Thanks bro ! Be sure to check the vid out when you get home.. it's almost guaranteed a laugh lol.. I think so anyway.

So would you say that the increase to 5caps was "the sweet spot"? I'm thinking I will be buying this as well, I have some achy' knees and elbows and have heard a lot of good things about Osteo-Sport.

It's only my 3rd day of doing the 5 caps a day instead of 4, so I think it's too early to form an opinion about the different doses. However, I do think that I need less time to warm up the joints I'll be focusing on during that workout before I get right into it. I'll let you know though by Friday how it's worked compared to 4 a day. Thanks for stopping by hp !

I took the day off from the gym but still took my 5 caps of Osteo-Sport in the morning before breakfast. After class, instead of going to the gym I went to the mall and visited the GNC for comic relief.

lol what's the latest product they're pushin?
They actually didn't try to push anything on me yesterday, I was shocked and confused at the same time, lol.

Day 18:

- Took the 5 Osteo-Sport as usually before breakfast.

- I went really heavy on Triceps today in the gym. My initial intention was to do both tri's and Bi's but my arms were beat.

- Tricep rope pushdowns warmup with 50 pounds and 2 sets of 6 reps
- Tricep rope pushdowns (3 sets of 140
- Standing DB overhead tricep extension (90x8)(100x6)(120x6)
- Skull Crushers (4 sets of 75x10)
- Overhead rope extensions (4 sets of 100x8)
- Bodyweight dips (2 sets to failure)

- I killed my arms today. I rested for 45 seconds max between each set and I think I motivated myself to push through it. Overall I think it was a sick workout and no stress, clicking, popping, or anything to note with the joints.

Day 19:

- I did the usual in the morning yesterday with Osteo-Sport (5 caps) and vitamins before shower and breakfast.

- I worked the chest in the gym which might not have been such a smart idea since I did tri's on Thursday lol. Oh well, I pushed myself anyway. :)

- Bench Press (205x8)(2 sets of 225x6)
- Flat bench DB flyes (3 sets of 65x6)
- Incline DB flyes (3 sets of 55x8)
- Cable flyes (3 sets of 75 on each side for 8 reps)
- Cable Press (90x8)(100x6)(120x4)
- Pec Dec (3 sets of 165x8)

- I felt really weak but that's only because I hit the tri's heavy on thursday (I still dont know what I sis that, lol). But, no signs of discomfort at any time during the workout, and the noises in my joints are 100% gone I think, except for a few minor clicks in my knees on leg day. :)

- No gym yesterday or today due to finals preparation.

- I will be back in there Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of this week after all of my finals.

Wish you the best on your finals. make sure you are focused for them, nothing good old Sulbutiamine.

I took sulbutiamine yesterday to study and again this morning before my finals. My thought process was on auto-pilot.

Day 20:

- Woke up and took 5 caps of O-S w/ my vitamins before breakfast as usual.

- I got back in the gym today and I felt great from all the rest I had. I did shoulders and traps today and I like to keep my exercises pretty consistent with the same exercises each time to keep track of my progress on the lifts.

* = I couldn't finish the set w/ good form

- Evan Rows w/ DB (30x8)(35x6)(40x4*)
- Bent Over DB Lateral Raises (35x8)(40x8)(45x6)
- DB Front Raises (25x8)(30x6)(40x4*)
- DB Shoulder Press (40x8)(50x8)(60x4)
- Single-Handed Cable Lateral Raise (30x6)(40x4)(45x3*)
- Mini Olympic bar front raises with no weight for 12 slow reps
- DB Shrugs (110x10)(120x10)(130x8)
- BB Rolling Shrugs (205x6) (4 sets)

- I had a great workout and I was able to keep myself motivated the entire time because I haven't been in the gym for a few days. Although there was one thing that threw me off a little was some very minor shoulder noise on the 1st set of DB Front raises. It only made the slight grinding sound/feeling once but it was probably just from the different exercise transitions and different motions. But other than that little noise, there is no pain and no sensitive spots at all anymore. This stuff really lives up to its slogan.. No Pain. All Gain.

:bb3:

Day 21 & 22:

- I woke up and dosed 5 caps yesterday and today before breakfast with my vitamins. (two days left :( )

- Thursday and Friday's (today) workouts were more full body because of the college gym limiting their hours before they close for winter break.

Thursday:

- Lat Pulldown (3 sets of 140x8)
- DB Rows (3 sets of 80x6)
- Deadlift (3 sets of 215x6)
- Squat (135x10)(185x8)(225x8)
- Leg Press (200x12)(400x8)
- DB Lunge (50x6)(55x6)(65x4)
- EZ-Bar 21's (2 sets of 75lbs with 30 second rest)
- Preacher Curls w/superset (3 sets of 78x8 w/ super set until failure on last set)
- DB Curls (3 sets of 30lbs to failure)

Friday:

- Flat Bench DB Press (75x6)(85x8)(95x6)(110x4)
- Incline Bench DB Press (65x8)(75x8)(85x6)
- Decline Bench DB Press (70x8)(80x6)(85x5)
- Incline Flyes (60x6)(65x6)(70x4)
- Standing DB 2-Handed DB Extension (90x6)(100x6)(110x3)
- Tricep Rope Pushdown (2 sets of 140x6)
- Leg Extension (80x10)(100x6)(120x6)
- Leg Curl (3 sets of 150x8)
- Standing Calf Raises (140x12)(160x10)

- Both workouts felt great and I'm still feeling a little stiff from Thursdays workout, and I believe today's will have me feeling it on Saturday still, lol. The Osteo-Sport only has 9 caps left in the bottle so tomorrow I'll take 4 and then on Sunday I'll finish off with 5. After Sundays dose I'll give my final opinion about this product and I'll be glad to answer any questions anyone has about it. :)

Final Review of Osteo-Sport :

- Overall, I don't think couldn't have had any better timing for winning this product because I had just come off an X-Factor cycle and I didn't use fish oil, and let's just say I was feeling a little stiff in my joints.
I jumped on the opportunity to win a bottle of Osteo-Sport and run a bottle to test out and log for any potential buyers on the market looking for a joint support product.

- Quality 10/10
Everything by AN is quality so I didn't expect anything less. The ingredient profile is the best on the market right now in my opinion compared to similar products.
- Effectiveness 10/10
Osteo-Sport kicked in fast and never lost any effectiveness at all during the duration of use at all.
- Ease of use 10/10
Osteo-Sport was extremely simple to use everyday. All I had to do was take 4 or 5 caps each day one time in the morning before breakfast.

- In the future, I would absolutely buy this again for myself or a family member and I would even recommend this to friends if they were looking to ease some joint pain for some great, pain-free workouts. I know this log wasn't the most exciting to follow but I hope I helped some people in making a decision in whether or not to give this a try. If anyone has any questions at all that they have for me I'll be glad to answer them if I didn't cover something during my log.

Thanks again to Austin and everyone at Applied Nutriceuticals for letting me log their new product for join-support, and I hope I get a chance to log for them again in the future. :)

Thanks, Adam

Thank you, Adam!

Awesome review, Adam. Thank you. I'm glad that OsteoSport worked as well for you as it has everyone else.

Yes, AN is quality. It's great to stand behind a company whom I have 100%+ faith and belief in, and whose products deliver on EVERYthing that they say they will!

This is a classic log.

Osteo-Sport hits a gap in the supplement market for joints. Certainly one to keep in mind.

Calf tendons are what I historical (injury) and ongoing area I need to sort. Lifes too short for 1 hours physio per day, in reality I do 15 mins/day. Hope supps can fill in 'the gap' - personal ultrasound would be nice.
