Best beginner stack, or best supplements?!

Hey, Im new to body building and all the supplements and knoledge I need to know. I have been working out for about a year straight and love the pumps and getting bigger. But I do need some help....I have just been taking proteins and experimenting with different types of those but really want to get into the supplements and such. i have the mind set and time just not tthe knowledge.

Im 16, 6'1", 162lbs

Im hoping to gain 20lbs in the next 6 months...and gaining weight is very difficult for me.

What do you thik I should do?!

Im looking into stacking m-drol, and p-plex but dont know what needs to be done while on it and even if i should take it at this age or size.

Please help, all answers and knowledge will be greatly appreciated.

Wow please read the sticky for this forum. You are too young to post a steroid question. Look in the steroid section and read the sticky's there.

With that said I would still like to help you.

Start with something basic. Get some Creatine Monohydrate and dose it at 5 grams per day. Do that for about 6 months and see where you are at. Also eat as much as you possible can as you are skinny for your height.

Agreeing with Titanium.

You're only 16. You DON'T need to be taking any supplements (aside from the staples: creatine, multivitamin, good fats, protein, and BCAA's). Wait until you have more training history and are at LEAST 18 before you take anything else (and this doesn't mean jump onto the hormonal wagon either!)

As for gaining size, EAT, EAT, EAT!!! Get your diet targeted at muscle mass gain, and this should be enough for you!
 
Well, those things you listed are among the most powerful and dangerous designers currently available (They are steroids). You're at the right place for learning though. Just Search for you questions and soak up all the knowledge you can and you will be well on your way. At 16 I don't think many people will recommend much outside or maybe protein, creatine, fish oil, and BCAA (branch chain amino acids) or EAA (essential amino acids)
 
You definately run a risk of shutting down some key systems for growth if you run an AAS/PH or steroid cycle at your young age. By using gear at your age, you can stunt your growth, close off or damage endocrine systems, and generally and permanently mess yourself up.

It does sound scary what we are all saying, but it is true...I know it sucks to wait, but give your body a chance before you start using, real or fake.

You are getting into the age where I wish I got into working out at first, basically the 16 to 21 yr old range. Why?

The amounts testosterone you have RAWRING in and about your body at this stage is better than any one supplement that we can recommend. And that is what we are trying to boost.

too young, use creatine and BCAAs, eat (clean) like a monster; dont drink or smoke; sleep well

I'm not sure how you came about thinking about stacking M-Drol and P-plex, but whoever recommended that to you either has no clue what their talking about or doesnt like you very much... At that age, you have enough free test to make solid gains without using prohormones/ steroids, but I'm glad you asked for advice first. The best thing you can do to pack on some mass is train HARD and PROPERLY along with some good, clean meals. I dont think your going to have to worry too much about counting cals and carbs and all that just try to eat 4 - 5 clean meals a day high in protein for now. I would definitely suggest looking into a good whey protein supplement, multivitamin, and maybe some creatine mono. Good luck and we're always here to help.

surprised this is open still.

get some creatine mono, whey protein, bcaa's, and eat. and eat more, nutrition is key. Untill you are atleast 18 I wouldnt think about taking anything but the basics, and dont take anything that your vitamin shop tells you to take unless its something that is reccomended on here and you should reasearch it first. Search the forums with any questions you have and you will get a post. As far as where to get your supps, nutraplanet.com which has a link above has the best deals/ prices avaliable. Good luck
 
a year out of high school i was 6' and about 170lbs.. I played football and was a defensive end.... after i got to college i didnt play sports so i turned to lifting hardcore. I had always used some protein but as soon as i realized i had to increase my CARBS and started taking creatine i put on 20-30 lbs in about 8 months....eat a ton of carbs, work out right, and start taking creatine....i
