If I work out at night I will just take it at 6 pm or something.
it is on its way. 3 tubs and i really hope its as good as advertised. if it is i might have a new pre workout supp depending on the price when it comes out since there's not even a months worth of servings in it.
5.99What is the shipping cost if you buy one? I'm broke too!
Had to go with one... I only train 3-4 days a week and can't handle mono more than 1-2 times a week.
Yeah, I wish it was something other than monohydrate.
Well I can not argue with the 100s of research journals on monohydrate....
I think previous products contained over 5 grams which caused stomach issues.... all these new creatines are bonded to another molecule so the total creatine content is much lower which can explain the absence of bloat or cramps...
Definetly still bloat... Tired two 5 gram doses and looked like a marshmellow but for most people it wont be an issue. Overall a good deciscion but personally unfortunate
Start with one scoop and see how you react. I am also a creatine-monohydrate negative responder and will start with one scoop and progress to a maximum of two.
Nope, the entire shipping department is on JACKED!Got an e-mail today saying that it had shipped (USP is on the ball, this stuff must be for real). Can't wait to give it a try.
Honestly, I would never give this justification otherwise, but it is $15. That is completely unrelated to the product's effectiveness, and therefore may not be a relevant premise, but it is so true. I doubt you will ever be able to find a pre-workout product for $15! If it does not work, sell it. You may make $5.

Does anyone know if jacked has to be cycled? witch seems like it should
if so how long between cycles? and how long can it be run continuously?
so if it has nothing to do with the product effectiveness why is it in there??(creatine)

I did take p-slin intra workout with xtend and and the pumps were orgasmic at times.
That sounds correct. I take beta alinine before my workout and it usually takes 5 to 10 minutes and it starts to burn and tingle from the back of my neck to my face and then moves on down to my arms.Got my 3 bottles today. I will post my review tomorrow for leg day. However, one of the bottles was for a buddy of mine and he took it today. Here is what he texted me with...
"I took Jacked tonight, 5 minutes later my face, neck and scalp started itching and burning. My face is about 2 shades reder. I'm gonna go workout now, hopefully I lift like a pack mule."
I believe that is the beta alinine that cause the tingling and such right?
Received details from him. He said it was great so far. He ate dinner and 30 minutes later took Jacked. He said that he had incredible energy and was able to successfully hit some PRs which he was attempting that day after finishing his Prime run. He also said that he was extremely hungry 45 min into the workout so he ate some tuna then went back to lifting.
He has tried a few outher pre-workout supplements and said this is by far the best. I am not trying to overhype, but being a new product I figured everyone would like any info available.
Intra-workout Tuna..MMMMMM...
Hope it wasnt a leg day
who carries tuna to the gym?
