waking up today
