Let's just hope that if I do get gyno symptoms from Mdrol (knocks on wood) that it will be sooner than later (or months later). I'm hoping I'm one of those guys who does great on Mdrol, though. Wishful thinking, probably.

Well you stated you had gyno symptoms from EPI so...... I'd be worried on this one(which I am)!! Tits are for chicks man! You know this though!

Not gyno symptoms persay, but enlarged nipples with a little leakage. Never any lumps or anything. I'm just gonna pray.
 
Here's something else odd I thought I would post.

Every single morning, when I rise from slumber, about 6am, my piss is DARK and SMELLY! WTF!!!!!!!!
I drink over a gallon of water a day and my piss looks like paint they use for marking roads.

My last meal of the day is .5# beef, 1/4c cheese and 3tbsp peanut butter, would any of this make my juice turn dark? I wouldn't think so, but ya never know. Maybe all the **** from the cycle assist I guess.
 
After some research i came across a few conclusions...

With the dark urine and smell the matches were;
1)Dehydration (you have gained alot of weight...)
2)Hepatitus A
3)Kidney stones
4)Jaundice
5)Bladder infection
6)Medication
7)Diabetes
8)B6
9)Foods that have dye or cause a darkening of the urine (teriyaki sauce and asparagus)

So moving forward might be an idea to see a Doc.
Try eating a different meal before bed, feel around your lower back and lower abdomen for signs of tenderness, look for yellowing around the eyes, drink more water, monitor B6 intake.
Those chages may eliminate some of your potential worries.

Im thinkin its dehydration since you have gained ALOT of weight as your body stores/uses the water you are consuming the demands for water are prolly not being met. The darkening and odor may be a sign of extreme urea/waste product saturation.

Try using something with sodium and potassium to aid in water uptake. With new growth many waste products are produced so its imperative to continually flush them away and re stock depleted water supply, cheers.
 
Also you drink water your throughout the day,keeping hydrated but while you sleep your intake is limited due to being asleep. So in the morning you see the effects of less water intake as you were not drinking as much in your sleep.

Notes:
  • Interesting leg day. Smith Front Squats were weird. I think I need to work on flexibility/form. I found myself up on the balls of my feet and heels off the ground at the very bottom (ATG). Still seemed to get the quads, though.
  • Strength was WAY up on seated ham curl. It's weird how the strength is kind of picking and choosing which exercises to come up on.
  • I tried using the sled/leg press. I knew it wasn't a good idea with my back, but I tried it anyways. I bulged a disc last Feb and tweaked it again a bit today. I don't think it's anything serious but we'll know in the morning when I'm cold.
  • Not much else to report. No sides really. Lingering cramps but they never really materialize, if that makes sense.
  • Tomorrow is totally off day (no cardio)
 
i wouldn't worry about the darkened pee. most prohormones can cause jaundice, which only becomes severe when your skin starts turning yellow. until then, i wouldn't worry about it.

just a not really talked about side. IMO.


you could up your milk thistle dose, and add some black licorice, which is another pretty solid liver antioxidant.

Notes:
  • Crazy strength today, and I wasn't even fully recovered (oddly). DB incline was up 15 pounds per side for more reps than last week Smith incline was up, pec-deck was WAY up. I stacked out on the pec-deck. This **** just hit me like a bus. I am hoping it hits equally as hard with my back workout on Wednesday.
  • Spend majority of the day at home with my family and hence the diet didn't go as planned. Still hopefully ended up with around 4k calories. Had a nice fat ass steak courtesy of my parent. It's nice to have good meat instead of ground beef.
  • Forgot a dose at my apartment before I went home, so I dangerously dosed 60mg at once about 2 hours ago. I've definitely got the sweats. Hopefully I wont wake up with my nipples dribbling everywhere.

    [*]Side note, how does everyone think I should dose p5p and 1-carboxy considering that my cycle assist has 200mg of b6 per dose (2 doses ED)?

17+! you surely can start cuttin calories soon my man. work on gettin water off and doin some high reps and sweat your balls off. That's impressive. PCT is what it's gonna come down to now i suppose. U know, just tryin to keep what you can, all that's muscle. Stay with it big daddy!

I don't know where all the weight has gone. I certainly look bigger, but no where near 17 pounds bigger. I'm not bloated and I haven't gained any fat according to the outlines of my abs; I'm kind of at a loss for where it all went.

I can't really imagine what will happen once I begin mdrol.

50-100mg of P-5-P ED
800mg of 1-carboxy ED or EOD.

I think I worked my way up to the #14 plate, so whatever that is. I love the dip machine. Easier to control the body, easier to stay upright, more focus on the squeeze. It's great.
 
Did you take measurements before the cycle started?

I was going to, but I got frustrated trying to take my chest measurement and shoulder measurements by myself so I gave up LOL.

I did take a measurement of my waist at the belly button so I could monitor fat gain.
 
Maybe you personally just dont notice all the weight gain. I know that happens to me all the time when I look at myself. Sometimes it takes anothers point of view. But 17lbs is a ton of weight to put on. Im sure your looking swole. Keep it up. Good log btw.

Yeah I always think I look small even when people are like wtf? man you on the juice. Its called bigarexia. Most people look at themselves worse than they are. It can go both ways though because I know alot of fat fukks that think they are jacked, I am like is this kid serious:think: I guess it works out for them though:rofl:

Its madness. Seriously rugger, your loaded up and should be able to lift heavy for sure.

At this point If i was you, I would test recovery time with less rest days or even two-a-days.

I wish I could be working out more but I wasn't fully recovered on my chest day yesterday even though the previous chest day was a week earlier.

My chest is sore as a mother****er today. I really want to order some glutamine and see if it helps.

i would hold off on the glutamine. I have read that it can take up to 5-6 months for full effectiveness

You and me both bro. I'm running some ATD at 25mgs a day alongside on a recommendation from poops and TG (when I get started next week).

I mean seeing how much you are gaining it is apparent that you had a TON more Natural potential with out AS (and that is a good thing) Or do you think this cycle will just help you get to your genetic potential earlier and you'll stay there?
 
In regards to the urinary symptoms, IMO its probably one of two things. If your urine is tea colored, then in this case it is most likely caused by elimination of bile via the kidneys. Usually, bile is secreted into the duodenum (mid intestines) via the liver, but in cases where the liver is under strain it will back up into the kidneys. This is known a cholestasis This situation is not good, and could indicate some hepatic damage. Or, if your urine is bright yellow (which is common for somebody taking vitamins and/or support supps), then it is probrably just eliminaton of these biproducts. For people that drink alot of water, it is common for the urine to be clear throughout most of the day, and darker yellow in the morning due to the lack of incoming fluids throughout the night. In your case, it sounds like the later is the more probable situation.

It's possible. This isn't the heaviest I've been, although it may be the most muscle mass I've ever had. I was a big responder to Havoc too with near 20 pounds gained. I probably kept 12-14 of those. About 4 weeks after I completed PCT I went on a 4 month cut and got my body fat pretty low (for me) which is why I started this cycle at a fairly low weight.

I think muscle memory and recovering muscle I lost in my cut is a big part of these gains (and lets not forget water weight).

Certainly I hadn't reached my genetic ceiling before doing any cycle, including this one; but who does wait? Not many. I'm not trying to justify my jumping the gun, but it is what it is. Patience is not a virtue of mine.

Besides.....cycling is SO MUCH FUN! lol

Truth is I was 20 when I did my first cycle of test e. But when I was 21 was when I was in my prime potential! I didn't wait! I wasn't on juice @ the time but I was the heaviest and the strongest I have been damn near just from hard training and food alone! Amazing when you're body hits that stage! But being 28 and having done juice before I have to also admit that cycling is so much fun and if I didn't have supps or juice I would be plateau city! Its fun plus one cycle can help me for a whole year! We all need a boost when we live by the weights. No matter if its creatine or dbol! I myself am enjoying preworkout supps more now than ever! Working out is exciting and I love a pump just as much as the next guy! Not tryin to jump in on you're thread rugger. Just thought I would add that!

Will you be watching the England vs New Zealand match on sat Rugger? it's my birthday on the sunday so i think i'll be making a day of it! Can't wait to see England get hammered lol :D
