Thanks for the Jacked dosage recommendation, I'll probably start out at 1 or 2 scoops since i am stim sensitive and haven't played with Geranium yet.

Steve I am starting off with just one scoop today. I too am very sensitive to stims and even though I start my workout around 5pm I am taking that one scoop at around 2pm. I don't want to take chances with my sleep. I have the powerfull samples and I just happen to have some REM left over. A couple bottles as a matter of fact lol Jealous much...

3 scoops of Jacked, 30mg ephedrine, 20mg yohimbine hcl... Hmmm... Sounds like you're killing some serious fat during your weight training (even the cruise period). I'd have to take those stims with some 'G' so my anxiety didn't kill me. Then again, that'd probably be like doing a 'speedball'.

But I think the epi would have some say in controlling the estrogen spike I THINK I experienced in the first week.

It definitely would... there isn't gonna be a whole lot of estrogen in your system when you are on Epi.
 
What about waiting until the EPI starts to kick and then blasting a week of S to ramp things up? Just curious too..

Post-Workout: Food only. The real anabolic.

I immediately drink a 40 gram whey shake with 5 grams of glutamine and 5 grams of creatine monohydrate. Plus about 7 grams of BCAA's. I'll then have a small bowl of oatmeal with a banana. Then I eat a can of tuna. I know...yummy. 1 and 1/2 hours later I have a high protein meal. Usually a baked chicken breast and some broccili. But sometimes a steak and an egg-white omelet. Now that's yummy!! :food:
 
TG, what do you think of a 4 to 5 week epi run with a 7 to 10 day S-Drol dosed WITH first week of Epi?

I say stretch out the Epi for a 6 week run. The 10 day S-Drol front-load will work wonders for kicking that thing off! I see more and more people using Super for a front load to their injectable cycles lately. It makes perfect sense as Super-Drol kicks in faster than even D-Bol in my opinion. And it is definitely stronger mg. for mg. over d-bol.

Now about Epi's usages to "prevent" gyno. Maybe.....maybe not. It's not cut and dry. You would naturally assume that an Epithio would block estrogen at the breast tissue as Epithio's were created for breast cancer research purposes, as were most SERMs. But those earlier Epithio's were a different structure than our present designer steroid Epithio's. And the old compound was NOT methylated either. That will make a difference in how it reacts within the body also. There are some people who claim that Epithio's GAVE them gyno. So we all respond uniquely to these strange compounds.

I have mixed Epi in with my stacks to do just what you're hoping to do. Safeguard against any unforeseen gyno occurrences. We can only hope it achieves this. But it will keep your gains drier for sure. It will keep the estro related bloat at bay. This I have experienced. And I will continue to mix Epi in with wetter compounds like Phera and D-Bol in the future. :thumbsup:

i was gonna comment on the epi sdrol thing. I was going to say to keep it at the start as well. Great minds think a like Thunder! Nice vid cant wait to see the results of war.

Of course! That is why I ONLY recommend it with epi. Any other rectal PH administration should include a low dose of AI to combat...but who really wants to stick 7 caps up their a$$ all at once? 4 is my strict limit, thank you very much.
