Im low dosing epi right now and i mean low dose, 10mg with breakfast. Just a lil something, not expecting much but it still gives me some placebo hahaha.

No Pslin tho? Is this due to your macros (i.e. carbs) being kept low? Even when I'm in cut mode (unless it's certain times during competition diet) I'll still use Pslin w/ 60-80g carbs following a workout.. I would think the way you like to eat, this would work well for you as well..

Well, my routine puts the emphasis on the "modified". It isn't much like true DC training at all really. I do more sets, more isolation movements, and then there's my notorious "widowmaker" type back off sets.

With the heavy low rep rest-pause sets I get testosterone surges. With the higher rep finishing sets I get huge increases in HGH secretion. So, I'm getting the best of both possible worlds here.

I haven't had much time lately, and I'm using an association gym that mainly just has lots of machines (which I've always hated, so I started doing a full body circuit, kind of like we talked about a few months back. But now I do 2 days; first one 3 sets heavy as sh!t compound moves, 6 reps (chest, back, shoulders, legs, calves, bis, and finish w/ tris), then 2 sets iso at lower weight for 10-12 reps, same order. then the other day I do the opposite, 3 sets heavy iso moves and 2 sets lighter weight compounds.

Actually I've noticed some really good toning and fat loss from this setup, and I'm not currently on ANY supps (for once). I might switch it up for a month and go back to this when I rock my straight cut w' Zol or furaz, T3, ECA and Napalm in late Jan/early Feb. That with 3 mornings of HIIT and 2 of swimming ought to REALLY shred me up.

Unless they dictate to you what dose to take, you should read up on the conversion rates and decide your dose by that measure. I believe it is 8% to 1-T when dosed orally. That calls for a bit of a dose... I believe the bottle states to run 100-300 mg ED for 4-6 weeks... you might want to hook up another bottle. 300mg is 24mg of 1T. Not sure of the effective dose... but from back in the day big cat reccomends a 300mg dose of 1T!!!! *check the 1T info @ bb.com to read about it.

that sounds pretty high. I would shoot for trying to get 40mg 1T, as that is around the effective dose one would get from the topical administration of PP's 1T. Not sure if one should dose that high with 1AD orals though... just some stuff to toss around in your head... I am rambling on at this point... it's late... time for sups and bed.

o, I totally forgot about Furaza...what does anyone think bout Mdrol/Furaza cycle?

Have you done mdrol before? If not, I don't think there's any need to stack at all.

Even if you have, it might not be worth it. Furaz is going to give you little in terms of gains, mainly hardening and cutting, a couple of pounds, maybe. But mdrol does all of that plenty on its own. The furaz would keep you drier, but you could do that with adjustments to your diet on mdrol, which tends to be dry anyway.

Also, you don't run mdrol for more than 3 weeks, where furaz is good at 4-6 (I found the sweet spot right about week 3), so you wouldn't want to stop it there. Now I would probably do something like this, if I were so inclined as to run both:

Mdrol 10/20/20
Furazadrol 150/200/200/300/300/300

I'd probably swing an extra 4-6lb on the tail end, plus dry myself out even more.

...but that's just me. Anyone on here will tell you I'm not always the best person to give sound advice once I start getting creative.
 
Run Furzadrol (oristan a) with Hdrol dude. No need to stack with mdrol... especially the first time.

It's funny that you should mention this. My first sponsored log was a LG Sciences' cycle of 2 bottles of MMV2, 1 botle of Receptor, and a 5 lb. tub of their chocolate Lipotropic Protein. They wanted me to double-dose the MMV2!! They must have been reading my logs!! ha ha

I was glad they allowed me to do that though. The 6 caps of the MMV2 per day was just right for my size and experience level. :thumbsup:

I almost got that 8th rep on the DC set. There's some unusual looking rep numbers here this morning. That's because these sets were taken to absolute muscular failure! The only way to train!!

Then I went straight into a set of Flat Bench Presses: 155 X 14 reps. The pec-deck flyes had pre-exhausted them. So I toasted 'em with these flat bench presses!! :smite:

PULLOVERS

90 X 19

Grinding that shit out now!! No holding back!! Growlin' like a demon on each rep!! :twisted:

KNEELING ONE-ARM CABLE CROSSOVERS (from the lowest pulley)

3 sets of 25 reps each. No rest between the 3 individual exercises, and only 30 seconds rest between each tri-set.
I've officially took leave of my senses now! I've gone off the deep end of sanity. Reasoning has been tossed out. The Berzerker Rage has now consumed me!!! :fool2:
