love the product but will probably never buy again. i've had to throw away a sh!t ton of this stuff because it hardens up and turns like a dark brown color. it's pretty bad when you pay that much for something and can't even leave it sitting for a while.

Try putting this over on CL's forum. I am pretty sure they have one. Sorry about the loss of product though. I hate it when that happens!

I have some severely oxidized WF, but it still works. Just break it up, and it dissovles just fine. Weigh it out if you need to.

it was like one big giant clump and it looked like chocolate with gummy bears inside of it. i had it slightly clumpy product before and used it fine but this had no hope

I wondered about this to had the same problem except i just broke it up and took it! ha

i've done that before but this was beyond the point of being able to break it up

usually when you make a thread about controlled labs products there's CL reps everywhere. apparently they don't like negativity

Haven't had this problem at all...you think it has to do with how humid the air is? I live in California and it stays in powder form till the end. Just a thought.....

you have to be careful putting the lid back on. if you don't pay attention it goes on crooked allowing air to get in. i also noticed in my last big jug there were 3 silica packs instead of the usual 2, makes me think they are aware of the problem. anyways white flood is worth it,imo.

Sorry to hear about this bud! Indeed alot of arginine based powders are susceptible to moisture and humidity. We do put at least 2-3 desiccant packets in the products and this usually works. However like the fellow's said, the product is still good and will still work for you. This has not happened to me personally with WF, but we do have the tablets available. Hope this helps! Please let me know if there's anything else we can do for you.

We are here to help with any issues you might have. I am primarily the "go-to guy" on AM and sometimes it takes a minute for me to see the thread. You can reach me via PM or email too if you ever need quick and direct assistance.

Correct. To remedy this problem make sure the lid is sealed tightly everytime you close it. We put multiple desiccant packets in the tub to avoid this issue. However WF and arginine based products are usually the only powders that will clump. Green MAG, Purple WRAATH, and our other powdered products have not had this problem. I had a tub of another preworkout product that hardened up during the summer for me, so I broke it up one day and put it in a blender. It worked fine after that.
